Misechko O.Ye. Exploring social content of information gap technique in the English classroom

Abstract. The study is devoted to the exploration of the potential application of the information gap activities for developing social skills of the English language learners. The paper reports on the preliminary findings of the analysis of how high Ukrainian student teachers and practitioner teachers evaluate the social effectiveness of different types of information gap activities. Three types of information gap activities were singled out, following Prabhu’s model (1987): fact-finding gaps, opinion-gaps;  reasoning-gaps.  Task  preference  questionnaire-based  investigation  was  organized.  The  results  show  that Ukrainian pre-service and in-service teachers still need to be better informed about the meaning of the term, possible types of information gap tasks, peculiarities of their design and arrangement, social dimension of their application.

Abstract. This article deals with an innovative media educational interactive technology of training in high school media educational WebQuests as the effective means of training future politologists to work in the  professional environment. The author describes in detail the structural components, technology, basic tasks and criteria for evaluating the WebQuests. The article also shows how to use a new technology in practical training classes for students of political science department in institution of higher education.

Lysak O.B. European academic mobility for students of economic specialization at KNUTE: achievements and prospects

Abstract. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the growing expansion of outbound academic mobility in Ukraine. However, very little empirical research has been carried out to outline the way mobility programs are organized in particular educational insti- tutions. The aim of this study was therefore to investigate the achievements and prospects of European academic mobility for stu- dents of economic specialization at Kiev National University of Trade and Economics. The changes and current trends in mobility at KNUTE were analyzed basing on statistical information, KNUTE website and printed materials. Results of the assessment showed significant interest of students in European mobility programs which is proved by the increasing number of mobile students, partner universities and joint degree programs. This suggests that further development of academic mobility at KNUTE is required.

Abstract. The article deals with the analysis of the problem of reformation of the system of higher education of the CIS countries of the South Caucasus in the context of the Bologna process. It has been established that Armenia’s and Azerbaijan’s joining the Bolo- gna process put forward demands connected with a fundamental reorganization of the systems of management of the sphere of higher education,  the  formation  and development  of  efficient  systems  of  management  of  the  quality  of  higher  education:  the  increase  of attractiveness  of  the  national  educational  services  in  the  European  space  of  higher  education,  the  solution  of  the  problems  of  the acknowledgement  of  national  qualifications  and  diplomas  of  higher  education  on  the  international  level,  the  creation  of  national systems of ensuring the quality of higher education.

Abstract. An author is show actuality of competence approach, application of that is conditioned by the socio-economic necessities of modern society, queries of business to maintenance of education, producing of literate professional specialists. It is indicated on the necessity of illumination of essence of concepts “competense”, “competence” taking into account their development in time. The change of looks is investigational to understanding of these definitions taking into account a cultural context, organizational culture, sociocultural  practice  and  rationalistic,  constructivism  and  explanation,  behavioral,  functional,  multidimensional  and  integral  ap- proaches, that are useful to understanding of character of cooperation of knowledge, skills, social competenses and implementation of professional  activity.  The  use  of  concepts  is  marked  “competense”,  “competence”  as  synonyms  or  going  away  richly  in  content, change for the last decades of ideas about a competence from wide interpretation to the specification in the context of efficiency of vital functions of man, absence of single look to their maintenance and emergency brindle of their value. It is indicated on confession of circle of competenses as the desired result of education, formulation of “four pillars” (basic global competenses) that there is base on education, determination of 5 key competenses for the further educating and higher education. Bases of groupment of going are certain  near  understanding  of  competence.  Marked  activity  essence  of  competence,  (the  transfer  of  accents  from  description  do  I “know  that”?  (economy  of  knowledge)  on  do  I  “know  as”?  (method  and  character  of  action)),  complications  of  character  of  this phenomenon and influence of environment. Absence of single interpretation and presence of emergency variety of looks are well- proven in relation to essence of concepts “competense”, “competence” depending on a context, importance of account of connection between the height of competence and system of values.

Abstract. The article covers the importance of the pedagogical creativity development of future tutors as necessary conditions for creative potential development of preschool aged children. The essence of the concept of “children’s creativity” is considered. Barri- ers blocking the creative development of children of early school age, based on the analysis of innovative concepts creatively gifted preschool aged children, are revealed. The basic principles of professional preparation of future tutors for the creative pedagogical activity in modern preschool establishment, on the basis of synergetic relations- acmeological approach, are defined.

