Abstract. The economic essence of the concept of the financial and credit market as a complex and multifaceted economic category that covers all areas of the market system has been explored. The financial and credit market is that part of the market that covers the entire credit market, partly the foreign exchange market of securities, the insurance market and the financial services market, in those parts where there is a time gap  between cash  flows  and flows of goods (services), then there is where credit relations arise when trading financial assets. Explanation of the term “financial and credit market” is specified.

Abstract. This paper studies the intensification, which is regarded as a set of intensification processes having hierarchical (logical) subordination. The structural model of the activation concept for intensification processes and the algorithm for its application are developed. The golden rule of intensification for the mechanical engineering enterprises is proposed and its essence is revealed.

T. I. Dombrovan Teaching the History of English to University Students: a Synergetic Approach

Abstract. This article proposes an alternative to dominant methods of teaching the history of the English language to university students. It links studies of language history with a novel approach to language studies, i.e. synergetics. An introduction to some basic concepts of linguistic synergetics is provided. A synergetic approach to language studies focuses on principles and mechanisms of language change and development and employs the methodological integrity of philosophy, linguistics and synergetics. The main aim of diachronic linguosyner- getics is seen in capturing language in a state of change, when the language system follows a non-linear path, through numerous fluctuations and dissipation leading out of chaos to order and stability.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of lexical and semantic methods of influence and stylistic peculiarities of the language of the fashion industry, on the example of fashion texts selected from modern fashion magazines of Spain. The problem of expressive influence on the recipient still remains relevant. It was found out what technics of influence use fashion texts in order to convey to the reader the necessary information, as well as what role plays the fashion texts in the conditions of modern communication of Spain.

Abstract. Modern world is characterized by rapid development of technological innovation, which are becoming the inseparable part of human lives and society at whole. They also can be treated as the driving force of economical, informational and social changes. The professional activity of engineers play the very significant role in modern society. In the presented paper, the modern approaches to the presentation of modern engineering with using the external and internal attributes are analyzed as well as the influence of such approaches on the engineering education.

Abstract. The article highlights the peculiarities of teaching intensive and extensive reading in EAP. With intensive reading students’ attention is focused on a detailed reading of the text analyzing language units (vocabulary, grammar and cohesion). With extensive reading students read in English interesting and necessary scientific texts for their professional development (writing papers, articles, preparing for seminars in philosophical disciplines they study), which improves their overall understanding of the content. Students should be involved in both intensive and extensive reading, which are equally important for students’ language development.

Abstract.  The  article  defines  and  substantiates  the  basic  premise  of  personal  self-perfection  of  future  teachers;  the importance  of formation of outlook of the future teachers as the basis of understanding the meaning of life, the formation of a system of personal values, beliefs, definition of the ideal of self-development; personal prerequisites of the process of future self-perfection of teachers personal  are  determined  by  its  level  of  self-awareness,  physiological  features  of  the  individual.  Preconditions  are  influencing  the awareness of the need for self-perfection, determine the qualitative composition changes.

Abstract. The article deals with the phenomenon of listening from the standpoint of activity psycholinguistics. For this purpose were examined the fundamental theoretical positions of the classical psychological theory of activity, which reveals the specific features of the  actions  and  operations  of  a  listener.  Psycholinguistic  conceptions  of  listening,  developed  by  L.S. Vyhotskyi,  O.R. Luria, O.O. Leontiev, M.I. Zhynkin, O.M. Sokolov, O.O. Zalevskaya and other  scholars are analyzed. Based on psycholinguistic concep- tions, the author’s interpretation of the term “listening” is formulated.

Y. M. Krasilova Motivational component of the process of re- socialization of juvenile convicts

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of resocialization of juvenile convicts. The features of the motivational sphere of juvenile convicts are determined. It is shown how the dynamical and substantive side of the motivational sphere of juvenile offenders influences the process of resocialization. A typology of adolescent offenders has been developed, according to the indicated indicators namely: teenagers which are dominated by material needs of selfish orientation; adolescents who are dominated by spiritual needs of selfish orientation; teens in whom the spiritual needs of social orientation prevail; teenagers which are dominated by material needs of social orientation.

The article explores  main  characteristics,  types  and  forms  of  the  social  cinema,  it  socio-psychological  influence  on different  client  groups of social work. The author describes place and practical importance of the social cinema in social work.

S. B. Safonova Diagnostics of the readiness of children deprived of parental care for family life

Abstract. The article analyzes the problem of determining the life arrangement forms of junior school age children who are deprived of parental care. The components of psychological readiness of elementary school age children who are deprived of parental care before  the  transition  into  various  forms  of  life  arrangement  are  determined:  cognitive,  motivational  and  emotional.  It  has  been established that most of elementary school age children are aware of the forms of arrangements.  Half of the children deprived of parental care, because biological parents conducted an antisocial way of life, wanted to move to a new family, due to the fact that they had a negative past life experience. For orphaned children, a positive life experience and an acquaintance with potential parents have become the motivation for placement in a new family. The children grew up in a secured family, but biological parents died.

A. I. Ishchenko The formation of television genres on Ukrainian television (based on archival materials from the 1950's)

Аbstract. The article studies the formation of television genres on TV studios of Ukraine in Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, and Odessa on the material of archival sources (TV programs published on the pages of the weekly “Says Kiev”, periodicals, audiovisual materials of the Central Cinema Photophobia Archives of Ukraine named after  G.S. Pshenichny).  The  analysis  of empirical material showed that due to the gradual creation of branch editions on television studios, in addition to proven TV shows (movies, concerts, performances, etc.), the actual forms of television appeared. These programs began the tradition of information broadcasting on Ukrainian television and laid the founda- tions for the formation of informational and analytical genres, in particular oral communication, speeches, reporting, interviews, broadcasts, conversations; TV films and documentaries, filmed by television studios, were the first attempts in the field of artistic and journalistic genres on television.

Abstract. The article deals with the mechanisms of the influences of modern informational technologies on transformations taking place in the information society, mainly in the humanitarian space. In particular, it follows that changes in the production, processing, storage, distribution, use of information resources and the expansion of access to information change the livelihoods of the modern society. In this context, implementation of e-governance and the introduction of electronic document is described.

Abstract. In the article, the author describes the general situation on the Ukrainian television, which is today a very topical problem, because here is an analysis of how to fill the channels of certain programs and their content is determined. From the analyzed research, the introspection-destructive form of the influence of television on the consciousness of the viewer is appreciated, which is a significant issue of the present for further resolution. The author schematically shows the informational content of nine Ukrainian TV channels, which specialize in a certain thematic direction of activity an are designed for the relevant audience.

V. O. Yathenko State strategy of decentralization as process of forming of the group systems of settlement is at local level in Ukraine

The article analyzes the peculiarities of administrative reform in Ukraine during the period of the XX  – the beginning of the XXI century. There are four main stages that formed the paradigm of the need for social, economic and political change. The role and peculiarities of each stage of urban development activity are determined. Attention is paid to the possible risks and hardships of hasty processes without taking into account systemic scientific developments.
