Abstract. In recent years, Ukraine has been steadily following the path of radical structural reforms. Despite a number of external and internal negative factors, Ukraine has been able to achieve macroeconomic stability and restore positive dynamics of economic development. However, the level of tax culture of the population remains quite low. The degree of legal awareness and responsibility of Ukrainian taxpayers does not meet the requirements that apply in developed countries. In order to successfully carry out socio- economic reforms in Ukraine, it is necessary to develop a state strategy for the development of tax culture and education of a new generation of bona fide taxpayers.

Abstract. The article deals with the features of state regulation of population orientation in Ukraine. The existence of problems with professional self-determination of modern youth has been established on the basis of sociological researches, as well as surveys conducted by author. The main reason for appearance of these problems is the lack of systematic and violation of the continuity of career guidance in educational institutions. The conditions of effectiveness of vocational guidance of students and students are defined, the main directions of vocational guidance work in schools and institutions of higher education are characterized.

Abstract. The article reveals the essence of the issue of the use of theatrical pedagogics means in the future vocalists’ professional training. The theoretical foundations of theatrical pedagogy as realization of the system of methodical techniques aimed at the student’s actor participation in the stage action and immersion in the artistic image of musical works are determined. A number of methods and methodical techniques of theatrical pedagogy in the future vocalists’ training are characterized, in particular: the method of act analysis; revealing the “intrigue” of a musical work; translating an abstract idea into a plan based on motor expressiveness; analysing the emotional content of a piece of music through colour associations; comparison of tone characteristics of colour and sound of voice.

Abstract. Recent practice has shown that students of higher technical education institutions have worse English language skills and are less motivated than students majoring in languages. Taking into consideration the importance of English language competences in today’s world, having analyzed root causes of the situation in the education environment at all levels, there have been defined basic intrinsic and extrinsic motivating factors for increasing efficiency of English language learning by students majoring in engineering and technical sciences and offered the ways of improving their knowledge level.

Abstract. The article observes the problem of civil competence formation of elementary school students. Notes the priority of formation of civil competence for children with sensory disabilities. It is researched, that there wasn’t enough attention to developing methodology, study the learning environment and features of civil competence formation of elementary school students with special learning needs in the special education’s area. It is analysed the civil competence formation levels of elementary school students without sensory disabilities and the one with it. The results have been processed. The conclusions have been made.

Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarities of the use of information technologies in the process of forming the self-educational competence of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy in the process of vocational training. In the process of implementing the content of professional training of future specialists of this profile it is advisable to use lecture courses using information technologies. Practical classes and organization of students’ independent work are characterized by the use of computer-oriented visual methods, methods of computer-based self-study of electronic textbooks, methods of Internet communication, computeroriented methods of information search, distance learning methods.

It is noted that social competence is an important component of an active and modern personality that feels comfortable in society. The structure of students’ social competence consists of several components, which are responsible for the array of knowledge, behavior, values, motivation, communication and reflection. The social skills that future teachers should possess are analyzed.

Abstract. We identified three stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment and determined their methodical content. We have chosen the criteria. Abstract. Abstract. The article formulates the main ideas regarding the practical value of affects in psychological therapeutic practice. The modern views on affect psychotherapy and understanding of affect localization in a personality structures are presented. The basic affective systems are considered, which are the foundations for relations with care-givers and the whole world and determine, as a consequence, a person’s identity and character. An affect occurrence and its integration into decision making, its importance for personal experience and human life arrangement are analyzed. The study on the concept of affect allows us to understand better the conscious and volitional processes, a person’s behavioural structure and mechanisms, human motivation.
