Abstract. The changes taking place in higher  education prompted the author to consider in detail the practical implementation of subject (professional) competences of students of the first (bachelor) level of higher education. Actualization of professional competences in music-pedagogical training of students-musicians takes place in the process of teaching subjects of instrumental-performing, theoretical cycles and writing of diploma projects. The article deals with the stages of students’ work on musical compositions: learning, memorizing, mastering technical skills, working on artistic-image tasks and emotional concert performance. This students’ stage-like activity took place both independently and with partial or constant pedagogical support of the teacher. The realization of these competencies contributes to the professional-personal development of students-musicians of the Faculty of Arts. Implementation of these competencies in professional subjects of instrumental-performing cycle («Basic Musical Instrument» (piano, bayan), «Accompaniment») and subjects of theoretical cycle («Musical Pedagogy», «Musical Psychology», «Methods of Musical Education in Pre-School Institution», «Methods of Music Education at School»), will help the student of the Faculty of Arts to acquire musical knowledge, to improve the general, musical, performing, pedagogical training necessary for achieving high level of professional mastery.

N. V. Muzhanova Features of personal maturity of representatives of the informal subculture

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2020-222VIII90-15

The analysis of the features of one of the elements of a person’s semantic sphere (personality maturity) who is a member of an informal subculture are presented in the article. The concept of personal maturity is identical to the concept of self-actualization, which level of development indicates the disclosure of personal potential. A mature person comprehends his life, and attitudes to herself, to other people and to the world with meanings. The aims of the present study were to study the level of personal maturity of informal subcultures representatives, to determine their proximity to a self-actualized personality, to identify age and gender differences, their influence on characterological features. The study established the level of self-actualization of the studied groups (experimental and control), which corresponded to the ranges of “average” and “above average”, which indicates a significant proximity of the studied individuals to full maturity. Significant differences were found between the indicators of personality maturity among members of the informal subculture and ordinary citizens. Distinctive features of the personal maturity of men belonging to informal subcultures are value orientations (p≤0.05), sensitivity (p≤0.01), self-acceptance (p≤0.05) cognitive needs (p≤0.01). Men from civil society are characterized  by  flexibility  (p≤0.01),  spontaneity of  behaviour  (p≤0.05)  and  sociability  (p≤0.01).The  following personality  traits  were established in young men from informal subcultures: support (p≤0.01), time orientation (p≤0.01), value orientations (p≤0.01), sensitivity (p≤0.01), self-esteem (p≤0.01), self-acceptance (p≤0.01), acceptance of human nature (p≤0.01), cognitive needs (p≤0.01).For boys from the control group, spontaneity (p≤0.01) and sociability (p≤0.01) turned out to be more priority. Women from informal subcultures witnessed the following distinctive features of personality maturity: support (p≤0.01), time orientation (p≤0.01), value orientations (p≤0.01), self-acceptance (p≤0.05), acceptance of human nature (p≤0.01), cognitive needs (p≤0.01).The following personal qualities are inherent in ordinary women: flexibility of behavior (p≤0.01) and acceptance of aggression (p≤0.01).Signs of personality maturity in girls of experimental and control groups are least pronounced. The differences are that for girls from an informal society, cognitive needs prevail (p≤0.05), while for girls in civil society, behavior is more flexible (p≤0.01).Age and gender differen- tiations were found, which were expressed in significant differences between the signs of self-actualization in men and women of the studied groups, while the maximum differences were observed in boys and minimum in girls. Among the representatives of the informal subculture, distinctive features were also identified. In an informal environment, the age difference (middle adulthood and adolescence) led to the emergence of differences in personality maturity in men (men: sensitivity (p≤0.01), acceptance of aggression (p≤0.01); young men: support (p≤0.01 ), value orientations (p≤0.01), spontaneous behavior (p≤0.01), self-acceptance (p≤0.01), creativity (p≤0.05)).In an informal environment between women of different age groups, there are significantly fewer differences in the signs of personality maturity compared to men. Among women dominates, support (p ≤ 0.05), time orientation (p ≤ 0.05), contact (p ≤ 0.05); among girls – value orientations (p≤0.01).Thus, the existence of significant age and gender differentiation of personal maturity signs among representatives of the informal subculture is proved. In an informal environment, young men and women are more personality mature than men and girls. Representatives of an informal subculture are closer to a self-actualized personality in their personal development than ordinary citizens.
