Y. О. Barulina Definition and scientific ground of didactic conditions of formations the value-sense orientations of high school pupils in the course of mathematical disciplines studying

Abstract. In the article the meaning of the notion “value-sense orientations” is submitted, the directions of formation of value-sense orientation  are  specified,  the  didactic  conditions  of  value-sense  orientations  formation  of  high  school  pupils  in  the  course  of mathematical disciplines studying are proved and disclosed such as: the creation of positive motivation to educational activity and acquisition  of  subject  knowledge  (in  particular  mathematical);  the  realization  of  intersubjective  connections  in  the  course  of mathematical  disciplines  studying;  the  organization  of  education  on  the  principle  of  pedagogical  interaction,  co-creation  and cooperation,  various  didactic  technologies  in  educational  process  using;  availability  of  methodical  and  technical  ensuring  of  the process of mathematical disciplines teaching.

Abstract.  The  present  work  highlights    survey  findings  of  MA  courses  participants  of  future  headmasters  according  to  their knowledge of forming professional competency issues. The survey was conducted on the base of Institute of postgraduate education Kharkiv National pedagogical University named after G. S. Skovoroda with the assistance of research and information department of Kharkiv  Regional  Institute  of  Public  Administration  of  National  Academy  of  Public  Administration  attached  to  the  office  of  the President of Ukraine.

G.A. Degtyaryova Some methodological approaches development in the system of postgraduate education to the philological subjects teachers’ information and communication competence

Annotation. The basic components of the provisions of postgraduate education methodology have been revealed; the methodology of competency and andragogical approaches, their substantive content, the essence of the basic principles of the above mentioned approaches,  their  focus  on  the  system  activity  provision  at  postgraduate  institutions  of  the  teachers’  IR-competence  development including course, and intercourse periods, developing the conditions for the acquired ICT knowledge application and implementing it to  the  professional  activity,  teachers’  ability  to  self-estimation  of  the  IC  competence  and  its  further  development,  as  well  as  to perform a conceptual model of the philological subjects teachers’ competence development in the system of postgraduate education have been considered.

N. V. Gavrysh Modern approaches to the use of the artistic word in the educational process in preschool establishments

Abstract. The article deals with the scientific and methodological content represent a variety of forms and methods of preschoolers` acquaintance  with  artistic  word.  The  author  reveals  the  original  approaches  to  the  use  of  literary  texts  while  working  with preschoolers. The author points out that literary work in the kindergarten can be perceived by children in different ways: as a source of information, as a way of having fun, the intelligent process activity, artwork, a source of social situation, moral rule, execution of which is compulsory for all, the game storyline, and the source of the stimulus to creativity. The most common forms in acquainting preschoolers  with  literature  and  folklore  in  kindergarten  are  analyzed  in  the  issue.  But  the  author  emphasizes  the  necessity  of changing  of  these  forms  for  children,  and  points  out  that  organization  of  modern  educational  process  provided  reduction  of  the number of common group lessons in favor of mostly small forms of organization of educational work, which should provide more space  for  personal  self-determination  of  the  child  in  a  kindergarten  developing  environment.  Common  practice  of  classes  special organization on literature in this situation should change to a more mobile and diverse methods of presentation, understanding and accommodation of literary works by children. The author presents the technologies of planning and conducting of classes on the basis of  the  integrated  type  or  using  literary  work.  This  work  includes  the  implementing  of  the  following  activity  algorithm  at  classes: terminological analysis of key concepts, reading a fiction text with advanced targeting and the subsequent discussion, organization of digesting of meaningful social rules. The algorithm of work with the text is also presented in the article, it is the following: analysis of  the  puzzle  text,  actualization  of  children’s  knowledge  on  the  subject,  generalizing  of  knowledge,  symbolization.  The  author concludes  that  using  texts  enriches  also  artistic  and  productive  activities  of  children  and  excites  their  imagination,  creativity  and original thinking in tasks by means of different kinds of productive activities. Literary texts are indispensable as one of the best ways to create and then keep psychologically comfortable group atmosphere and can be used in family home activity as well.

O. I. Kovnir Foreign language teaching in higher maritime educational establishments of Ukraine: status, problems and prospects

Annotation.  In  the  conditions  of  Ukraine’s  accession  to  the  Bologna  process  and  perspective  of  Ukraine’s  European  integration, including the introduction, since mid-2016 visa-free regime with the European Union, the study of foreign languages is of particular importance  and  relevance.  In  this  regard,  in  the  process  of  teaching  foreign  languages  at  higher  educational  institutions  should radically  change  approaches  to  teaching  foreign  languages,  shifting  the  emphasis  from  studying  the  actual  language  on  its development as a communicative tool. This problem is extremely relevant for higher Maritime educational institutions of Ukraine, considering that their graduates being at the forefront of the use of foreign languages have to master (especially during speech) at least one foreign language, preferably English as most common.

