https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2019-198VII80-01

Abstract.  the  analysis  of  the  peculiarities  of  the  formation  of  professional  competence,  pedagogical  conditions  and  the  model  of training specialists for data protection, as well as the formation of deontologically oriented thinking has been carried out. It has been determined that deontology  for specialists in data protection should penetrate as far as possible all classroom  and non-auditorium classes. The pedagogical model, in addition to the content part, must have an activity component, which permits the formation of competence as a sequence of definite steps. An institution that prepares specialists for data protection is not bound to interrupt communications with their graduates, helping them in professional adaptation and professional development in the form of, for example, additional training, participate in the periodic certification of specialists in their profile, the results of  which  make  changes to the content, methods its formation and practical realization.

М. Pukalo Interaction of the educational institution with the automobile labor market

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2019-198VII80-07

Abstract. Enterprises can be competitive when they maintain and improve their position on the market. And also constantly support and improve the quality of products and services in the indicators important for consumers. The problems of motor transport, first of all, are the ability to provide quality transport services at a minimal cost,  related to the operation of the transport process and the observance of traffic safety. On average, Ukraine has 187 cars per 1000 inhabitants. The leader is the city of Kyiv, where there are 343 vehicles per 1000 inhabitants. In the city of Lviv, this figure is 103 cars per 1,000 inhabitants [1]. Thus, the demand for workers is increasing. The lack of highly qualified specialists in the field of transport, which meet the modern and promising requirements of the labor market, is in practice encountered. Therefore, the training of such specialists is a priority area of vocational education and training institutions.

The general and special methods of formation of vocal jazz culture in adolescents are studied. The general vocal pedagogical methods are classified into: concentric; search – directed at organization of search and creative activity of the student, independent analysis of musical and poetic text, search of expressive means for creation of own interpretation. Execution of musical work; phonetic – aimed at forming quality of voice; the method of imaginary or inner singing – focused on the actuation of auditory attention, which is aimed at perceptions and memorization of the sounding standard; the method of comparative analysis – aimed at comparing different sound samples of the voice. The special methods of formation of vocal jazz culture are accumulation of musical and auditory experience in the field of jazz music, comparisons of vocal motivations and improvisations of different artists; performer analysis of jazz works – listening, analysis, picking out a tune, copying with voice; technical vocal jazz Exercises – metro-rhythmic exercises on the development of the rhythm sense of the jazz works («Scat drums», etc.), singing warm-ups for the learning of basic elements of jazz singing; creative vocal jazz tasks – interpretation and improvisation in jazz style.

S. V. Anosenkova Particularities of rigidity of the civil servants in the age of early and mature adulthood

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2019-198VII80-14

Abstract. The article presents the features of rigidity of civil servants of different ages. It has  been established that civil servants have a tendency to broad forms of fixed behavior. It has been demonstrated that one third of civil servants have the inability, in an objective need, to change the opinion, attitude, prescription, motives, mode of experience. Significant differences in the manifestation of  levels  of  rigidity  among  civil  servants  between  groups  of  early  and  mature  adulthood  on  the  scales  of  adjusting  rigidity  and sensitive rigidity were shown. The differences on the scale of rigidity as a state, at the level of the statistical tendency, was noted. It has been demonstrated that between the ages of 20 and 40, rigid forms of behavior are more pronounced at the emotional level  and cover the sphere of affects. It was established that in the mature age from 41 to 60 years, the consciousness produces stable attitudes in  response  to  any  changes  or  innovations,  new  social  contacts,  methods  of  communication,  as  well  as  attitudes  in  interpersonal interactions.

Abstract. The article analyzes the characteristics of the emotional state of adolescents in different periods of a large biological cycle. The τ (tau) -type and the living-through phase of the Large biological cycle have been established experimentally. The discrepancy of the  emotional  sphere  was  demonstrated  among  adolescents,  whose  physical,  mental,  psychosomatic  resources  are  significantly reduced and in whose resources are on the rise, according to the phases of the cycle. The opposite goals and ways of action of these adolescents  were  shown.  It  was  established  that  emphasized  individualization  is  the  only  mean  of  achieving  the  goal  for  an adolescent. It was established that the needs of which adolescents ignore and suppress include the needs of the body. Demonstrated that adolescents have a desire to stand out from the crowd.
