O. Litvinyak Yuriy Zhluktenko as an Educator
Abstract. Since Ukraine gained its independence in 1991, its representatives have been trying to return it to the general context of world research. However, to make any field develop and progress it is necessary to know its origins and evolution well. Therefore, this paper presents an attempt at comprehending the role of Yuriy Zhluktenko, a prominent Ukrainian scholar, who contributed to the development of many branches of linguistics in Ukraine, to the elaboration and improvement of foreign language teaching methodology in Ukraine, as well as methodology of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language abroad.

H. Bondarenko Development of communicative competence of pupils by means of group forms of work in a small primary school
Abstract. The article deals with the features of communicative competence developmentin the light of contemporary approaches. The competence is developed by using group forms of teaching and learning of primary school pupils of a small school. It has been assumedthat the group forms of teaching and learning can be effective if they are combined with other oneswhile developing com- municative competence. It has been proved that the group work at the lessons provides high motivation of children, develops their communicative skills and improves psychological climate in a small class.

Abstract. The article deals with the development of Slovak higher school and pedagogical education particularly in the context of integration into European Higher Education Area. The basic directions and results of the implementation of the Bologna process in Slovak higher education are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the significant changes of higher education of Slovakia which are aimed at the refreshment of all the branches and regulatory support, contents modernization and methods of the teacher training.

It is presented the content of professional training of masters in physical rehabilitation at Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko. It is determined the level of professional preparedness of future masters in physical rehabilitation SSPU named after A.S. Makarenko and it is confirmed the expediency of training of future masters in physical rehabilitation at high- er educational institutions of Ukraine.

Much attention is given to display civic and educational activities of the teacher, including participation in the establishment and activities of many sports associations, in the course of teacher training in physical education. Abstract. The article deals with problems of teaching gist translation to senior students of secondary schools specializing in foreign languages. Reasons for the necessity of developing students’ abilities in this kind of translation are given and the question of arranging an elective course in gist translation is studied. The author also suggests the course curriculum for an elective course in gist translation that includes topics and contents of the lessons based on magazine feature articles.

I.F. Arshava, A.A. Bunas The relationships between time perspective of the personality and risk propensity
Abstract. The article overviews the research on time perspective and its influence on a person’s risky behavior, and presents a completed empirical research on the topic. The aim of the research was testing the hypothesis on an individual’s time orientation culture, the realization of personal adaptive and safe types of behavior. Due to correlation and factor analyses we found out that a low level focus on future, a high level focus on hedonistic and fatalistic present act as personal predictors in choosing risky behavior. And vice verse, high level preference toward future is a predictor of a constructive proactive behavior, which is aimed at future plans and prognostication of possible outcomes and results. The research shows that a predictive competence obtained by an individual and personal time orientation culture contribute to the general adaptability of a person.

O.P. Sannikova, A.F. Lisovenko Representations of students about the nature of the phenomenon of "envy"
Annotation. Theoretically grounded and empirically identified semantic field and understanding of the essence of the phenomenon of “envy” in the etymological and contemporary context. The questionnaire “Subjective ideas about envy,” using content analysis methods and descriptive statistics to allocate additional information on the phenomenology and psychological content of the phenomenon under study. It revealed the emotional (emotions that accompany the experience of envy), cognitive (thinking, accompanying feelings of envy) and behavioral (behavioral reactions and emotional expression) manifestation of the phenomenon under st udy. There were also marked personality traits, hypothetically associated with the experience of jealousy, envy actualization possible causes and spheres of life, which according to the subjects causing the most envys of people. Understanding of the specificity of the detected factors and manifestations of envy in the etymological aspect was supplemented by notions of envy in a modern context.

Abstract. The article highlights the concepts of sensitivity and sensitivity to the unknown in the process of task solution. The mechanism of appearance sensitivity of the subject to the task is disclosed and determined that motivation, energy and confidence of actions contribute to its developing. Sensitivity of subject to the task causes penetration into its essence, high distinguish of elements, increased interaction with the task and research impulse, violations the laws of perception, emergence a new unique images, search speed, setting new tasks and their creative solution are analyzed.

Abstract. The article is devoted to revelation of specifics of elderly people interpersonal communication depending on their level of social activity. The elderly people interpersonal communication is deemed to be a process of formation of emotional relations hips of personality. It is conditioned by various factors. It had been founded that social activity of older people often relates to social work and artistry. Socially active elderly people have more opportunities for positive development of their interpersonal communication.
