Abstract. The article represents the social background of the Finnish system of school educational innovations especially the latest project  HundrED  dedicated  to  the  country’s  one  hundredth  anniversary  of  independence.  The  project  includes  one  hundred  best educational ideas gathered from the influential world personalities and suggested for realizing in different Finnish schools. Further generalizing and presenting the obtained results for the world educational community are expected.

A. Drach Teaching principles of learning a foreign language using a computer program

Abstract. The article under discussion deals with the pedagogical principles of learning foreign language with the use of computer program. This aspects correlate with didactic principles, didactic functions, didactic demands for computer program and its modeling. Three creative models are distinguished which can be also relevant for the educational computer programs.

Eivas L. The review of activities of educators and art critics on development of the arts and crafts teachers’ system training in native educational space

Abstract.  This  article is  devoted  to  the  review  of  activities  of  scientists  and  art  critics  in  formation  of  content  of  training  of  the teacher of arts and crafts in native educational space at the end of XX – at the beginning of XXI century. The author discloses value of  scientific  discussions  concerning  a  role  of  esthetic  education  of  youth  means  of  arts  and  crafts;  shows  influence  of  schools  of sciences  of  labor training  and the  school  fine arts  on  formation  of  arts and  crafts  creativity  of  pupils during  the Soviet  period.  In operation is displayed laborious work of the modern authoring schools and art cells of Ukraine in enhancement of training of the teacher of arts and crafts.

Abstract.  In  the  article  different  looks  are  generalized  to  the  concept  “professional  responsibility”  as  scientifically-pedagogical problem, he is exposed constituents, and values for future activity. Expediency of forming of professional responsibility is reasonable for future journalists in the conditions of higher educational establishment.

Korotun O. Learning management system Canvas as a component cloud oriented learning environment

Abstract. Article enlightened use of cloud services in education, namely, cloudoriented  LMS Canvas as one of the component cloud oriented learning environment (COLE). We consider the interpretation of basic concepts of COLE. Determined that can be done with the help of Canvas, what opportunities it provides participants educational process. It is established that the use of Canvas of COLE creates conditions for active cooperation, enhance teaching and learning of students, flexibility and individualized learning process and others.

Liaschenko A. Innovative Technologies in Formation of Writing Communication Skills of English as a Second Language in Higher Education

Abstract.  The  article  deals  with  multiple  internet  resources  aimed  at  improvement  of  college  and  university  students’  writing communication  competencies  in  the  English  language.  Wikis,  blogs,  Vlogs,  podcasts,  vodcasts,  Google  Docs,  ePals,  and  social networks  are  considered  to  be  effective  means  to  enhance  Ss’s  confidence  in  using  written  English.  Students  can  improve  their writing competencies in two ways, namely through posting comments and feedbacks on existing information products and creation of new texts.

Mardoyan R. The axiological bases for the effective valeologization in pedagogical activity

Abstract. The necessity of valeologization of teacher’s pedagogical activity is analyzed and the nature of valeologization is revealed in  this article.  The  analyses  of  this  problem  showed  that  the  effectiveness  of  valeologization  increases  more  if  it  is  based  on  the axiological bases.

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the realization of person-oriented approach during professional preparation of future pre-school teachers. This process is linked to the guarantee of the priority of spiritualization principal and assumes discovery dialog on the basis of specially selected passages with the purpose of future educators awareness fulfillment with personable meaning of scientifically complicated  concepts  and  categories.  For  the  purpose  of  theoretical  positions  illustration,  materials  of  the  Ukrainian  student Olympiad have been presented, in particular, analytical-constructive tasks and the performance results by the students.

Abstract. The article offers an overview of definitions of the terms “competence” and “qualification ” that are used in the design, implementation and support of national qualifications systems and frameworks in the Republic of Poland and the Ukraine; five levels of professional qualifications and basic qualifications, which consists of four levels.

Summary. The article says about main point of ecologo-pedagogical activity of future biology teachers. It is emphasized such types of  ecolo-pedagogical  activity:  explorative,  methodical,  educational,  socially  useful, aesthetic,  and naturalistic.  The  components  of ecologo-pedagogical  activity  of  a  biology  teacher  are  ecological,  psycho-pedagogical  and  methodical  knowledge;  ecological  and educational skills; motives, convictions and values; personal qualities that promote the formation of preparedness of future biology teacher to ecologo-pedagogical activity.

Annotations. The article proved motivating role in shaping the substantive competencies of physics in medical students means of individualization;  shows  the  stimulating  effect  of  motivation  in  the  process  of  studying  physics  at  increasing  interest  in  physics background of its close relationship with medicine. Grounded role of motivation in teaching physics as one of the key factors of its success.  The expediency  consideration  age  and  individual  characteristics  of  students,  which  makes  it  possible to  quickly  adapt  to vyshivskyh conditions activated in the learning process and to create in them the ability to realize and apply the acquired knowledge in physical life.

Abstract.  The  article  analyzes  approaches  to  the  concept  of  the  “self-perfection”  of  the  individual  in  different  historical  and philosophical periods; it is ascertained that in different historical and philosophical periods of human development understanding of the  essence  of  nature,  the  value  of  self-perfection  as  a  philosophical  category,  a  little  a  distinction  in  various  philosophical conceptions due to difference of understanding of the meaning of human existence, signs of the perfect man and the ruling ideal of perfection in society and, accordingly, the purpose and conditions of development and improvement of man.

Abstract.  The  article  provided  methodological  principles  of  constructing  psychological  and  educational  programs  for  the development  of  communication  skills  in  the  negotiation  of  international  students.  The  article  reveals  the  basic  approaches  and principles of the program, methods and forms of study are used to develop appropriate communication skills, which are components of  communication  in  negotiations.  The  article  shows  the  content,  purpose  and  main  stages  of  psychological  and  educational programs.

Shpak M. The relationshipofemotional intelligence and mental state of elementary school pupil

Abstract. The results of empirical research of emotional intelligence of elementary school pupils are analyzed in the article. One of its  structural  components  –  the  emotional  aspect,  which  reflects  the  characteristics  of  a  child’s  emotional  response  under  stressful situations of learning activities is characterized. It was determined that positive emotions, feeling of well-being increasingly appear at pupils  with  high  emotional  intelligence,  they  are  able  to  understand  their  own  emotions  and  manage  them.  Negative  emotions, anxiety, poor health are more obvious at pupils with low level of emotional intelligence, it is difficult to control their emotional state. The dependence of mental state of elementary school pupils on the level of their emotional intelligence is proved.
