Abstract. S. Isaienko Pedagogical conditions for professional culture formation in students of Engineering at higher education institutions

Abstract.  The  problem  of  specialists’  forming,  mutual  links  and  mutual  dependence  of  human  life  and  professional  activity  still keeps being of high topicality. The author considers the work aimed at future specialists’ personality forming to be one of the main tasks of professional training system, especially that of higher education system. The author states the professional culture formation in students of Engineering to be one of the main tasks of higher education system. In the article the existing in Pedagogy theoretical approaches  to  the  formation  of  future  specialists’  professional  culture  have  been  analyzed  and  compared  along  with  the  factors having  impact  on the process in the present  conditions  of  higher education  system  development in  Ukraine.  Having  analyzed  the most urgent problems connected with development of higher education today, with modern requirements to process of teaching and with  its potentialities,  with  students’  and  graduates’  needs, the  author  distinguishes  factors having  positive impact (defining them “pedagogical conditions”) on the future specialists’ professional culture formation.

Korniyenko I. O. Categorical analysis of the "vital space of the person" concept

Abstract.  The  structure  of  the  living  space  from  the  perspective  of  human  interaction  with  the  nearest  eco-environment  and  the objective environment is reviewed. The concept of the study of human behavior in its environment is analyzed. A number of “generic environmental needs” are determined. The uniqueness and significance of the concept of “identity” as a form of ego-identity gaining is proven; a number of forms of inclusion of the physical environment into social relations are analyzed: the boundary, the limit, the place, the construct “my own, someone else’s.” It was pointed out that the concept of “vital space of the person” is combined with the characteristics: autonomy, independence, resistance to impact, integrity and stability.

Abstract. The article  highlights the  specific  features  of  academic  writing  assessment in  American  university  writing programs. It discusses the goals and objectives of writing evaluation at different stages of college education. Current approaches, methods and criteria for student writing assessment are analyzed. Suggestions for improvement of academic writing instruction at universities of Ukraine are made.

Onufriieva L.A. Emotional intelligence in the future socionomic specialists’ professional psychological training

The  article envisages the development of future socionomic specialists’ emotional competence to promote their professional development and personal  improvement,  updating  adaptive  abilities,  to  prevent  “emotional  burnout”,  harmonious  functioning  of  society,  life achievement. It is found that emotional competence serves as integral important feature of a true professional. It may be and must be successfully developed in order to create a more harmonious Me-concept of a professional. The emotional competence is established to  consist  in  a  progressive  development  of  the  emotional  sphere  of  personality  and  is  a  set  of  knowledge  and  skills  that  enable managers to act appropriately based on the processing of all information. It enriches the experience of the personality, promotes the rapid analysis of emotiogenic situations, being a condition of a human progress in all areas of life, reflecting the emotional maturity of a personality, combining the intellectual and regulatory components of the psyche.

V. V. Radul Social responsibility of a person

Annotation. Important for the analysis of the problem of responsibility is social nature of a person. It is the social living conditions that  impose respective  responsibilities  on  each individual  for  the performance  of  which  he is responsible.  Responsibility  therefore appears, because in all its manifestations  – at work, at home, in multi-faceted social relations, in family, in relationship with other people – a person appears as a social creature. Responsibility is an aspect of any relationship in which people are actually present as subjects of conscious actions realize objectively implemented on them duties. Responsibility presents oneself as a philosophical and sociological category that shows objectively a necessary relationship between an individual, environment and a society, through his mutual  obligations,  which  are  implemented  in  a  conscious  and  volitional  behavior  and  activities.  It  is  advisable  to  distinguish between  the  responsible  activity  and  responsible  behavior.  Thus,  the  responsible  activity  –  an  activity  aimed  at  realization  of  the objectively  determined,  socially  important  (socially  valuable)  goals.  The  responsible  behavior  –  a  behavior,  which  is  formed  in accordance with specific rules, regulations, attitudes of society.

Shuppe L. The didactic principles of the romance philology bachelors’ culturological competence formation

Summary.  The  aim  of  the  present  article  is  to  give  foundation  to  a  theoretical  significance  of  the  problem  of  the  culturological competence  formation  of  the  Romance  philology  bachelors  as  modern  experts  in  the  intercultural  communication.  The  main inconsistency  of  the  traditional  system  of  their  professional  training,  which  restrains  the  bachelors’  personal  and  professional awareness in the foreign languages sphere, has been covered. The stages specified, a strategy  of  creation of the necessary didactic and  methodological  means  contributing  to  the  Romance  philology  bachelors’  culturological  competence  formation  while  teaching specialized  subjects  has  been  elaborated.  Special  attention  is  paid  to  a  specification  of  means  and  methods  for  the  bachelors’ educational,  cognitive,  and  research  activity,  so  that  they  obtain  culturological  competence,  and  personal  and  professional  skills necessary for their future professional occupation.

