Abstrakt. Article clarifies the valuable meaning of ordinary consciousness in the plane of religion’s everyday life. Ordinary consciousness is constituted by mental structures of everyday life, component of which is a system of values – units with personal or social dimension. Religious values occupy a special place in the hierarchy of values, since determining the meaning and importance of boundary conditions of human existence.

Manifestation of the Chaos Mythologeme in the Non-linear Paradigm of Architecture
Abstract. The article expounds the manifestation of the mythologeme of Chaos in the non-linear paradigm of the modern architecture. The onthological-esthetical category of Chaos is shown to have an influence on the process of the creation of the architectural form, being both the esthetical principle and one of the sources of architect’s inspiration. The interrelations of the architecture with Physics, Cy- bernetics, Biology, and Synergetic are being analyzed. The author also researches the historical process of shifting of the architectural paradigms, namely as the gradual supplementation or even replacement of the Euclid geometry by the non-linear, fractal one. The place of the innovative computer technologies in the process of the architectural form-creating is shown.

Levitska N., Sylka O. The activity of public the Imperial Russian communities in Ukraine in the second half of XIX - early XX century. at the rural administrative-territorial level
Abstract. The article highlights the activity of the part of official public associations of citizens of the Russian Empire, which was aimed at improvements in education, agriculture and public life in the second half of XIX – early XX century. Attention is focused on projects that have been implemented in the rural administrative-territorial level. Innovation of these projects became the foundation for the efficient operation of modern educational institutions, sector of agricultural enterprises and public associations. It is alleged that the trends of statutory public initiative in Ukraine took place in line with the existing common European trends. The conclusion is that public statute associations, including the rural should be characterized as one of the signs forming elements of civil society in the Russian Empire in the early twentieth century. Voluntary participation of citizens in non-political and non-profit statute associations is an important part of modern Ukrainian social life.

Pshenychnyy T.Yu. Historical thought about the Elimination of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in the context of solving the national question in the western regions of the USSR
Abstract. The article presents scientific analysis of works whose authors consider the national character of Ukrainian Greek Catholic primary reason it was banned in the Soviet Union. Describing the development of historical research on this subject, shows the relevance of issues as among Ukrainian scientific emigration, and among modern domestic and foreign historians. In the light of the various views on the problem, have the opportunity to observe a bias imposed deliberately distorted understanding of the concept of “nationalism” one church, clergy, which were directly involved in the formation of national national paradigm. Based on the research of various kinds, by the development of historical science in the second half of the XX century, convinced that often the problem of liquidation of the UGCC tried considered in light of the so-called Soviet church reform. However, the paper presents a slightly different position, which the au- thors are convinced that national charisma of this denomination was the primary power charges against her.

Sidorenko O.S. Charitable activity the population of Chernigov province during the Crimean War 1853–1856
Abstract. This paper focuses on some problems of charitable activity the population of Chernigov province during the Crimean war 1853–1856. The participation of Chernigov natives in making provision with transition Russian divisions through the territory of province, gathering cash donations, helping in regional gunpowder plants’ production, organizing the charitable events are characterized. The changes in the people’s private life in the region which are connected with military actions in the Crimea are analysed.

Skvortsova I.A. Collective and state farmsin production sector of Podilsky village at the final stage of Soviet era (60-80sof the XX century): evolution of decline and degradation
Abstract. The article examines the role and place of collective and state farms in the production sector of villages of Vinnytsya and Khmelnytsky regions of the Ukrainian SSR in 1961-1991 years. It was found that during the final stage of the Soviet era the deficit of cheap labor was the limiting factor for collective and state farm model of agricultural production. The severity of the problem was aggravated by the failure to implement comprehensive mechanization of labour intensive production processes in crop and livestock produc- tion in the 60-80s of the XX century. We proved high number of equestrian manual labor in collective and state farms. Extremely low efficiency of collective and state farm agricultural system was found to take place due to the massive spread of bungling, mismanagement, squander, theft of public and state property. It was proved that the vast majority of state and collective farms in the region were low-profit, unprofitable farms and had no prospects for further sustainable economic development.

Symonenko O. Informative and Communicative Foundations of Democratic Transformation of the Ukrainian Society
Abstract. The article examines modern informative and communicative situation in Ukraine, as well as factors, which determine its development in democratic transformation of the Ukrainian society. The description of tendencies of information influences on modernization processes has been conducted. The article also analyses the main problems of informative and communicative supply in Ukraine in condition of transition to democratic society when modern media open new possibilities in the main in essence for free dissemination of information, mass informative exchange and communication, forming new type of democratic society and new political culture. The conclusion consists in the fact that informative and communicative factor plays the role of catalyst of social and cultural transformation and interaction on the axis “government – society – mass media”, where political and cultural paradigm of governmental informative policy plays the role of intersection of the governmental policy, society and mass media.

Abstract. Interest of given loans and volumes of lending are one of the main sources of the banking income. Miscalculations in questions of their determination directly affect the solvency of banks and may even endanger their existence. This may happen for example, in connection with the increasingly dynamic changes, taking place in modern financial markets. Therefore, in the face of declining profitability of banking operations the conducting of weighted interest rate policy becomes more and more relevant for banks.
