Baklazhenko Ye.V. Research-experimental work in future musical art teachers’ preparation to cooperation with their students within teaching and educational process

Abstract. The problem of future music teacher’s preparation to cooperation with the students within the process of learning is observed in the article. The  data  of  the  pilot research  of  the  problem  mentioned  are represented in the paper.  Such  stages  of  future teachers’ cooperation training as ‘establishing’, ‘forming’ and ‘final’ are described. The analysis of the results of the experimental and the control group taking part in the research is made.

Kohut N.M. Experience of primary school teacher training to the use of information-communication technologies of German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Abstract.  In  the  article, the  main  methodical  aspects  in  primary  school  teacher training  to  the  use  of  information-communication technologies in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) are revealed. The main competences of  future teachers in the sphere of media education of these countries are investigated; state documents, which define the implementation of media edu- cation in the process of teaching on all the levels of system of education and methodical support in media centres that are based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are analysed.

Abstract. This paper will review and analyze the scientific pedagogical views of O.G. Moroz, a member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine concerning the process of professional adaptation of novice teachers. The paper will examine adaptation of novice teachers as a main stage in a system of professional training of teaching staff. Essence, functions and structure of professional adaptation of the novice teachers will be analyzed.

Taranenko J.P. Psychological-Pedagogical Foundations of Training Future Teachers of Choreography for the Development of Artistic-Creative Abilities of Primary School Pupils

Summary. In the article the author offers analysis of psychological and pedagogical foundations of training future teachers of Cho- reography which is oriented on the development of artistic and creative abilities of primary school pupils. The author states that the ability of young teachers of choreography to work independently is performed within professional activity. Actual state of problem demonstrates certain lack of research which considers that art and creativity is of great importance during the development primary school pupils. The goal of the article is in the analyzing of psychological-pedagogical literature on training future teachers of Chore- ography for the development of artistic-creative abilities of primary school pupils. The author focuses on the early works of choreog- raphers  training.  Among  the  most  significant  works  we  cam  mention  works  made  by  L.  Bondarenko,  E. Valukina,  R. Zakharova, J. Novera.  This  article  analyzes  the  dissertation  research  on  choreography  made  by  L. Androshchuk,  T. Blagovoya,  A. Burli, S. Zabredovsky, M. Rozhko,  I. Radchenko, T. Serduk, A. Tarantseva, A. Filimonova and others. The author notes that the study of problems of future teachers of choreography (their ability to develop artistic and creative abilities of primary school pupils) is given scientists’ attention. In the conclusion the author of the article states that the analysis of the problem of training future Choreography teachers (for the development of artistic and creative abilities of primary school pupils) proves certain lack of appropriate scientific works in pedagogics. Though it has to be underlined that in our days many researchers are actively studying training of future prima- ry school teacher oriented on the development of artistic and creative abilities of primary school pupils during learning Mathematics, Art, Music, etc. As the prospect of further research author states analysis of the problem of training future Choreography teachers at high school which has to be oriented on the development of artistic and creative abilities of primary school pupils.

I. Zaitseva Professional readiness of the teacher to use distance technologies

Abstract. This article deals with the problem of formation of professional readiness of university teachers to work in distance learning system. The essence of the concept of “readiness” is clarified, the interpretation of teachers’ readiness for the implementation of distance  technologies  is  refined.  Components,  levels,  the  above  mentioned  criterial  characteristics  of  readiness  are  justified.  The structure of professional readiness of teachers to the use of distance learning is investigated. It is defined the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful formation of teacher’s  readiness for the implementation of distance learning technologies in higher education.

Abstract. The article is devoted to theoretical bases concerning the development of creative thinking for teaching and research activities of the students. The neurophysiological parameters and algorithm of creative thinking are being studied. It is shown tha t the theory of functional systems is the neurophysiological basis for brain activity in anticipatory reflection of reality – a person’s ability to respond to future events. Latest discoveries in new sciences investigating human are pointed out.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the justification of the proposed change of the didactic content of the theory of reversible images and its application in the geometric-graphic preparation of future architects. Development on the use of natural science of understanding the nature of artificial architectural objects as a complex system of interrelated elements, and their reversible image – as graphical models of complex systems of these elements, interconnected graph-logic models of connections and relationships between them.

Abstract. In the article it has been envisaged, that when the future socionomic specialists cognize themselves and form a definite attitude  to  themselves  as  future  professionals, self-affirmation  and  change  of  self-rating  promote  better  personality  formation  and professional development of a future professional personality. It has been proved that the harmony of a personality and professional maturity of a subject of labor is very important for personal development of a professional and his professional activities. It has been concluded  that  the  future  socionomic  specialists’  professional  personality  formation  is  determined  by  the  professional  activities, which are the means of forming a subject of activity, and it may become a need, a purpose, value and sense of life.

Arzumanyan K.K. The structure of the components of psychological readiness survey to constructive resolution of conflicts professional

Abstract. The paper presents results of substantial elements factor analysis on which for the level of factorial loading of variables the leading components of internal structure of interrelations of psychological readiness of sales managers for constructive solutions of the professional conflicts according to a complex of 11 informative techniques with 70 indicators were allocated. It is proved that on the level and content of factorial loadings of techniques indicators the first factor (F1) which covers 53 factors of psychol ogical read- iness of the surveyed to constructive decision of professional conflicts was called- interaction; second (F2) – individual – psychologi- cal, includes 45 variables; third (F3) – typological, contains 39 structural elements; fourth (F4) – motivational, includes 34 variables and fifth (F5) – psychological defense is characterized by 29 significant indicators.

Lokhvytska L.V. Moral Education of a Personality in Preschool Age: the Psychological Outline of Implementation

Abstract. The article highlights the psychological contents of moral education of a child’s personality in the system of preschool education. Based on the analysis of results of psychological studies on the issue of moral education, the  author draws the relevance for the search of corresponding solutions. The author, L. V. Lokhvytska, suggests a model for building a special program of moral education for children of preschool age the “Treasury of Morals”. The article features a brief review of main provisions of the suggested program: its peculiarities, problem and peculiarities to implement moral education of a personality in the preschool childhood period.

Abstract. The article presents the results of the theoretical and  methodological substantiation and empirical verification of the approach to investigating the psychological mechanisms of the impact of emotional intelligence, conceptualized as a new dynamic integral trait, on life success of personality. The method of the multiple correlation-regression analysis yielded the hierarchy of personality dispositions predictive of the meaningfulness of life, mental health continuum and life adjustment.