Abstract:  The  article  reveals  the  essence  of  the  concept  of  “language  portfolios”,  the  function  and  the  types  of  technology  are investigated. The efficiency and reliability of the use of the European Language Portfolio in teaching English is demonstrated. It was found that the language portfolio – a complex composed of documentary materials in paper and electronic form, showing the efforts and progress of the individual. Determined that the EEN provides a clear structure that contributes to its easy application in teaching English. Through the use of the European Language Portfolio process of learning foreign languages  become more transparent for students and helps to develop their own capacity for self-assessment that contributes to the gradual increase in responsibility for their own learning.

Abstract. The article describes the methodological basis of the modeling the university’s strategy development. The author considers the process of the modeling the university’s strategy development according to the four levels of the methodology: the philosophical (the theory of knowledge, the dialectical method); general scientific (synergic and systemic approaches); concrete scientific (theory of strategic management, theory of educational management, theory of modeling management’s phenomena); technological (methods of collection and compilation of information).

L. Yu. Lichman Improving the foreign linguistic and ethnocultural competence: problem identification in the system of postgraduate medical education

Abstract. The work is aimed at ascertaining the issues of foreign linguistic and ethnocultural competences of postgraduate medical professionals in Ukraine. The research background is the need to improve a bilingual competence in multicultural country. Certain psycholinguistic differences are distinguished in linguistic cultures amongst Ukrainian sub-ethnoses. Further necessary research and scholarly perspectives influencing foreign linguistic competence of postgraduate health care employees are determined.

N. I. Melnyk The analysis of pre-school teachers training in European countries

 Abstract.  The  article  analyzes  the  peculiarities  of  preschool  teachers’  professional  training  in  West  European  countries.  The requirements  to  the  future  preschool  teachers’  training  in  Europe  and  their  influence  on  teachers’  educational  system  in  Western Europe are presented in the issue. The analysis of the mentioned aspects enabled the determination of appropriateness and necessity of studying the educational process of universities. The author points out components of teacher preparation programmes. There are four components of teacher preparation programmes that contribute to their effectiveness. The first is the existence of high standards for  entry.  Over  the  past  two  decades,  there  have  been  increases  in  the  entry-level  qualifications  of  students  enrolling  in  teacher education  programmes,  both  in  terms  of  undergraduate  grade  point  average  and  standardized  test  scores.  The  second  and  third components of effective teacher education programmes are strong content (subject matter) preparation and substantial pedagogical training. The author emphasizes that in order to adapt Ukrainian preschool teacher education system the effective transformation of the  national  higher  pedagogical  education  to  European  standards  of  professional  training  should  be  provided.  More  over  it  must coincides  with  the  European  pedagogical  qualification  the  is presented  by  different  requirements.  In  most  European  countries  the minimum requirement for working as a core practitioner (responsible for a group of children or for the centre) with children aged three years up to compulsory schooling and this is mostly a Bachelor-level degree awarded at the end of a three-year full-time course of  study  at  a  specialised  university  department  or  a  university  college  as  the  author  mentions  in  the  issue.  Different  titles  of profession in a variety of European countries are presented in the article as well: “kleuterleidster or institutrice de maternelle”, “early childhood educator”, “preschool teacher”, “educatrice”, “paedagog” ect. That is very important for giving qualification and forming requirements to the profession. The author makes some trace to the educational policy of European countries in the field of preschool teachers education and point some area for its improving in the context of European countries, such as: simplify and streamline hiring processes;  particularly  in  “hard-to-staff”  schools;  ensure  that  all  new  teachers  participate  in  quality  induction  and  mentoring programmes; reinvent professional development for teachers; ensure better pay for teachers who demonstrate knowledge and skills that contribute to improved student achievement and others. The author summarizes that al these factors will make a lot of profit for preschool teachers’ training in the Ukrainian context.

N. G. Rusina Establishment and Development of Higher Education of Poland

Abstract. The article studies the main stages of establishment and development of higher education in Poland. Determined that the most  active  and  radical  changes  in  recent  decades  have  experienced  post-socialist  countries  education  systems  of  European integration, namely Poland. Identified six stages of higher education in the country. The first phase corresponds to the creation of the first  universities in the European  model.  The second phase took place during its  annexation of Poland and  in the development  of capitalism, which emerged adult education. The third stage took place after independence and Poland between the two world wars, and  the  fourth  took  place  during  the  Second  World  War.  Fifth  was  carried  out  after  World  War  II  and  the  main  task  of  higher education that period was to train highly qualified professionals in the improvement of their professional and scientific training for professional education and research. Sixth period reflects the modern transformation and provides key strategic objectives of Polish higher  education  as  diversity,  openness,  mobility,  competition,  efficiency,  accountability  and  transparency.  Indicated  that  the development of Polish higher education held various periods in accordance with European, ie, the first higher education institutions to implement European standards.

