Agiliar Tukler V.V. Proactivity as psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the personality
Abstract. This article reveals terminological definitions and characterizes a basic quality of the personality – proactivity. For in- stance, a definition of the notion was analyzed in etymological, explanatory, pedagogical and ethical dictionaries. The results of the analysis lead us to the conclusion that proactivity is viewed as one of the components of harmonious development. Only a personality who is able to self-realize in spheres of social life, is an active and independent figure and expresses personal individuality in an activity, can manifest this quality. It is has been established that this quality of the personality should be formed according to modern methods, techniques and tools in preschool education. The author considers proactivity to be the quality of the personality which is expressed in the desire and ability to initiate acts and deeds, realize them actively and involve others. Integrated components of proactivity are studied: goal-making, inventiveness, creative activity, autonomy. Scientific views of pedagogues and psychologists, who consider proactivity to be one of the main psychological qualities of the personal development of a child, are outlined: proactivity as a form of provocative and integral formation which determines the components of essential, motivational, emotional, volitional and intelectual spheres; the significance of proactivity in the process of perception of the surrounding environment; abilities of the personality to make his own decisions; defining goal-setting to be one of the basic qualities of the identity as a driving force of proactivity; components of creative activity; inventiveness the basis of which is creative thinking of a child; volitional qualities of the personality and components of autonomy. Thus, the essence of this quality is revealed as wholesome formation and as integrated basic quality of the identity. The author points out that modern methods and techniques of identity nurturing should be implemented, pedagogical conditions for the successful development of psychological qualities, an atmosphere of emotional comfort, focus of pedagogues-teachers on achievement of success by a child in the activity, subject-subject approach in the relationships be- tween pedagogues and children with the view of development and nurturing of the described basic quality, should be created. The article demonstrates that proactivity is one of the main basic qualities which plays a leading role in the formation of the personality and contributes to the opening of his potential abilities. According to the author of the article this psychological quality is the core of transformation of wishes of children into deeds, active actions and self-realization in the activity, for instance, a role-playing game which is the leading one at preschool age. The author ascribes development of methodological provision of education of proactivity of children of a senior preschool-age in a role-playing game to the promising directions of nurturing of basic qualities. The goal of the article is to describe one of the basic qualities of the personality, namely proactivity, and illustrate it as a component of autonomy, goal-setting, inventiveness and creative activity. The goal is specified by the tasks: to conduct an analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, to provide definitions and characterize basic quality of the personality, namely proactivity, and to outline integrated components of proactivity.

Abstract. The article deals with the results of the research concerning the legal framework on inclusive higher education in the United States. The peculiarities of the basic laws of the United States concerning the rights to inclusive education for persons with disabilities are analyzed. The author of the article reviewed and analyzed legislative policy and legislation on inclusive higher education for students with special needs of Washington, Massachusetts, Florida, Colorado, Georgia and California.

Abstract. The article substantiates the urgency of improving the training of primary school teachers to innovative professional work in the conditions of reforming secondary education. Analyzed didactic aspects of this work by the example of teaching of discipline «General Pedagogy» through providing motivational-valuable, cognitive, active and reflective-evaluative components. The leading idea is reflected in the content of the students of the main provisions of the reform and targeted use of forms and methods of teach- ing, providing innovative nature of the professional work.

Abstract. The authors study the specific role of active learning methods and techniques in teaching foreign languages. The particular attention is focused on dramatization and theatre techniques to promote learners’ motivation, increase foreign language competences, develop their mental functions and abilities through entertainment. Different aspects of implementation of dramatizing are empha- sized. The importance of emotional content of theatre oriented tasks in personal academic performance and achievement is pointed out.

Abstract. Foreign students in National Aviation University may choose to study in English, Russian or Ukrainian. We present the results of our experience of teaching probability theory and mathematical statistics or corresponding topics of higher mathematics in English to foreign and Ukrainian students in NAU. Therefore we study problems of methodical, didactic and organizational nature which arise while teaching to some topics of discipline in English in academic groups including students who are not native speakers.

I. Ye. Klak Interactive teaching technologies as effective factor of forming the future foreign language teachers’ professional communicative competence
Abstract. The article reveals the importance, necessity and benefits of applying interactive teaching technologies in the process of training the future foreign language teachers in higher educational establishments. Interactive teaching technologies are determined as an effective factor of forming the future foreign language teachers’ professional communicative competence as well as efficient means of intensifying the learning process and way of increasing the level of foreign language training. Using appropriate interactive teaching forms and methods, based on a democratic style of teaching interaction and aimed at developing students’ creative abilities, guides the latter on the work that stimulates their activity and ingenuity as well as promotes the process of multilateral communication. The most appropriate forms and methods suggested in the article are the following: role-playing games, lectures- dialogues, battle-discussions, “Round table”, “Select the position”, project method, language portfolio, trainings and others. It is em- phasized that using interactive technologies in training the future foreign language teachers will be effective if the content of the edu- cational process overlaps with the students’ future professional activities.

Abstract. The concepts of “communicative competence”, “interactive teaching methods” are under consideration in the present article. Attention is paid to the main features of interactive communication, particularly, such as: polylogue, dialogue, thinking activi- ty, meaning creating activity, interpersonal relations, freedom of choice, situation of success, positive assessment, reflection. Various classifications of interactive teaching methods are also presented, the structural components of the interactive classes are highlighted (creative task, work in group, general discussion). Dialogical forms of students’ work are considered: argument, discussion, debate, the method of “brainstorming”, didactic games.

Annotation. In the article it is considered the views of modern scholars regarding the understanding of the concepts of “pedagogical conditions” and “legal culture of youth”, carried out an analysis of normative base of legal education to determine pedagogical conditions of legal culture formation of youth in Ukraine. It is proved that the efficiency of legal culture development of youth in Ukraine depends on observance of a set of pedagogical conditions: introduction the legal education to priority orientations of the state educational policy; regulation of the legal education system with the appropriate content (legal training/education); the establishment of a comprehensive system of professional teachers training /professors of law.

Abstract. Internet has a lot of advantages and makes its users’ lives easier but its excessive use and abuse can cause negative effects such as Internet addiction. The most impressionable are the children of school age, that’s why teachers should be ready for preventive work in this sphere and also not feel like this addiction themselves. We have maintained our own research of Internet addiction of the students of pedagogical university, which showed that there were no dependents among the examined students. But there was some percent which was under the risk.

Abstract. The article is executed within psychodynamic paradigm and devoted to the actual issue of correlation of concepts “symbol” and “sign” in the philosophical and psychological studies. The content of these terms is disclosed, their main features are defined. Based on the conducted studies of domestic and foreign scientists, it is established their similarities and differences. The content of the article points out, that the term “symbol” has more complex nature than the concept of “sign”, so we can not speak about their identity. This paper focuses on new ways of knowing the category of “symbol” in the psychodynamic paradigm, that confirm the dissertation’s studies the followers of Academician NAPS Ukraine T. S.
