Mykhaylova O. The trends in coverage of problems of physically challenged in TV-news
Abstract. The article is devoted to investigation of the trends of coverage of social problems in the Ukrainian TV news. In the article the emphasis is made on the media materials devoted to the social problems of physically challenged persons. In this work the analysis of basic and evening newscasts on «STB channel», «ICTV», «1+1» is made. The general trends of coverage of social problems are defined and the particular examples are illustrated. The recommendations concerning the rules and principles of the following coverage of social problems in TV news are represented.

Abstract. An author considers that in difficult geopolitical terms program Radio Crimea. Realities greater influence can have considerably on the Crimean listener. On the basis of scalene and careful analysis of programmatic content there is “Crimea.Realities” an author is work out the concrete mechanisms of upgrading of the rich in content filling and composition construction of broadcasting. To such mechanisms behave: revision of editorial politics in part of excessive violation of integrity of news information message; accenting of more intent attention on treatment and editing of news.

Nesterenko О. Longread as a new media format: Classification approaches
Abstract. In the paper the author gave definitions of the concepts ‘multimedia story’, ‘longread’ and outlined approaches to its classification. The typological features of multimedia publications in the online editions of «Novoie vremia», «Insider», «Ukrainska Pravda. Zhyttia» and the online site «TSN» were analyzed. The intrinsic markers for longreads were summarized; typological classification criteria were explained and shown in a table. The author concluded that longread as a branch of journalism is going through intensive formation, synthesizing features of different genres, practicing multimedia tools, thus making it difficult to identify its forms.

Abstract. The basic principles of functioning of the compulsory copies system have considered. The factors of influence on the objective state statistics of publishing children book are mentioned. The key elements of the publisher’s imprint that form the basis for state accounting of publishing children books are described. The typical mistakes in the publishing design of children books are analyzed and general trends for completeness and accuracy of publisher’s imprint guidance in children books are found out.

Podaryashcha O. The concept of «technology expertise» as the factor of audience outlook formation
Abstract. A variety of content served in the modern media is hardly credible, truthful and especially highly spiritual. A large number of false information disseminated by media needs serious and professional analysis. The purpose of the study is in the necessity to use in practice the concept of «technology expertise», which will bring the true, competence approach to the coverage of the media realities to the audience. Methodology of the analysis is based on the use of scientific methods and special techniques and approaches to the study of patterns and characteristics of passing communication processes and phenomena. Results: Technological changes of the mass media functioning become the basis for drastic changes of content characteristics of the operation of all components of the communication culture. All this is reflected in the range of content when depicting reality. Therefore, various media and communication technologies are becoming one of non-reflexive mechanisms which are extremely actual in creating a modern content of news, analytics, personal intentions and actively interfere into the daily social environment. The study makes it possible to make conclusion that the information openness of the modern world creates in the society the state of “chaptic pluralism”, which allows us to assess the current state of culture as a communications crisis. The state is based on a certain communication chaos grounded on the possibility of interpreting reality.

Abstract. In this article we can see the results of target poll “Plagiarism reception” urged to find out degree of understanding of a problem of plagiarism and feature of its perception. Survey was conducted in 2015 November and December, and 2016 in January and February between youth of five national universities. The questionnaire contained 10 questions connected with understanding of the phenomenon of plagiarism, the reasons of its emergence, the fight against it and punishment for plagiarism, prevalence of plagiarism and its types.

Abstract. Urgent problems of library interaction with user, that is user’s library-information services appear regardless of whether the documents, which contain the necessary information, are within the building of specific library, but depending on how good and how fast the access to them is granted, applying modern high-efficiency technologies for creation of library products. The basic con- cepts of information search, which could be implemented in formation of scientific digital library, are resulted in the paper. The main information constituents of scientific digital library are considered. The indexes of search pertinence and relevance performance levels, concept of plenitude and exactness of search, as well as «losses of information» and «information noise» are considered. The chart of dichotomy classification of digital library search is presented. Description of user’s relation to scientific information and digital documents is presented.

