V. G. Senkevich Empirical model of strategies for youth reaction to the risk of HIV infection
https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2019-197VII79-13
Abstract. The article presents the results of factor analysis of responding to the danger of contracting the HIV infection in adolescence. In previous author’s studies, the responding to the risk of HIV infection is represented by four behavioral strategies: “assertive”, “phobic”, “aggressive” and “ignoring”. Each of the strategies combined the parameters of human empathy and the control of risk HIV infection. Factor analysis allowed presenting an empirical model of responding to the risk of HIV infection in the constructs of three oppositely directed vectors that present “assertive”, “phobic” and “aggressive” strategies. The “assertive” is more typical for women, for psychologists and medical workers and for respondents with a high level of knowledge about HIV. “Aggressive” is more likely to be found in individuals with experience of dangerous behavior. The strategies of “ignoring” and “phobic” require further study of their differences.

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2019-197VII79-15
Abstract. The article presents the model of moderation of the influence of the level of sense of coherence on the interrelationship between the trained resource of the individual and the self-efficacy. It is shown that increasing the sense of coherence reduces the dependence of students’ belief in their own success in overcoming stress from the available level of their resourcefulness. It is proved that the tendency to increase the level of self-efficacy in the conditions of the limited resources of the person is revealed in the zone of high values of the sense of coherence. The obtained results allow us to consider the sense of coherence as a resource of self- efficacy of an individual and an indicator of the growth of her readiness to optimize the process of self-organization in stress situations and to strengthen the psychological health of a person in general.
