Abstract. This work considers the problems of forming the professional competence of the future geography teacher in the condi- tions of the magistracy. It is proved that in modern conditions this process should take place based on a competent model creation of a specialist considering general scientific and specific scientific approaches, such as systemic approach, competence approach, andragogical approach, etc. The paper compares master’s curricula in the specialty 014 «Secondary education (Geography)» of the classical and pedagogical universities to highlight contradictions in the training of specialists in the same specialty in different higher educational institutions. Ways to solve this urgent problem are suggested. The algorithm of the competence model creation of the master’s degree is developed and presented. The necessity of individualization of the training as an important condition for providing high-quality educational services to the customers is emphasized. Attention is paid to the formation of competences of the future geography teacher in the process of production and pedagogical practices.

Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of prerequisites and the main trends in the establishment of the residential care facilities in the Transcarpathian region of the early XX century, which was a part of Austro-Hungarian. In particular Hungarian laws are analyzed which had been providing the social protection for orphans and children who needed to stay in specialized institutions for other reasons. These laws also regulated the activities of the residential care facilities. The publication is accompanied by the historical reference concerning activity of residential care facilities of Transcarpathia since 1901 till 1919 year.

Abstract. The author made an attempt to outline the main tendencies and peculiarities in the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions on the territory of Ukraine, to determine the dynamics of its development at the beginning of the twentieth century. Changes in the aims, principles, content, forms, methods, style of the relationship between teachers and students, stimulation of effective educational and cognitive activity, the system of teaching and control of knowledge in the conditions of the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires are presented.

Abstract. The approaches to the implementation of intercultural foreign language education at the philosophical, general scientific and specific-scientific levels are considered. At the philosophical level, humanistic approach is defined as the main one; on general scientific – structural, functional and system approaches; on the specific-scientific (methodologycal) – personally oriented, communicative, competence, culturological, reflexive, level, professionally oriented and productive approaches. Each of these approaches is briefly described and the conclusion is made on the need for further study of such relatively new approaches as intercultural, professional, productive, integrative-modular, constructive, structural-functional, communicative-ethnographic.

Abstract. In the article on the basis of foreign and native scientific sources analysis, the description and clarification of the essence of the above mentioned problem basic concepts have been made. These are: “competence approach”, “competence”, “professional competence”, “computer technology”, “bachelor of Computer Science”, “formation of bachelors’ professional competence in computer technologies sphere”. Professional competence has been interpreted as the readiness and ability of an individual to carry out professional activity on the basis of the acquired knowledge and skills, which contribute to the development of a specialist’s creative potential, professional self-development and have systemic features.

Abstract. The peculiarities of the development of historical education in the transition period (the late 80s of the 20th century (the last years of Soviet rule) and the beginning of the 1990s (the first years of the adoption of independence in Ukraine) in the article are considered. It is drown that the events, which took place during these years in the political, socio-economic and spiritual life of Ukrainian society, which in the future laid the foundation for the development of historical education in Ukraine on the national and scientific grounds, had a significant impact on it.

Annotation. The article deals with the problems of non-formal adult education in Ukraine. The general characteristics of non-formal learning are defined, tasks and features of non-formal education are allocated, the role and importance of non-formal adult education are emphasized, educational programms in the field of non-formal adult education in Ukraine are analysed and their semantic content is characterized; the importance of providing qualitative educational services in the field of non-formal adult education is stressed. University of the Third Age, High Folk School, study circle can be regarded as specific components of the national system of non- formal adult education and an example of implementation of the best ideas of world experience of adult education. The article stresses the importance of non-formal education in the context of lifelong learning. Providers of non-formal adult education in Ukraine are characterized: government agencies that deal with training; businesses that support and create conditions for the professional devel- opment of its employees; NGOs working on grant support or on another basis. It was determined that education and prevention of illiteracy of adult population were the main purposes of non-formal adult education by 1917; after 1917 the priority goal was to prevent illiteracy, institutionalization of adult education intensely occurred, to the compensatory function of adult education political and educational functions were added, which eventually became dominant. Only in the 90s of XX century the prerequisites were gradually created for implementation of non-formal adult education its primary purpose – providing professional and personal devel- opment of adults throughout life according to the needs of the individual, economy and society. However, at the present stage of development of non-formal adult education in Ukraine there are many problems. Questions and answers to more of them can be found by analyzing, systematizing and adapting the experience of countries that have some achievements in the development of non- formal adult education, including the United States and European countries.

Abstract. The theoretical research is devoted to the clarification of the state of the development of the problem of the specificity of helping professions in modern scientific literature. The features of the professions of assistance are determined. Scientifically theoretically grounded stressogenicity, emotional saturation of subject-object interaction in helping professions. The necessity of further solving the problem of professional deformation of the workers of helping professionals from the point of view of development of preventive, corrective and restoration work for its elimination is proved.

Abstract. The article analyzes the features of the goal-setting of the personality in designing of the life path. Certain discrepancies in the goal setting of the individuals in early adulthood and drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation have been established. It was proved that the design of the life path for young people reflects the illusory positive image of one’s own future, and the design of drug addicts does not contain social hours and goals, but reflects a positive emotional state after recovery. Demonstrated hierarchy of goals, established strategic and tactical goals for young men and drug addicts who undergo rehabilitation. It is assumed that the gradual implementation of tactical goals by drug addicts allows you to build a scenario of life’s path after rehabilitation.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the aerobatic research, conducted on the basis of one of the popular television applications, and directed on identifying the main opportunities, advantages and prospects of using large masses of numeral data got by collecting detailed statistical information of television viewing. The used tools have allowed to establish regularities of fluctuating the interest of viewers in one or another television program, to monitor their activity during the television viewing, to compare the activity of viewers when viewing shows of different content and to find psychological regularities and connections between the activity of viewers and the content of the TV program.

Abstract. The effect of post-traumatic growth and sense dynamics before, during and after the fighting during the ATO and the return of the military man to peaceful conditions is studied. In general, the positive influence of extreme situations on the development of the veteran personality is revealed. The main problem is related to the sense contradiction in understanding the values of life on the part of those who were in peaceful conditions.
