Barabash O.D. Pedagogical situations as a part of the technology of teachers’ developmental training in terms of postgradu- ate education

Abstract. Within the article main characteristics of pedagogical situations are scientifically grounded as a part of the technology of teachers’ developmental training in terms of postgraduate education. Pedagogical situations that can provide the effect of developing adult education are of great value to us. Thus, the educational situations should be professional in content. As a result, the teacher can learn ways of acting and transferred them to other situations where you can follow the same logic. However, the use of situations that are specified and linked to techniques of teaching academic subject feel unproductive. They do not include developmental potential, they do not provoke a rethinking of content of the profession. Pedagogical situations that include significant potential are the following:

– Situations in which conditions do not affect the profession. They can describe household or some other vital reality that must be analyzed according to pedagogical principles.

– Situations with insufficient data or unnecessary data. It can be professional situation but it is difficult to select the data for the formulation of the problem.

– Situations in which the content presented the results of the pedagogical research, teaching conclusions. It is not necessary to solve these situations but to analyze.

– Situations in which the content contained the model of the activity of the teacher. It is a holistic view of the professional activity.  – Situations that require a certain generalization, systematization and conceptualization of action. This is the stage in the work of the teachers when we need to have theoretical knowledge for understanding of the pedagogical phenomena. They help to deal with the most common algorithms of the professional action, but not individual action.

Borova Т.А., Boroday G.P. Knowledge Management as the Basis of Higher Educational Establishment Research and Teaching Staff Professional Development under Modern Conditions

Abstract.  The  objective  of  the  article  is  the  analysis  of  the  theoretical  foundations  of  “knowledge  management”.  An  attempt  to ground the related notions such as “knowledge”, “knowledge economy”, “information” has been taken. It is highlighted that a higher educational establishment is the very environment, where knowledge is accumulated, the existing one is transformed, while the new one is created. It has been proved that the quality of knowledge of any higher educational establishment depends on the proficiency of its staff. A set of research methods such as: problem and purposeful, logic and systematic, structural and functional analysis of philological, psychological and pedagogical as well as economic resources facilitated the analysis. The review of the used methodol- ogies  is  conducted  through  knowledge  management,  the  results  of  implementation  of  these  methodologies  are  shown  in  practice within the framework of higher educational establishment research and teaching staff professional development. Mathematical and statistical methods were applied for validating the results. The ways, terms that gave an opportunity to connect professionalism and personality qualities of research and teaching staff are shown. The specific features of professional activity of research and teaching staff are viewed as a higher educational establishment basic knowledge foundation with the purpose of increasing the competitive- ness of both students and higher educational establishment. Methodologies of knowledge management have appeared to be instru- mental in tracing the level of higher educational establishment research and teaching staff proficiency level development which was proved by the experiments.

Bosovskiy M., Bochko O., Tretyak M. Study of divergent sequences in mathematical analysis course

Abstract. Most of modern textbooks on mathematical analysis do not contain material that relates to divergent sequences. However, it should be noted that the study of this material is reasonable, as evidenced by the content of textbooks on mathematical analysis leading universities. The paper considers the concept of learning divergent sequences in the course of  mathematical analysis. The importance of the application of divergent sequences in different parts of the course of mathematical analysis was analyzed, as well as some of the propedeutics issues on functional analysis and theory of functions. The desirability of examining divergent sequences simultaneously  and  together  with  convergent  sequences  was  justified.  Stages  of  the  study  of  divergent  sequences  were  extracted, namely: 1) introduction of the concept of limit of a sequence in terms of neighborhoods and a set of partial limits of a sequence; 2) formulation of the main theorems; 3) introducing the basic concepts and illustration of these concepts and theorems in the examples; 4) formulation of the theorem about the transition to the upper and lower limits in the equations and inequalities; 5) formulation of the theorem, which illustrates the relationship between the partial limits of sequences and the sequences. It is shown that the study of both the parallel convergent and divergent sequences promotes a deeper and more conscious understanding of a limit of a sequence function, also makes it possible to formulate a more general form the definition of convergent series, expands the mathematical out- look, culture and worldview. Intra- and inter-subject implements the bindings in the course of the study of fundamental mathematical disciplines and raises the level of abstract thinking to a higher level.

