Kosharna N. Peculiarities of Modern Pedagogical Education in Ukraine
Abstract. This article considers the concept of pedagogical education in Ukraine. It is paid attention of scientists and all public teaching auditory to such leading focuses of higher pedagogical education as the development of pedagogical orientation of the student’s personality and the students’ preparedness of higher pedagogical institutions for their future professional education activities, for a lifelong continuous pedagogical self-training in terms of the dynamics of social, educational and pedagogical process. The national programme of teacher training a new generation requires certain theoretical study of general concepts and basic principles of learning and teaching the disciplines of pedagogical cycle.

Shapovalova O.V. Comparative analysis of organizational foundations of functioning of comprehensive secondary schools in Great Britain and Ukraine
Abstract. This article provides a comparative analysis of the organizational foundations of functioning of comprehensive secondary schools of Great Britain and Ukraine. The stages required attending schools in Ukraine and the United Kingdom that affect the process of formation and development of secondary education are specified. Ukrainian laws and government regulations, which became the basis for the development and implementation of educational content in our schools are analyzed. Comparing the experience of educational process in schools of Ukraine and Great Britain, it is concluded that there exist common and distinctive tendencies. The uniqueness of the British experience is that an appropriate level of funding for education and equal access to quality education by all citizens are provided. Britain has implemented a better idea of profile education in upper secondary school; humanitarian, natural- mathematical, technological components of school education are well balanced.

Skyba K.M. Peculiarities of Translator Training Curriculum Design in the Frameworks of Higher Education
Abstract. The article presents an overview of the Translation Studies literature on translators’ training curriculum at the universities. The purpose of this paper is to review the existing models of translator training curriculum in higher education, to compare them and to find out the best approach to higher education curricula design. The definitions, foundations and guidelines and approaches to curriculum formation have been explored. A curriculum model is outlined as a practical example of synthesis, flexibility, and streamlining. The analysis made by the author has allowed identifying some key methodology provisions in regard to the university-based translator training curriculum design theory.

Voznyuk V. Extended educational offer of school: the experience of Ukraine and Great Britain
Abstract. The article analyzes the peculiarities of expanding educational offer of Ukrainian secondary and British extended schools. The essence of the concept of “extended school” as the centre of community development is revealed. The main attention is focused on the analysis of the Ukrainian legislation and the mechanisms of partnership between local authorities and extended schools. The article focuses on the value of extended schools in the process of improving the efficiency of partnership between parents and educa- tional institutions, helping to improve relationships within the family and assistance in overcoming barriers in communication be- tween parents and children. In addition, the possible ways of implementation of special support programs allow you to increase the level of pedagogical culture of the parents and, in turn, positively influence the development of a harmonious personality of the child. Perspective directions for the implementation of the British experience of extended schools are determined, among them: creating such a network of partnership, which would include various types of integrated social services, mandatory providing students with the choice of curriculum that is meaningful for the person and meets his/her individual educational needs; the development and ap- plication of educational strategies aimed at developing individual educational direction and learning style of every student; the intro- duction in the school staff a wide range of experts, who together with the teacher will be able to meet diverse educational needs of students and to provide social services of high quality; promoting the creation of a wide network of social partnership of the school with local community and social institutions that provide social support for families and children and thus contribute to success in learning activities.

Abstract. The article deals with the essence and the structure of professional readiness to work in extreme conditions future internal affairs’ officials. Revealed the concept of “extreme working conditions” in the activities of future law enforcement officials and personal factors of future law enforcement officials in extreme situations. Analyzed the influence of extreme conditions on the individuality of law enforcement officials and the quality of their professional functions. Determined the behavior of law enforcement officials in extreme conditions: basic human needs, motivation, psychological resilience, personal stability, physical readiness, fast reaction, creativity. All this should be part of readiness of the future law enforcement officials to work in extreme conditions as an integrated personality trait. Determined the structure of professional readiness of the future law enforcement officials: motivational, orientation, personal, emotional and volitional, informative (cognitive), operational, control and evolutional components.

Zotova I.V. Forming of vocal intercourse in a different age of child's collective in the conditions of modern preschool educational establishment
Abstract. The specific of vocal intercourse of under-fives is exposed in different age child’s collective, essence of the probed concept “Vocal intercourse of under-fives in different age child’s collective”, which is interpreted as a specific form of vocal co-operation of different age subjects (communicator) is in the different situations of intercourse, is marked: “teacher – children”, “children of junior preschool age – children of senior preschool age”, “children of junior, middle and senior preschool age”, incorporated child’s collec- tive (by a different age group), which generate and reproduce various utterances (texts) both in spontaneous and in stimulated speech and they are accordingly interpreted. The followings criteria were selected with the indexes of formed of vocal intercourse: 1) in- formative-communicative with indexes: vocal activity, imitativeness, intensity of intercourse (frequency of contacts), degree of development of coherent speech; 2) emotional-communicative with indexes: motivation of intercourse, perception by the partners of each other, style of intercourse (transmission of emotions), mutual understanding of each other; 3) reflection-communicative with indexes: by the intervaluation partners of each other, self-appraisal of socializing with a partner, self-expression of partners on intercourse. It was developed and described experimental model of forming of vocal intercourse of under-fives in a different age child’s collective, which engulfed three stages: reproductive and action approach, communication and action approach, reflection-evaluation. The purpose of the first is the reproductive and action approach stage there was forming of positive mutual relations between the children of a different age collective, second is communication and action approach stage which was directed on forming of vocal intercourse of under-fives in a different age child’s collective, on the third is reflection-evaluation stage vocal intercourse of under- fives of a different age maximally activated with each other. Tendencies are marked and the successive stages of forming of vocal intercourse are selected, the pedagogical terms of formed of vocal intercourse of under-fives are exposed in a different age child’s collective. The structural component of vocal intercourse is described, description of general levels of formed of vocal intercourse is given. Essence of concepts “Vocal intercourse”, “a different age group”, “child’s collective”, “vocal intercourse of children in a dif- ferent age child’s collective” is exposed. A model and experimental method of organization of forming of vocal intercourse of children is presented in a different age child’s collective.

Abstract. The article deals with foreign educational technology system (J.A. Comenius, Rousseau, Montessori, Piaget, J.H. Pestalozzi, C. Freinet, R. Steiner, O. Dekroli, F. Dolto) individual development, based on the ideas of early socialization, free education, taking into account individual needs, interests, creativity and abilities of the child. Objective: To carry out a retrospective look at the evolution of ideas about the problem of formation of the creative personality, the role of creativity in the realization of individuality. Formulate a conclusion that all these pedagogical theories define childhood as a value in itself, as a particularly important period of life for the formation of his personality; all seen the need to find new mechanisms for the formation and development of personality, creating conditions for the realization of an individual; where every child has the right to freedom of choice, to develop themselves creatively.
