Bashkir O. I. General Characteristic of a Department as a Subdivision of a Higher Education Institution

Abstract.  In  the  article  specific  features  of  department  formation  as  a  structural  division  of  a  Higher  Education  Institution  are considered based on the pedagogical literature studying. The content of department work as educational phenomenon, inherent logic of  department  development  in  terms  of  its  origin  and  cooperation  with  other  educational  subsystems  are  revealed  due  to  the methodological bases of the research. Characteristic features, activity areas of the department as a fundamental structural subdivision of a Higher Education Institution that organizes, coordinates and directs educational process, methodological and scientific work are summarized.

S. Chovriy Evolution of Professional Pedagogical Education in Transcarpathia (second half of ХІХ – first half of ХХ century)

Abstract. The article dwells on the main tendencies of developing professional pedagogical education in Transcarpathia in the second  half  of  ХІХ  –  first  half  of  ХХ  century.  Taking  into  account  the objective  condition  of  the region  within  Austrian-Hungarian monarchy, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary, the author studies the evolution of professional pedagogical education in Transcarpathia. Statutory and regulatory documents that determined the development of pedagogical education in the region are analysed. Special attention is paid to the content of pedagogical education (syllabi and curricula of teacher training seminaries). The author also elucidates some aspects of functioning of pedagogical institutions in Transcarpathia in the period under analysis, as well as the peculiar character of organizing the teaching and educational process.

Chubuk R. Moderation as an interactive form of social workers’ training

Abstract.  The  article  highlights  moderation  as  an  interactive  form  of  social  workers  professional  training.  The  article  aims  at illustrating  the  peculiarities  of  practical  implementation  of  moderation  principles  in  class  during  professional  training  of  social workers  on  the  basis  of  an  elective  course  program.  The  structure  of  each  class  of  the  elective  course  included  three  phases  of moderation:  updating  phase  (foresight),  knowledge  construction  phase  (construction),  and  consolidation  phase  (summing  up  the lesson).

Abstract. The results of scientific research in the definition and meaningful content of future interior designers professional training conceptual positions are presents in this paper. Modern scientific approaches to the defined problem research are formulating. The essence  of  the  systemic,  personally  oriented,  reflective,  active,  variational,  acmeological  and  competency  approaches  in  design education are shown.

Drach A. Experimental verification of the effectiveness of methods of teaching future teachers of English reading texts using ICT

Abstract. The article is devoted to the description of experimental revision on the efficiency of methodology for the future English language  teachers  in  reading  fictions  by  means  of  information-communication  technology;  the  components  of  experimental investigation are determined; the contents of the stages are determined, the results of experimental investigation are analyzed.  The hypothesis  of  the  experimental  investigation  was  formulated;  pre-  and  post-experimental  results  are  shown.  The  results  of experimental  investigation  are  interpreted  by  means  of  math  statistics,  which  proves  the  proposed  hypothesis.  Two  variants  of developed methodology are analyzed and their effectiveness is proved.

Abstract. The article analyzes some of the factors that influence the development of creative thinking of students. The necessity to take into account psychological and pedagogical features of youth, «ups» and «downs» psychological processes (attention, memory, thinking) to develop creative thinking of students in the elementary mathematics education at Pedagogical University.

Rozhko I. The development of voluntary musical memory of younger schoolchildren

Abstract. This article describes the factors of determines the course of voluntary mnemic processes; it was attempted a comparison of  voluntary  and  involuntary  musical  memorizing,  it  was  identified  the  characteristic  outlines  of  voluntary  musical  memory  of younger  schoolchildren.  The  author  offers  a  variety  of  methods  and  techniques  of  meaningful  memorizing  of  musical  material, justifies their using in lessons of musical art in the school. It was highlighted the importance of a conscious memory of music, the necessity for the formulation of special mnemonic goals, objectives and ways of thinking about music information processing aimed at understanding (meaningful grouping and content ratio).

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the use of blended learning in the process of training contemporary specialists in foreign languages in higher education establishments of Ukraine. Attention is focused on basic advantages of blended learning which is a  successful  combination  of  traditional  methods  of  learning  with  contemporary  informational-communicative technologies.  The article points to the necessity of the use of Moodle platform for development of an academic course on a foreign language with the purpose of intended specialists training.

Abstract. The article deals with the pedagogical conditions of training future professionals of information technologies for creative self-realization in adaptation period. The authors determine and prove the necessity of using the following complex of pedagogical conditions  such  as:  stimulation  of  positive  motivation;  creation  of  information  adaptation  environment  that  positively  influences development  of  creative  self-realization;  the  process  of  informatization  of  fundamental  training;  elaboration  of  computer  oriented tasks of the subjects which are studied in adaptation period.

Abstract. The article highlights the essence of the “environment” and “training and educational environment” concepts by means of theoretical  education  study  methods;  the  content  and  correlation  of  the  “conditions”  and  “training  and  educational  environment” concepts  are  clarified;  features  of  psychological  and  educational  conditions  arrangement  in  the  curricular  and  extra-curricular activities are disclosed; conditions are determined for creating favourable training and educational environment to develop musical and academic creative activity of talented students at teachers training higher schools.

