In fact, the facilitative interpersonal interaction is understood as a certain exchange of behavioral reactions of the acting parties in the framework of a particular communicative situation related to the professional training of future interpreters during which the latter expose their own capability to comprehend the internal organization and structure of native speakers of the language studied, to adequately interpret their feelings and actions, learn to master their own emotions by creating effective relations with the help of the relevant facilitative techniques, such as: (“in search of the future”, “expanding the boundaries”, “the brain-storm”, “exploring the polarity of opinions”, “exploring the open space”, etc.). According to our personal observations, the utilization of ways of the facilitative inter-personal interaction, has proved effective for a swift promotion of students-interpreters’ mastering the inter-cultural competence as being a primary aptitude of a professional who would be capable of effective performance of his/her functions as those of the linguistic and cultural mediators in the sphere of the inter-cultural communication.

Abstract. The experience of existential problems creates a psychological subtext in any life events and situations, which is the psychological essence of the subject as an existential center of personality. Information about the actual problem is illustrated in terms of a typical event and attitude, as a program to respond to dialectical contradictions of self-affirmation. Actual problems are characterized by their attitude to themselves and others in the dyad “subject-subject” with individual nuances. The components of the “actual problem” construct are “significant object” and “method of achievement”. Their relationship reflects the strategic line as the use of a certain method of action in order to achieve success on the basis of further development of the system of experience, which consists in awareness and rationalization of their own behavioral trends.