Smolyuk A. I. The educational environment of the pedagogical collage as the condition of the self development of future primary school teachers

Abstract. The features of the educational environment of the pedagogical collage as the meaningful factor of the self development of future primary school teachers are analyzed in the article. The functions of the educational environment are singled out by the author: the  incentive  (systematic  conditions  and  factors  one  way  or  another  motivate  a  student  to  the  professional  self  development);  the cognitive-personal (the amount of knowledge about the future profession, the acquirement of professional skills contributes to desire of self development in the profession); the social-communicative (the feeling of membership to the professional community, values of professional interaction). The author proves that the effectiveness of future professional activity for the student depends not only on  acquired professional  knowledge  and skills,  and  on  formed  preparedness to  professional  self  development. As  remarked in  the article the educational environment is understood as the system of psychology-pedagogical influence and conditions of forming of future  primary  school  pedagogue  and  possibilities  for  its  development,  which  are  contained  in  the  social  and  spatially-subject environment.  The  formed  preparedness  to  professional  self  development  acts  as  the  result  of  influence  of  the  educational environment.  The  author  sees  the  perspectives  of  further  investigation  in  the  developing  of  the  criteria  of  the  preparedness  to professional self development of the future primary school teachers.

Surgova S. The cognitive component of readiness of social services future personnel for prevention activities: results of diagnostic studies

Abstract. The article is devoted to the procedure provides for the identification of formation of the cognitive component of readiness of social services future personnel for prevention activities. Applying the diagnostic level of formation of  the cognitive component of preparedness for preventive action leads to the conclusion that the overall level of the cognitive component can be evaluated as sufficient and elementary (with the advantage of a sufficient). The author suggests that the efficient formation of the component can be achieved by the enrichment of the content of vocational and practical training of social services future personnel with the terms and priorities for preventive action.

Abstract. In the article the professional development of the individual, accompanied by crises, conflicts, destructive changes. It was found that the methodological basis of the principles of the system, personally – active, active approach to professional development, humanistic theory  of self-actualization and personal fulfillment. Revealed that identity formation necessarily involves the need for development and self-development, the need for professional self-preservation, etc. Confirmed that professional development is part of  the  subject  of  human  ontogenesis  since  the  beginning  of  the  formation  of  professional  intentions  before  the  end  of  active professional activity, which is critical of a leading expert.

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of the problem of life strategies  and factors of choice the life strategies according to the life project of young personality. The basic aspects of the choice of life strategies are described as a structure of strategies types as the creative design of the life path of gifted personality. We consider five main types of strategies, based on the approach of creative constructology of V. Molyako. There are described next life strategies: strategies of analogies, combining strategies, reconstructive strategies, universal strategies and strategies of random attempts and mistakes.

А. F. Lisovenko Рatterns of traits within personalities, prone to envy of different degree

Аbstract. The article is devoted to the theoretical-empirical investigation of individual psychological particularities of personalities with maximum and minimum proneness to envy. The original methods “Differential diagnosis of personality tendency to envy” and questionnaire “Social identity guidelines regarding envy” (О. P. Sannikovа, A. F. Lisovenko) were used for marking out the indices of  ability  to  envy.  For  diagnostics  of  individual  psychological  peculiarities  of  a  personality  “The  Sixteen  Personality  Factor Questionnaire” (16PF, R. Cattell) was used, which is based on the peculiar characteristics of temper and personal traits. The data of correlation analysis between indices of tendency to feel envy and patterns of personal traits (after R. Cattell’s theory) are given. The profiles of factor structure of a person in probationer groups with general envy index of maximum and minimum values are analysed; thus portraits of personalities prone and not prone to envy are marked out.

Abstract.  The  article  explores  psychosemantic  differential  field  found  of  the  concept  of  «moral  violence».  It  is  shown  that  a psychosemantical method «Identification of moral violence in the family» is specifically valid for a deep research of the semantics of Legal Consciousness of college students. The system of ideas about the law, which is actively formed at this age, expresses ideas of moral violence in the family.