О. Ye. Smolinska, K. А. Dzyubynska Methodical aspects of communicative skills formation of the students of non-philological specialties who learn foreign language

Abstract. The results of an experiment on improving the communicative skills of students of non-philological specialties (managers, marketing specialists, veterinary doctors) learning English in their professional direction, are exposed in this article. Great attention, except  for  communicative  competencies,  is  paid  to  the  issue  of  the  effective  communicative  behavior  formation.  The  methodical tools,  the  usage  of  which  promotes  the  intensification  of  communicative  position  of  students,  motivates  them  to  use  speech experience and skills, reduces communication barriers, are shown and justified.

Abstract.  The  article,  by  means  of  theoretical  teaching  research  methods,  reveals  the  essence  of  the  “creativity”  and  “musical creativity” concepts, determines the nature of creativity origin, discusses the stages of creative process, creative person’s features as well  as  creativity  enhancing  conditions.  The  author’s  research  findings  are  aimed  to  help  teacher  trainers  to  organize  creative activities  with  musically  gifted  students.  The  author  concludes  that  the  teacher  trainers’  principal  aim  is  to  provide  favourable conditions for effective creative process.

M. N. Volikova Traditions children and youth’s sexual education at the Ancient East: historical and pedagogical analysis

Abstract. The historical aspect of the evolution of children and youth’s sexual education at the Ancient East is revealed. The ways of sexual  education  with  the  norms  of  public  morality,  socio-cultural,  religious,  political  and  economic  features  of  human  life  is analyzed.  There is determined  factors  of socio-historical development  that influenced  the goal and objectives of sexual education. The place and role of the family as an institution of the child‘s socialization which lays the whole system of marriage and family relations, economic and legal, ethical and psychological is determined. Proved that the education of children and youth in the aspect of interpersonal relations has historical background and requires objective research and specification under the social changes taking place at the East as outlined period.

Essence of self-realization of personality  is  exposed  and  influence  on  its  progress  of  co-operation between  teacher  and  child  is  set.  It  is  well-proven  that  most favorable for successful self-realization of child of preschool and junior school is a developing type of co-operation.

Abstract. This article is devoted to the problems of positive qualities formation of the person in preschool and early school age. This article describes the stages of the study. Rising actual problems of positive personality traits formation in preschool and early school age children. The analysis of the scientific and methodological literature is given. We present a theoretical study of a program which we developed, about psycho-pedagogical influence aimed at forming positive personal qualities in preschool and early school age children.  The  recommendations  to  practical  application  in  educational  work  with  preschool  and  early  school  age  children,  are presented.

V. R. Pavelkiv Social and cultural space as a transformational field of destructive displays of youth aggression

Abstract. It is presented in the article scientific and theoretical survey of native and foreign researches, devoted to the problem of influence of social causes on the process of formation of destructive displays of youth aggression in modern society. The attempt to determine the motives and mechanisms of destructive forms of aggressive youth behavior formation under conditions of personality inclusion  into  social and cultural space is done, and also  the analysis of  youth position  in the society is  submitted.  It  is  analyzed social and psychological preconditions of destructive forms of youth behavior formation. Given analysis provides a systematic idea of youth destructive aggression and discovers relationships of cause and effect of the destructive behavior influence and influence of social surrounding on a personality.

I. S. Vare The formation of life-meaningful orientations of students-psychologists in the process of professionalization in the conditions of higher educational establishment

Abstract. The article proves the thesis about the specificity of formation of life-meaningful orientations of future psychologists in the process of professionalization in the conditions of higher educational institutions. The study of life-meaningful orientations of future psychologists have  shown  that  first-year students  of psychological  faculties are  convinced that humans  have the power to control their lives, free to  make decisions  and implement them.  They can act  somewhat arrogant and cannot really assess its  capabilities. They  are  not  always  able  to  realistically  assess  the  demands  of  others  to  them.  The  first-year  students  are  not  always  adequately perceive criticism in the address to them. In turn, students 4 and 5 courses graduate at the University was defined with a purpose in life, which they perceive as something interesting, emotionally rich and meaningful. They live not only for today but also think about their future profession.  It  proves the point of view according to which  the process of formation of life-meaningful  orientations of students-psychologists in the course of professionalization is carried out under the influence of reflexive relations to the objective conditions of educational-professional activity that to some extent depends on the already formed individual characteristics.

Abstract. The article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the problem of professional training of future psychologists. The necessity  of  building  a  learning  process  taking  into  account  the  specificity  of  values  personality  and  values  professionally  future psychologists practitioners. Presented the results of the questionnaire, based on certain personal and professional values of the future psychologist, corresponding to its specialization (psychologist-consultant, coach psychologist, social psychologist).