Abstract. The problem of specialists’ forming, mutual links and mutual dependence of the human life and professional activity still keeps being of high topicality. The authors consider the work aimed at future specialists’ personality forming to be one of the main tasks of the higher professional education system. In the article the existing in Pedagogy theoretical approaches to the forming of future specialists’ professional culture have been analized and compared. Koltunovych T. The structural and functional model of psychocorrection of professional burnout among pre-school teachers

Abstract. The article presents a structural and functional model of psychological correction of pre-school teachers professional burn- out, built on the basis identified in previous empirical studies of the basic qualities of the personality structure and personality deter- minants  of  pre-school  teacher  burnout,  and  trialled  in  preschool  educational  institutions  15,  18,  33,  38,  52  in  Chernivtsi.  Author describes psychocorrectional program that was created based on this  model, looked at the methodological issues of studies design, the main stages of work, has highlighted the objects of corrective action. Results indicate the effectiveness of the developed model of correction pre-school teachers burnout, as well as the possibility of its use as an algorithm to determine the psychological conditions to correct pre-school teachers burn-out at different levels of its formation, and its prevention.

Abstract. The article considers the psychological features of the regulation of emotional and volitional state of future lawyers and professionals. The most important thing in the development of future lawyer’s personality should be rationally constructed system of moral, labor and intellectual improvement, which must form future lawyer’s active life-asserting mentality and help him to transform the culture of legal behavior into inalienable property of the individual. The first role in solving this social – psychological complex problem belongs to the regulation of lawyer’s emotional sphere which form in his personality the responsibility for maintenance of the norms of juridical activity.

Soshina Ju.N. The problem of research valued-semantic sphere of personality

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of valued-semantic sphere and its components. Different points of view on the researching sphere causes difficulties in selecting methodological approach to research and choice of psychodiagnostic methods for its studying are determined. The views of Soviet and modern Russian scientists are considered. The concept of A.N. Leontiev “sense-formation motive” which inducement to activity and gives personality sense are being revealed. The characteristics of personality, determining basic life orientation (B.G. Ananiev) – status and social functions (roles, motivation behavior and value orientations, structure and dynamics of relationship) are defined. Dispositional concept of personality (V.A. Yadov) indication of personality structure deter- mined by the great variety of individual’s relationship to conditions of activity  are analyzed. Observed levels of dispositional for- mations:  basic  fixed  settings,  social  fixed  settings,  the  dominant  orientation  the  individual’s  interests  in  certain  spheres  of  social activity, system of value orientations on intent of life activity and way to theirs achievement. The views of L.I. Bozhovich of internal position of personality or orientation, which she defines as a leading or dominant motives which subordinate all the rest are consid- ered.  The  results  of  analysis  researchers  valued-semantic  sphere  (M.S.  Yanickiy  and  A.V.Seryu),  which  relate  to  its  components value orientation and system of personality sense. The valued-semantic sphere as an object of psychological research should include a  studying  of  motivational-needs  sphere,  structures  of  self-conscience  identity,  social-psychological  conditions  of  its  formation. Shows the structure of the valued-semantic sphere of Shapinkovova I.P., which is based on the research scientists of the Soviet period and Russian scientists and formed its own structure: value-knowledge, value-motives, value-goals and value-sense.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of an empirical study of structural-functional peculiarities of the structure of psycho- logical readiness of the individual to retirement. The article analyzes the results of the structure of psychological readiness of the individual to retirement age groups – period “late maturity” by using the method of factor analysis. Outline core content and interpre- tation of the obtained factors. In the main part of the work the results of the research, which was attended by people aged 50 to 60 years.  The  results  of  content  analysis  of  the  factors  able  to  determine  the  dynamics  of  the  development  patterns  of  psychological readiness of the individual to retirement. Development occurs through integration – the integration of separate parts in a single whole, acquiring new qualities. Generalization of individual parts leads to the appearance of the five factors in the late period of maturity, which demonstrate clear orientation of the person on the willingness to retirement: behavioral, interpersonal, communication, intel- lectual, emotional. Scientific novelty of the work consists in that for the first time at the empirical level was investigated the relation- ship between psychological readiness and personal manifestations of man. The obtained results can be used to create programs  and training sessions.

Abstract.  The  article  discusses  the  features  of  a  person  experiences  trauma.  Listed  risk  of  factors  for  PTSD.  Presented  and operationalized construct of traumatic memory. Described its negative impact on the emotional and personal sphere of the individual, if not conducted timely reorganization. Proposed prognostic criteria for PTSD development, as a  specific  set of personality traits. Shown list of features, which contribute to the reorganization of traumatic memory through its incorporation to the basic beliefs of the individual.