Vasylenko K. Solution to the Problem of the Transformations of Genres in the Political Online Journalism
Abstract. The article analyses the key problems that scholars and political online journalists face regarding the transformation of genres. It traces the origins of the problem, as well as the degree to which it has been solved both in the academic literature and in practice. The author makes original suggestions regarding the prospects for the development of online journalism and transformation of genres. She argues that the latter constitutes an important factor that affects the former. A considerable amount of factual material has been utilised in the article. The article also offers a blueprint for further research concerning the same problem.

Zykun N. Formation of new standards of satire publicism in Ukraine
Abstract. The article focuses on the modern tendencies of satire publicism development suffering the stage of new standards formation. The reasons for decreased number and the change of nature of publications in press are summarized. The peculiarities of satire genres modification under the influence of other genre groups are traced. The author specifies the activity of figurative genres with graphic and photographic ones in the first place (caricature, grotesque, photocollage, photomontage, «photoshopped images»). The potential and viability of satire publicism currently concentrated in party publishing bodies, informal publications are proved. The research will contribute to determination of aspects of further studies of satire segment of publicism.

Annotation. The article reveals the processes of reforms and implementation of modern mechanisms of state management of social services system in the European Union and the development of modern system of social services in Ukraine. It is stated that nowadays social policy in the given countries has such features as the conservation of the important role of the state in the preservation and improvement of the welfare, increase of expenses on social sphere. Because of similar problems, experience of the reforms in the sphere of social services that were done in Great Britain at the end of 70th of the XIX century can by positive for Ukraine.

Abstract. The peculiarities of conceptual understanding of the evolution of political parties institute through the prism of their typology are defined and analysed in the article. The change of the essential features of the system of socio-economic, social and political relations certainly causes political parties to adapt to new conditions. The thesis about that fact is proved. This leads to the emergence of new institutional and organizational forms of parties and rethinking of the role of ideological components in political party activities. Therefore, each stage of the development of society is in compliance with its own type of political party. The specific character of the evolution of political parties in the post-industrial society is found out.

Abstract. Mass Media change the surroundings in which the current individual lives and communicates. Universal communication system creates the global unity of people, eliminates space and time in common understanding because of that the world is taken as a whole. The globalization of mass is in progress: international industrial and banking corporations, international trade development, capital movement and manpower unifies life and consumption. The modern means of communication (Internet) not only ensure the communication of people in the most remote and inaccessible areas of our planet, but even go back to outer space and touch everyone’s personal life. Social communication runs through all sides of public life, social groups and separate individuals. Any researches of social life touch the research of different communication forms. Examining a promotion, especially the Internet advertising as a modern form of social communication, we consider that it will be to the point to focus attention to information and communicative function of advertising. The aim of the research deals with the necessity of learning the concept of social and communicative understanding, frame analysis of explanation by the foreign segment of Internet the main questions, thematic headings connected with the concept “Ukraine”. Methodology of carrying out the analysis is based on using historical and analytical methods, method of content analysis and synergetic approach to adapted material. Results: raising of frame concept “Ukraine” is analyzed, the work on context of macroconcept “Ukraine” is emphasized, which is associated with such concepts as: country and state, which in total of their components form the complete conceptsphere of given macroconcept. The research gives opportunity to make such conclusions: the frames of concept “Ukraine” are key problem blocs which either in certain situation or usually concern to our state.

Abstract. The article presents a comparative analysis of social psychological methods and the methods of psychological support of the social work clients, such as psychological counseling, psychological correction, social psychological training, mediation and moderation. It is proved that these methods are dialogical in their nature, so the dialogue can be seen as a system quality of psychological support of social work clients. The efficiency of social work is determined by the client’s ability to the self-energizing actions and its ability to use public resources and capabilities. Thus, the practical methods of social work promote development and self-development of the clients and the workers of social work, due to the interaction and mutual influence of both sides.
