Butova V. Social Background of Finnish Educational Innovations
Abstract. The article represents the social background of the Finnish system of school educational innovations especially the latest project HundrED dedicated to the country’s one hundredth anniversary of independence. The project includes one hundred best educational ideas gathered from the influential world personalities and suggested for realizing in different Finnish schools. Further generalizing and presenting the obtained results for the world educational community are expected.

Abstract. This article is devoted to the review of activities of scientists and art critics in formation of content of training of the teacher of arts and crafts in native educational space at the end of XX – at the beginning of XXI century. The author discloses value of scientific discussions concerning a role of esthetic education of youth means of arts and crafts; shows influence of schools of sciences of labor training and the school fine arts on formation of arts and crafts creativity of pupils during the Soviet period. In operation is displayed laborious work of the modern authoring schools and art cells of Ukraine in enhancement of training of the teacher of arts and crafts.

Abstract. Article enlightened use of cloud services in education, namely, cloudoriented LMS Canvas as one of the component cloud oriented learning environment (COLE). We consider the interpretation of basic concepts of COLE. Determined that can be done with the help of Canvas, what opportunities it provides participants educational process. It is established that the use of Canvas of COLE creates conditions for active cooperation, enhance teaching and learning of students, flexibility and individualized learning process and others.

Abstract. The article deals with multiple internet resources aimed at improvement of college and university students’ writing communication competencies in the English language. Wikis, blogs, Vlogs, podcasts, vodcasts, Google Docs, ePals, and social networks are considered to be effective means to enhance Ss’s confidence in using written English. Students can improve their writing competencies in two ways, namely through posting comments and feedbacks on existing information products and creation of new texts.

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the realization of person-oriented approach during professional preparation of future pre-school teachers. Annotations. The article proved motivating role in shaping the substantive competencies of physics in medical students means of individualization; shows the stimulating effect of motivation in the process of studying physics at increasing interest in physics background of its close relationship with medicine. Grounded role of motivation in teaching physics as one of the key factors of its success. The expediency consideration age and individual characteristics of students, which makes it possible to quickly adapt to vyshivskyh conditions activated in the learning process and to create in them the ability to realize and apply the acquired knowledge in physical life.

Shpak M. The relationshipofemotional intelligence and mental state of elementary school pupil
Abstract. The results of empirical research of emotional intelligence of elementary school pupils are analyzed in the article. One of its structural components – the emotional aspect, which reflects the characteristics of a child’s emotional response under stressful situations of learning activities is characterized. It was determined that positive emotions, feeling of well-being increasingly appear at pupils with high emotional intelligence, they are able to understand their own emotions and manage them. Negative emotions, anxiety, poor health are more obvious at pupils with low level of emotional intelligence, it is difficult to control their emotional state. The dependence of mental state of elementary school pupils on the level of their emotional intelligence is proved.
