O. P. Mitryasova Harmonization of Bachelors-Environmentalists Educational Training on the Example in Ukraine and Poland

Abstract. The specifics of development of national higher education under the conditions of European integration are given; comparative characteristics of curricula for bachelor-environmentalists are carried out; the specifics of national system of training environmentalists are determined; the specifics of environmentalists in polish academy are outlined. The possible aspects of implementing the joint environmental training are determined to ensure the quality of training students, their mobility and the competitiveness on the labor market.

О. Karpenko Children’s needs through the prism of Polish pedagogy

Abstact.  The  article  analyzes  the  achievements  of  Polish  theorists  and  methodologists  in  the  field  of  social  pedagogy,  ways  of improvement of educational activities. In social pedagogy children’s needs are mainly classified according to principal areas of child development, care, upbringing and constitutional characteristics of the child. The main indicator of a child’s high quality of life is a sense of satisfaction. To meet children’s needs both educational and didactic activities are called forth.

Abstract. The article describes the features of corporate culture of the pedagogical university as the organization of a special type. Corporate culture is defined as one of the components of success of the organization. Modern corporate culture is an essential charac- teristic of any organization, one of the key notions in concepts of innovative development and strategic management of organizations. All  organizations  and their  development strategies are  unique,  therefore  their  corporate  culture  that  is  formed between  employees within these organization is unique as well.

O.J. Fizeshi The Peculiarities of the Activity of the Primary School of Transcarpathia in the 1939-1944 years

Abstract. This article deals with the study of the main tends in the development of the primary schools in Transcarpathia during the Second World War. In particular, the activity in the primary schools in the early 40 years of the XX-th century, the period when the Transcarpathian lands were returned to Hungary, was regulated by the normative documents of the Ministry of Religion and Public Education of Hungary (the Order No.24.024 since October, 5th, 1940 y. “About temporary rules for the organization of the school affairs on the joined territories” and The Law XX of the 40-th year “About school obligement and eight-year public schools”), the content of these normative documents is analyzed in the content of their influence on the development of a network of the primary schools in Transcarpathia. So these educational documents defined types of the schools, their structure, the language of the training, duration of the training, the structure of the academic year, the parent’s responsibility for  visiting the school by their children, etc. The attention is paid to the content of the primary education: to the purpose and tasks of the public education (the providing the upbringing of the religious and highly moral citizen, in the spirit of the national culture); to the resolving the issue of a language of a training in the primary schools (to study the state language and to provide training by native language in the national schools); to the curriculum of the primary schools, to the issue of the studying how the curriculum depend on the different  factors (an important part of the  curriculum  were  subjects that are taught the primary school children of Hungarian history, of Hungarian culture, etc.); to the issue of the providing by the textbooks and by other manuals. The article considers the contents and the structure of the documents about the people’s education “The Informational Booklet”, the prototype of the modern report card and the instructional and accounting books. The important place in this article is devoted to the issue of the work of the teachers in the primary schools. As the teacher was the executor of the state order in the educational sphere, so the state put demands to the teacher to be not only a highly qualified specialist, but  to be a citizen-patriot, to have clearly formed moral principles and moral behavior. In this article they provide the examples of the cooperation of Hungarian and Ruthenian teachers where they discuss the improvement of the pedagogical qualification.

They are an important area of activity of MAS and provide preparing of the future intellectual elite in the natural, medical and psycho- logical sciences. Abstract. The article deals with analysis of the problems of specialists’ interdisciplinary development for work with patent documentation. The given examples of exercises directed to skills development of patent semantic analysis in English. Prerequisites of cocurricular activities of teachers of foreign language and profiling departments for interdisciplinary training implementation in diploma project were emphasized.  The feasibility of applying communication strategies of information acquisition and assessment was pointed out.

Abstract. The article analyzes the sociological concepts of the 20th century which focus on education and its role in society. Functional and utilitarian approaches, critical theory and theory of interaction continue to influence education policy and coordinate the development of European schooling in the 21st century. Among the general problems of educational systems sociologists pay particu- lar attention to such issues as ensuring of equal access to quality primary education, prevention of early selection, matching the structure and contents of primary curriculum with individual characteristics of students (age, gender, culture, social status), implementation of inclusion at primary school, student – teacher relationship.

A.S. Dalakova Interconnection of temperament characteristics and burnout syndrome at students of socionomyc and technical professions

Abstract.  The relevance of this article is due to the importance of improving the quality of professional training of specialists by identifying burnout syndrome and its causes during educational process of students. This article is devoted to studying interconnection of burnout and its components to the characteristics of temperament at students socionomyc and technical professions. The definition of burnout syndrome is given. The structure of burnout and its main symptoms is denoted. The characteristics of temperament are described. The analysis of directly-proportional and inversely proportional interconnections between the components of emotional  burnout  and the  characteristics  of  temperament  at  students  was  conducted.  A  comparative  analysis  of  these  interconnections  at students of socionomyc and technical professions was conducted.

In the article the results of an empirical study aimed to establish the relationship between indicators of gender identity, formal dynamic personality traits and psychological crisis. Given the correlation galaxy, explaining the presence and orientation of connections between the indicators of the phenomena studied. The findings suggest the participation of formal dynamic and gender characteristics of the person in the process of experiencing psychological crisis and offer them the prospect of further study, but on the level of quality

N.V. Pidbuts’ka Analysis the professionally important qualities of the future engineers

Abstract.  The modern requirements to the engineer including not  only the professional knowledge, skills, and also the professionally important qualities which are connected with the individual and psychological features of the personality are considered in the article. The aim of the article is to analyze the professionally important qualities of the future engineers and to detect if they satisfy the profession requirements. It is made the theoretical analysis of branch standards, psychic profiles the result of which was an allocation of such six groups of professionally important qualities: mnemic, conative, intellectual, emotional, attentional and motility. The questioning of the future engineers and working ones is carried out to reveal the representations of professionally important qualities. It is revealed that the graduates have a clear view about their professional engineering activity and the demands made to them. Such techniques are carried out «An orientation for the type of engineering activity» O.B. Godlinnik, «The study of ideas of the work subject about the necessary personal properties for the chosen activity». The design is diagnosed as the most expressed type of an orientation while the research and organizing are expressed extremely minimum. Among the professionally important qualities, according to engineers of the senior year of study, imaginative, cogitative and attentional qualities have to dominate. The obtained data can be used when developing the program of psychological maintenance of technical education.

O.Y. Franchuk Dialogic interaction in a depth-correction of future psychologist

Abstract. The article ” Dialogic interaction in a depth-correction future psychologist” presents a neo-psychological opinion on person’s psychics and methods of its cognition based on dialogic interaction between a respondent and a psychologist. Classical psychology  is  being  rethought  and  it  gives  shoots  for  the  development  of  “neo-activity”  approach  (A.G.Asmolov,  G.O.Kovaliov, A.U.Kharash and others). In the given context a special role is played by the dialogue and dialogic interaction that is the basis of progressive psychotherapy procedures. Special attention is focused on psychodynamic paradigm and this is the format in which the work in question has been performed. The diagnostic and corrective essentiality of dialogic interaction in the process of active socio- psychological cognition that synthesizes the principle of the position of a psychologist and a respondent, namely “non-unity – non- separation” is shown.
