Abstract. An attempt in order to reveal the meaning of the formation of the principles of ethnic identity of the senior preschool aged child as sensitive period of the formation of the person’s consciousness is carried out in the presented publication. The ethnic identity is a constituent of the social identity and it refers to the process of awareness of their affiliation with a certain ethnic community. Also the article presents the empirical data of the impact of some of these factors to the formation of ethnic identity of senior preschool aged children in the conditions of the Crimean autonomy’s polyethnic space. The author considers that the emergence of ethnic identity as well as forming of the fundamental principles of the relations’ system with the representa- tives of other ethnic groups is occurred precisely in this period despite the fact that at the senior preschool aged children there are fuzzy awareness of their national identity, weak ethnic knowledge, lack of a differentiated attitude towards representatives  of their own and other peoples. Desyatov T Modernization of Higher Education from the Standpoint of Module-Activity Programs: International Experience

Abstract. The article considers higher education modernization within the framework of realization of competency-building modular programs. It emphasizes the fact that the implementation of modular programs creates the conditions for self-directed learning with the  maximum  reliance  on  new  hands-on  experience,  which  stipulates  for  effective  learning  environment  organization  and  assures theory  and  practice  integration.  The  article  analyses  the  implementation  of  modern  competency-building  professional/vocational education standards in the higher education teaching process in foreign countries. It states that the main idea of this technology is competency-oriented  education,  which  aims  at  complex  learning  of  different  kinds  of  knowledge  and  work  methods  through  the mastering  respective  competencies,  due  to  which  a  person  can  successfully  realize  himself  in  different  areas  of  his  field,  become socially independent, mobile and qualified. It also outlines the European dimension of competency-building approach and its basic concepts, theoretical principles and experience of the implementation of its technologies in foreign countries. The article emphasizes that competency-building approach shifts the focus from teaching to acquiring competencies within the educational process. It states that labor market growing demands, rapid technological change, globalization, increased academic and labor mobility require the use of  the  competency-building  approach  to  future  teachers’  aptitude  to improve  their  professional  level,  which  is  a  pre-requisite  and priority in higher pedagogical education modernization. It also highlights the connection of the competency-building approach with individually-oriented and active approach to learning, as it concerns student’s individuality and it can be implemented and tested only when an individual student carries out a certain set of actions. The approach requires the transformation of the educational content, its conversion from the objective model that exists for “all” the students, to subjective outcomes of each student, which can be meas- ured.  The  method  of  modeling  learning  outcomes  as  quality  higher  education  norms  is  understood  as  a  competency-building  ap- proach.

Terpyak O. P. Methods of forming lyceum students’ creative writing in the process of textwork in Ukrainian lessons

Abstract. The article reveals the main principles of methods of forming lyceum students’ creative writing. Three stages of introduc- ing these methods are described. It is mentioned that on the first stage the lyceum students master the experience of applying the rules and laws of creative monologue speaking. The students practice the theory of creativity, the methodology of creative and ana- lytical  thinking,  the  principles  of  creative  writing,  the  models  of  famous  creative  sayings.  They  deal  with  innovative  activity  and pedagogical  conditions  of  developing  creative  thinking  and  monologue  speaking.  The  second  stage  includes  mastering  the  infor- mation coding and decoding habits and skills by making up a mind-map, working out a student’s personal contraction system, writ- ing notes. On the third stage the students are involved into individual and group work. They practice creative exercises revealing their initiative and ways of treating information. The aim of the first step in usage the multi-level information coding method is to teach the students to shorten teaching information with the help of verbal and figurative image means. The next step is working out the principles of making a mind-map. Its basis is a geometric figure, a triangle or rectangle, for example.  The choice of the figure de- pends on the number of thesis or subtopics the students are to use in order to gradually reveal the main topic of the text. The subtopic contractions  and  figurative  images  are  places  at  the  angles  of  the  geometric  figures.  Cooperative  learning  and  mind-map  work  in small groups, mind-map exchange in the process of learning develop students’ non-standard imagination, creative thinking and intui- tion. The students are taught how to change information into knowledge creatively. The methods described above should be intro- duced gradually within a rather long period of time. The students should realize the main principles of information coding and decod- ing. They should learn how to make up mind-maps on their own and use them in the process of writing their own sayings.

