Dimitrova N. I. Continuing education and learning styles of the physics teacher
Abstract. This Report presents the results from studying the learning styles of 160 physics teachers in the Republic of Bulgaria, which study is the basis for the creation of programs for continuing education for the physics teachers. An invariant model of education using electronic learning environment was described.

Dimova D.М. Towards the Problem of “Scientific Literacy” (results from a study)
Abstract. The concept of “scientific literacy ” was acknowledged in the 50s of the 20th century. It denotes the desired objectives and the desired results from learning natural sciences and is in response to the registered shortfalls in this field. It also provides answer to the question: “How does scientific knowledge function in the society of non-specialists?” This Article presents a survey conducted among school students, which is part of a wider experimental research. The questions were open-ended and were processed by con- tent analysis. The purpose was to establish the attitude of the students towards the role of natural sciences and the related environ- mental health and social problems in people’s lives and in society as a whole. The results are encouraging, yet they mainly show that the formation of scientific literacy is a process requiring a fundamental change in the pedagogical approach, diverse methods and organization, and closely binding formal , informal and non-formal education.

Abstract. The article deals with the conditions and methods of public network use, substantiates prospects and at the same time problems of its wide use among students, analyzes their influence upon the formation of a student’s individual educational medium from the position of a comprehensive combination with the distance learning process. The use of public networks in educational process has been analyzed, and at the same time it has been proved that they can not substitute distance learning system, but their synergy will increase the level of students’ training substantially.

Vakoliuk A.M. Development Evolution of Organizational and Pedagogical Circumstances of Healthy Lifestyle During Physical Education of Schoolchildren
Abstract: The article deals with evolution of organizational and pedagogical circumstances that influenced physical education development as a school subject since the 20th century. The author shows that general education incorporates a complex implementation of healthy lifestyle. The key priority is a health-promoting function of the school education, focused on formation of healthy lifestyle. The ideas of culture of physical and psychic health are represented in the contents of various subjects within a careful attitude towards one’s health as the greatest value. “The foundations of health” as a school course has been offered in every form a model based on care about children’s health.

Abstract. The article deals with the structural peculiarities of modern higher education in Ukraine, Poland and Canada. The authors carry out the comparative analyses of types and amounts of higher educational institutions, their quantity of students as well as the degree structure of obtaining higher education. The number of international students as the quality indicator is compared in the countries. The development of state and private sectors in higher education is emphasized. The structural peculiarities of higher education are distin- guished and thoroughly analyzed.

Abstract. The article touches upon the results of the thesis, dedicated to the problem of the schoolchildren’s sex-role education in the Ukrainian secondary educational institutions during the 1940–1950’s. The author reveals the substance and the degree of the indicated problem in the historical-pedagogical science. The special attention is paid to the theoretical grounds and practical showing of the neces- sity of the gender theory implementation to the analysis of the experience of the schoolchildren’s sex-role education in the secondary educational institutions in the historical-pedagogical retrospective.

Annotation. The resource approach in teaching electrodynamics and electrical disciplines is described in the article and the features of its realization in the educational process of general and vocational education are studied . There are two main approaches to the development of any quality properties in learning electrodynamics. We characterize how to engage potential resources in electrodynamics lessons. Abstract: The formation of the system of geographical education in Ukraine requires the implementation of new approaches to training and education in the school, because at the present stage of development of society and the educational thought increased demands on the level of intellectual development of students. In today’s economic, socio-cultural and political development of the state and society has taken an important place of formation of school education that provides global labor market is competitive, well-trained professionals. Choosing a course on Ukraine’s integration with the European countries, the entry into the European educational space, strengthening of business relations in various spheres of human activity increases the demand for professionals able to be universal in the global employment market, that is, modern society needs a creative person, which is formed as a result of cognitive skills of students still in the process of schooling. The society is interested in the fact that the person was well-defined ability to apply them in a particular field of activity. Special attention is given to the younger generation in the process of learning attaches great importance to the development of cognitive skills as they relate to your content human needs.

Abstract. The article includes the result of the analysis of Dmytro Nytchenko’s ‘Testament’, the literary work that is seen as a heritage left for descendents. Thus the meaning of the concept of patriotism is further developed in the article. The results of intent analysis, hermeneutic analysis, discourse analysis made it possible to specify the concept of patriotism and to speculate the factors of patriotism development.

Summary: In this paper the problem of operational readiness formation and evaluation for the driver’s vehicle is considered. The results of the study of the dynamics of visual-motor reaction time and change the information basis of activity in the process of mastering the driver’s activities are presented. These indicators usage in assessing the operational readiness of the driver to control the vehicle is recommended.

Abstract. In paper new methodological approaches is showed to analyze human being and essence with understanding her nature as spiritual human. A level of modern psychological research is analyzed characterized by expansion in direct to learning categorical structure “psyche-spirit” abreast classical structure “psyche-body”. Note that human spiritual life is beyond of objective reality and belongs to inner one which is not available for external objective observation. Difference between spiritual and psychical life feels by subject himself as difference between his existence, deep inner being and the individual I upper layer.

Abstract. The structure of the social interaction is viewed with regards to the functional dependence of the elements it contains, as reflected in the relevant definition. Stressing the feature of the reciprocity and relations of the doers’ functional dependence in the interaction indicates the importance of the emerging common psychological framework. Within its borders the functional uniting of social roles is happening, thanks to which an individual role of every doer is changing and a related to the performed task system “We are a social role” appears. Abstract. The paper gives results of psychological features of adaptation entry of economic profile students into educational professional activity on the comparative analysis of integrated estimates of personal adaptation potential, strong-willed self-control, the motivational sphere which are regarded as criterion of adaptation entry of economical speciality students of control and background groups into educational activity during four years of studying. On the third year of studying in both groups signs of psychological crisis of students are revealed. The carried-out modified debriefing improved indicators of strong-willed self-control and the motivational sphere that caused increase of an integrated assessment of adaptation entry into an educational and professional activity.

I. Malich Evolution of consciousness of students on the home stage of professional development
Abstract. In the article are the results of longitudinal study aimed at identifying changes in cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of the structure of consciousness of students on the home stage of professional development. Comparative analysis revealed significant changes in consciousness of students after the first course. Discovered raising self-esteem, increased interest to the students themselves, as an individual, autosympatiyi development, self-esteem, self-understanding, all of which affected the overall ranking of the “I” insult students. With experience major trends student behavior directed at developing qualities that pryblyzhuye them to balance the real and ideal “I’m a professional.”