Drachuk M.I. Interaction between the traditional and innovative approaches in training pharmacists for their professional work in the Сarpathian region

Abstract. In the article the expediency of interaction between the traditional and innovative approaches in training pharmacists for their professional work in the Сarpathian region is grounded. The main directions of ecologization of pharmacists’ professional work are stated in the context of modern information technologies.  This paper presented the modern automated diagnostic systems and pharmacological rehabilitation technologies. There is a lack in the raw material base of many medicinal plants due to the bad environmental situation. Today natural resources were so depleted that Arnica was listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. Nowadays the training of specialists in the field of pharmacology requires not  only new approaches associated with the development of medical science and computer technology. We have national traditions for the use of plant resources, particularly in the Carpathian region. Much of the research in the field of  pharmacology requires new ap- proaches in the analysis of clinical trails of new medical products. Pharmaceutical practice is focused on the types of professional activities. The ethical aspects related to medicines are equally significant. In the professional work of pharmacists information tech- nologies are used on such stages as the creation of a medicinal product. The research of resources is conducted all over the world and is used to record all types of natural resources, but this term is most commonly used to define plant resources. The pharmacist should be able to adjust the recipes prescribed by doctors and know the rules of drug intake and provision. Regarding plant medicines, the Carpathian region has a rich heritage of traditional use of medical plants. Nowadays modern conditions require the active use of new technologies  in  pharmacist’s  professional  activity.  Particularly  acute  is  the  problem  of  compatibility  of  medicinal  substances  and their interaction in the pharmaceutical phase as well as in the process of distribution and absorption. The Carpathian region which is extremely rich in medical plants should be constantly studied and integrated with the modern knowledge and capabilities.

Millousheva-Boykina D.V., Milloushev V.B., DSc. About Using Methods and Heuristics in Solving Problems from the Perspective of Reflexive-synergetic Approach

Abstract: The article examines the problem of educating students of methods of mental activity, contributing to the development of their heuristic abilities in solving problems. Familiarizing them, on the based of reflexive-synergetic approach with heuristic schemes for searching and discovering solutions, as well as with generally-logical or private methods, appears to be effective means for man- agement and self-organization of their mental activity. Such a learning organization is proper to be accomplished using various heu- ristic  methods and/or advanced infor communication technologies, including heuristics didactic structures. The process of solving heuristic problems is treated as a process of formulating and solving of hierarchical set of problems-components, which is considered as a special type of heuristics and is associated with the concept of “development of the problem”. This helps the students to acquire skills of self-creating new problems, which implements the cognitive autonomy and stimulates their heuristic activity. Conclusions are made, which summarized the heuristic skills that must be deliberately taught in students in training them in solving problems.

Bulgakova E.J. Psychological model of social interaction in the system of vocational training in a higher educational institution

Training  and  professional  activity  of  students  of  University  is  considered  as  an  analogue  of  the  future  professional  activity.  The rationale behind the inclusion in educational and professional activity training aimed at forming students of professional interactive competence having a sufficient level of reflexivity and randomness. The theoretical basis of the training was a follow-up of explicit- value model «subject – subject» to the terms of such constructs as «I-subject», «We-subject», «social actor» by using reflection and awareness of the personal meaning of judgments of the questionnaires revealing the behavioral side of the personality in the context of the relationship of the individual to himself, to another, the society as a whole. Explication of the concept of the «I-subject» is a reflexive discussion of patterns of behavior, which is manifested self-attitude, self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation, achievement, internality of locus of control, low dependence on non-constructive awe impacts (low level of conformity). For the explication of the concept of the «We-subject» in which we see signs of the subject of homogeneity as Union leaders in the act of engagement, in train- ing as a stimulus judgments were used judgments of psychological questionnaires to determine the level of severity of the behavior of sociability, affiliation, empathy, tolerance. The concept of the «social actor» which reflects the experience of the individual measures of their effective participation in the life of society, in training was presented by working with reflective interpretation of behavioral components relating to life orientations, adaptability, affiliation, conformity, assertiveness, to overcome psychological barriers, feel- ings of loneliness, of emotional intelligence. In general professional interactive competence considered as an integrative functional system consisting of a systemically dependent functional systems arising in connection with the necessity of obtaining private result in one or another act of social interaction.

Abstract. The reflection of the teacher as a part of their professional activities has been considered. The components of professional reflection  teacher-educator  have  been  analyzed,  namely  emotional  and  motivational,  cognitive,  behavioral-evaluation.  Different techniques to study the psychological characteristics of the formation of reflection have been suggested, such as methodology of A. Karpova  “Diagnosis  reflection”;  test  questionnaire  “oneself”  by  V. Stolin  and  S.  Pantelyeyeva;  test  “Diagnosis  of  interpersonal relations”  by  T. Liri;  test  “Diagnosis  of  interpersonal  relations”  (DMO)  by  L.  Sobchyk;  method  of  determining  the  “level  of subjective control” (UIC) by E. Bazhyn. The sample is comprised by students of the Faculty of Humanities in “Preschool Education” and  experienced  workers.  Peculiarities  of  transformation  reflection  of  future  teachers  during  professional  training  have  been analyzed. Based on the study it has been concluded that to understand their own spiritual processes, personality is often critical of the negative aspects of his or her inner world. And this is what makes the person capable of self-improvement.
