Abstract: This paper deals with a way to raise the awareness of IT students on accessibility as a key element in web design training. To this end, students are given project assignments to calculate Web Accessibility Rankings for a set of university websites according to their validation results. Thus, while making conclusions about the degree of accessibility of the websites of local and international universities, future developers understand the perspective of people with special educational needs (SEN) as their potential customers. In this way, students not only learn about and gain experience with the basic tools for accessibility, but also increase their social commitment – they realize that providing accessibility empowers people with SEN  to pursue educational development and profes- sional development.

Arkhypenko V.O. Characteristic of physical and motor fitness of Fire and Rescue Service specialists

Abstract. Physical and motor fitness of current employees of Ukrainian State Emergency Service structural subdivisions was consid- ered. The study involved 124 male and female experts of the Fire and Rescue Service aged 25 to 40. According to the study, it was found that the vast  majority of rescue  group personnel have a  “satisfactory” individual assessment of all-round fitness. The study revealed no female employee with an “excellent” assessment of level of fitness. It appears that most of the male rescuers are of pic- noid and normosthenic constitutional type while females are mainly of normosthenic and ectomorphic constitutional type. This situation requires a differentiated individual approach in improving physical skills of Fire and Rescue Service employees by  means of strength training. Results of the ascertaining experiment show that when developing power trainings one should take into account the morphofunctional features of Fire and Rescue Service employees, their level of health and physical fitness. The recorded level of physical condition of  men and women opens up new opportunities of differentiation and personal orientation to power training of rescuers that we believe will make it possible to increase the efficiency of physical improvement.

Shevtsova N. P. Features of development of preschool education in Crimea in the middle of XX century

Abstract. The features of development of preschool education in Crimea in the middle of ХХ century were not only complications of post-war renewal of national economy in the USSR but also that in Crimea there was an especially sharp necessity for child’s pre- school establishments in rural locality. It was related to that exactly there farmers-migrants arrived from the different areas of Soviet Union and Ukraine, in place of the deported Crimean Tatars and other people, living to Great Patriotic war in Crimea. Only for period 1944-46 about 17 thousand families arrived in eight migrant districts. It is necessary it was quickly to create educational establishments, including mangers and child’s gardens. There was decisions by the public leading organs of Russian Federation, obligating the leaders of state farms and collective farms to organize seasonal child’s gardens for the children of workers of economies, are accepted. Many leaders sabotaged these decisions openly, explaining absence of facilities for organization of preschool establishments. The again organized child’s gardens were disposed in tumbledown buildings, with earthen floors. It was suggested to bring all of it parents for organization of life of children. There were sharp problems with pedagogical staffs. Often either the illiterate women of superannuated or recent graduating students of seven-year school worked with the children of preschool age. As a result children got neither the proper education nor proper care. In this connection, many parents did not want to send the children in child’s gardens. In place of that to work on a production they were forced to remain with them at home. A situation was so difficult, that in 50th position with child’s gardens  was repeatedly  examined the Crimean regional committee of party.  On the  chairmen of  collective  farms  and directors of state farms laid the personal responsibility for organization of feed and life of children on summer child’s grounds. A task to organize constantly operating child’s gardens in large village economies was put. Only to the 70 the years of XX in the rural dis- tricts of Crimea the necessary amount of apartments was built for the children of preschool age. The period of 40-60th of XX century in Crimea became determining for development of preschool education. Positive results were possible only due to a help and control from the side of public and party organs.

Halian I.M. Systemic generating characteristics of values education of future teachers

Abstract. The article highlights systemic generating characteristics of values education of future teachers. It is noted that primary characteristics of the system are its size, good order and the rate of formation, the combination of which makes the system efficiency. It is established that dynamic characteristics of the system are the types of dynamics of its states (intensive, extensive and degradative). The key criterion of their diversity is the change in the composition of the system. This is true for most of the self-developing systems, an important quality of which is the ability to reproduce new elements. Their peculiarity is the continuous process of interaction between the elements both within the system and with the environment that is carried out at all the levels of the system. External interaction for self-developing systems is essential because their existence is possible due to the constant process of assimilation of new elements. There is not only mass and energy exchange during the interaction of the systems, but the process of restructuring the relations of one system under the influence of another, reflecting the structure of the relations of the latter, i.e. an  exchange of information takes place. This applies to the value system of the future teacher.