Velitchenko L.K. The theoretical bases of the students psychological guidance in the educational professional activity

Abstract. The teaching to the professional knowledge bases, the forming and development of the professional personality in the educational- professional activity must be provided by the rational use of the possibilities of the pedagogical co-operation. The psychological guidance must be directed on the personality and activity support of the students under guidance and with participation of the teachers. As the educa- tional-professional activity is carried out according to the signs of the pedagogical co-operation, so far the information about its features specify the signs of psychological guidance. The psychological structure of the pedagogical co-operation is determined in the concepts which reproduce the subject activity in the functions of the reflection and adjusting (category of the consciousness), the activity in a social environ- ment (category of the personality) and in an object-sign environment (category of the activity). The psychological guidance must be directed on the development of the indicated functions. The conclusions have been formulated about the display of the personality kernel in the be- havior pattern, about their use for the modeling of the student personality. Such modeling is a necessary initial basis in the organization of psychological guidance. The objective professional basis of the psychological  guidance in the educational professional activity is the text activity in the system “teacher – student” with the proper accent on some aspects which pulls out the proper requirements to the speech arrangement in the educational professional activity, pedagogical co-operation, and psychological guidance. The verbal mean of the organi- zation and realization of pedagogical co-operation is a dialog which gets a certain continuation in the space of the actors subjective reality as the potential internal dialogs. Such dialogs form a psychological condition for the development of the rational basis of concepts and make an emotional attitude toward them due to their plugging in the context of interpersonal intercourse. Psychological guidance which “serves” the students work with the educational text must lean on additional text developments which take  into account the features of the apperception base of the student and are  the system of auxiliary facilities for student “tacking” to “text experience” of the teacher. On the whole, psycho- logical  guidance is the specially modelled condition due to which the system  «teacher  – student» determines:  а) the aspiring to the self- affirmation and self-expression; б) the permanent motion of subjective reality within the limits of the opposition  constituents of the con- sciousness; в)  the system reactions on the tasks and methods of their implementation.

Orap M.O. Regularities in the dynamics of the internal structure of speech experience

Abstract. Our ongoing study examines the experience as a system that is characterized by the presence of internal and external structure, that differ by its functions in general function of the speech experience – personality’s speech mastering of the world. The inter- nal structure of speech experience consists of speech ability, speech competence, speech abilities and speech activity. An empirical study of the structural and functional characteristics of the internal structure consisted of diagnosing the empirical referents, which described  the  psychological  content  of  all  elements  of  the  structure.  As  a  result  of  the  integrated program  of  empirical  study,  we obtained 32 indexes, which determine the general level of development of the internal structure of speech experience. The survey covered 386 respondents age period “early adulthood” (mean age – 18.5 years) and 194 respondents of primary school age (mean age – 8 years). Comparative analysis of the correlations between structural elements in different age allows drawing conclusions about the dynamics of the internal structure, to identify the main patterns of its development. The differences lie in the quality of these rela- tions: they are homogeneous in children and in adults observed the prevailing direction of the relationship, suggesting that there is a certain hierarchic structure. Accordingly, the direction of the internal structure is not to change the structure and changes in the func- tional characteristics of the internal structure – a qualitative change in relations between the elements. Consequently, the dynamics of the internal structure of speech experience tends to ordering, manifested in the elements of hierarchy . This gives reason to believe that the development of the internal structure of speech experience is specialization of individual structures, allocation of their func- tions, that is – in the differentiation.

Romanova M.K. Ontogenetic peculiarities of the development of adult personality`s ecological consciousness with different level of education

Abstract. Some peculiarities of the development of adult personality`s ecological consciousness have been examined. Structural components of ecological consciousness: ecological needs, ecological tendency and ecological values. The problem of influence of adult personality`s level of education on the development of ecological consciousness has been actualized. Adult personality`s educational level has been defined as socially conditioned and at the same time, as an objective factor of its ecological consciousness development. Ontogenetic peculiarities of the develop- ment of adult personality`s ecological consciousness with higher and special education have been analyzed. There has been presented a complex of adapted methodologies for studying ecological needs and tendencies.  Characteristics of ecological consciousness structural components at different adult age have been empirically examined: early stage (21 – 30), middle (31 – 40), crisis period (41 – 45) and late period (46 – 60). Positive ontogenetic dynamics of ecological consciousness development during adult period has been shown. There has been stated the signifi- cance of personality`s  going  through  middle  age  crisis period  for qualitative  changes of its  ecological  consciousness structural  components. Correlated interrelations between indexes of personality`s ecological consciousness components in different adult age periods have been found and their comparative analysis concerning respondents` educational level has been made. It has been determined in the study, that respondents with  higher  education  have  higher  level  of  ecological  consciousness  development,  in  comparison  with  personalities  with  special  education, though with the latter it is more harmonic than with high-educated adults.