Abstract.  Questions  that  touch  іnwardly  subject  connections  are  in  process  investigated,  in  particular  plane  geometries  and stereometries. Attention is accented on that the geometrical configurations related to the іnwardly subject circles meet in many tasks of both plane geometry and stereometry. Attention applies on approach of the systems in relation to introduction and application of concept  of  excircle at  senior school  and  classes  with  the deep  study  of  mathematics;  it  is indicated  on  the  methodical  features  of decision of certain tasks from stereometry with the use of concept of excircle.

Demchuk O. A. Peculiarities of self-actualization of students with different levels of maturity of self-conception

Abstract. The article is dedicated to investigation of self-actualization as a behavioral component in the structure of self-conception of a personality, who is observed as a product of self-consciousness and an important factor of determination of behavior of a human. It was analyzed the results of the study of peculiarities of self-actualization of students, revealed differences in indices of responsible self-perception,  valuable  orientation,  self-development,  self-sensitivity,  synergy  and  sociability  of  students  with  different  level  of self-conception.

Kompanovych M. S. Features of emotional sphere of teenagers with cardiovascular diseases

Abstract.  The  article  discusses  the  features  of  the  emotional  sphere  and  psychological  characteristics  of  adolescents  with cardiovascular diseases in the context of physiological changes characteristic of adolescence. The analysis component psychosomatic diseases of the cardiovascular system. It’s revealed that teenagers with cardiovascular diseases higher levels of display alexithymia, anxiety  and  lower  self-esteem  compared  with  their  peers.  The  main  attention  is  drawn  to  the  fact  that  the  characteristics  of  the emotional sphere of adolescents contribute to the aggravation they have cardiovascular disease.

Kramchenkova V.О. Irrational cognitive attitude in the structure of the tobacco addictive behavior

Abstract.  The  article  presents  a  study  of  irrational  cognitive  attitude  of  person  with  a  different  rhythm  of  the  tobacco  addictive behavior.  It  was  shown  that  the  person  with  the  tobacco  addictive  behavior  demonstrates  a  lower  level  of  rational  thinking  and greater severity of irrational cognitive attitude. They were identified the specific motives of the tobacco addictive behavior depending on the addictive rhythm. It was established the features of the relationship of smoking with motivation irrational cognitive attitudes.

Mykolaychuk M. I. The stigmatization of psychological help seeking among students of Ukraine and Canada

Annotation.  The  article  presents  the  results  of  comparative  studies  among  students  of  Ukraine  and  Canada  of  readiness  to  seek psychological assistance and psychological barriers. It was found that students in Ukraine have the highest willingness to handle with suicidal  thoughts,  fear  of  public  speaking,  difficult  relations  in  the  team,  difficulties  in  planning  time  and  anxiety  for  the establishment  of  a  close  relationship.  Psychological  help  according  to  Ukrainian  students  is  less  desirable  because  of  the  fear  of dependence, fear of their own strong emotions, fear of social censure, which requires destigmatization by increasing psychological culture.

Solomka E. Psychological features of adaptation of first-year students to study in universities in multiethnic environment

Abstract. The article discusses some aspects of the specific characteristics of training future psychologists for successful adaptation to training in high school and further psychological practice. Also less explored is the issue of personal motives and internal factors of successful professional adaptation of first-year students, budding psychologist. Thus, the problem of our research is the presence of  contradictions  in  the  system  of  psychologists  between  the  content,  forms  and  training  requirements  of  practice  to  provide psychological help, which leads to difficulties in adapting professional practicing psychologist. We believe that the root cause of a number of problems is still a freshman, is the stage adaptation to training in high school.

O. M. Svistula To the problem of multi-parameter description of the style of making decisions

Abstract.  In  the article  the  results  of  research study  on  the  impact  of  personal  properties  style  originality  decision.  Presents  new empirical data showing the existence of a relationship between the level of readiness to risk and reflexivity and the parameters of the decision. Also conducted empirical research aimed at studying the individual degree of severity vigilance, avoidance, procrastination, overvigilance the person receiving solution. Stated meaningful connections between the riskiness and  precipitancy, procrastination,  assertiveness,  dogmatism,  spontaneity,  adventurousness;  reflexivity  with  farsightedness  ,  procrastination,  circumstantiality, assertiveness,  independence;  precipitancy  positively  correlated  with    farsightedness,  assertiveness,  independence,  spontaneity, adventurousness      negatively  with  such  indicators  as avoidance, procrastination;  farsightedness  correlated  with    circumstantiality,  assertiveness, independence; rationality is positively correlated with circumstantiality and negatively correlated with  assertiveness, independence;  vigilance  correlated  with  indicators:  avoidance,  overvigilance,    spontaneity;    procrastination  correlated  with overvigilance  and negatively correlated with  independence;  thoroughness correlated with assertiveness. It is suggested for groups of characteristics that form the stylistic classification of building manifold a decisions on a variety of parameters. It has been shown that the combination of the psychological characteristics of the psychological essence of personality type prone to certain stylistic features, which provide decision-making. It sets the boundaries and range own individual reactions to the surrounding reality, which manifests itself  in  the  individual  style  of  activity.  The  observed  indicators  of  a  complex  system  of  relationships  under  study  that requires serious analysis and further research multilevel factors influence personal characteristics to decide.
