Abstract. The article is devoted to the scientific and pedagogical and educational activities of Joseph Konradovich Pachoski as a famous naturalist,  the  author  for  over  400  papers  on  Floristic,  systematics,  Botanic  geography,  Phytosociology,  ecology,  entomology, ornithology,  nature  protection.  The  role  of  the  researcher  in  building  and  development  of  such  institutions  as  Kherson  Provincial Agriculture Vocational School, Kherson Polytechnic Institute, Yurjevskyi Teachers Institute, Poznan University.

Khujaniyazov Uktam Yeshbaevich The development of Children’s sport in the years of Uzbekistan’s Independence (on the bases of Karakalpak Republic)

Abstract. The given article deals with fundamental changes in the development of children sport in Karakalpakstan during the Independence years. It was started large-scale of operations of building sport schools, sport halls, and musical schools. Some part of these building were built in Nukus, capital of Karakalpakstan and also in distant regions like Muynak, Kungrad, Shumanay, Takhtakopir, Chimbay, Turtkul, Amudarya, Ellikqala, Beruniy and others. There were trained either boys or girls. Before now girls were not in- volved in the sport clubs. Development of women sport and popularization were obvious success of Uzbekistan’s Independence. It was depicted all practical measures on realizing State program learned topic in Karakalpakstan. Along with building sport constructions there were established sport equipments. Furthermore, all these measurements can be positive product of Independent Uzbekistan. Previously, neither authority nor government took care of teenager as nowadays. It is given in the article that these kind of innovations will stimulate and encourage our teenager to new feats in their life. At the end of the article there is given statistic information about children’s participation in sport.

T. V. Kononenko The Main Provisions of P.I. Pestel Programme

Abstract. The article is dedicated to P.I. Pestel, one of the ideologists of Decembrist movement. There are distinguished oral, radical, written and liberal versions of the Decemberist programme. There are investigated the problems of regicide, the dictatorship of the Transitional Supreme Government and Republic, both of the latter acting as the guarantors of ultimate victory, as well as of  the established order shift and future transformations. There is also analyzed the project of a centralized state  with the rigid vertical of power and total control of all life spheres.

S. A. Mochkin The loss of sacred monuments of Chernivtsi region (the second half of the 1940s – the first half of the 1960s)

Abstract.  The  article  deals  with  the  immovable  sacred  monuments  of  Chernivtsi  region,  which  were  damaged  by  the  Bolshevik totalitarian regime’s repressions concerning religion and church. Sacred heritage of different faiths of the region incurred irreplaceable losses in consequence of large-scale anti-religious attack to eradicate the so-called “opium for the people” and fixing the monopoly communist ideology. Attention is paid to the fact that much of religious buildings were closed and later damaged or destroyed as a result of actions of the Party and State power.

The article defines main goals, objectives and features of the assembling funds of the S.  Korolev`s Space Museum, briefly analyzed the collection, the main stages of its formation, its historical component is determined, the specific example demonstrates the significance of Museum materials during historical research.

O. V. Kolomoiets The newest aspects of customs policy and custom right are in Ukraine

Abstract. In the article contained determinations of customs policy and custom right, that are the constituent of public policy of of Ukraine. The of main task of customs policy is providing of defence of national interests and national safety of of Ukraine of in, economic, social, ecological and other political spheres. An of customs policy and right are based on certain conceptual principles (base national interests and corresponding aspects of public policy of national safety) and comes true by realization of corresponding doctrines, strategies, conceptions and programs in the different spheres of government activity, both internal and external, in accord- ance with a current legislation, international law acts and withstand practice.

S. M. Kravchuk Legal Theory of Military Art: from Ancient Rome to the Beginning of the Legal Idea Formation of the EU Army Emergence

Abstract. The issue of the possibility of taking into account the theoretical legal aspects of military art to create the European Union Army has been reviewed, based on the reception of Roman law. Rethinking of the approach to the issue has been perceived as well as the consideration of people-centred vision and the use of the balanced methodological foundations. The article is a primary attempt to warn the EU about the future legal and practical-tactical errors during the organization and conduct of military and defence affairs. The need to create a legal basis and a wise balanced choice has been synthesized.

The content analysis of the leading radio stations and the observation of how these radio stations function helped to identify certain technologies including thematic structuring  and  problem  materials  segmentation;  preparing  and  implementing  the  special  thematic  projects;  gamification  of  the  radio content; coproduction; interactive, language, and promotion technologies; operating on the related platforms; creating the convergent content.

Abstract. In the article research attention is focused on the experience of user content attracting by different types of regional mass- media. It is established on the basis of analysis of informative space, that all types of the Cherkasy media attract user-generated content in varying degrees and ways. In the publication the typical forms of involving of user content by the journalists of local newspapers, television, and online media are described and its practical necessity is well-proven. The structural and semantic types of user content in Cherkasy mass-media are distinguished, the results of scientific search are summarized.

A. P. Kyrychok An impact of Situational crisis-communication theory on the efficiency of investigations in the field of crisis communications

Abstract. The hybrid warfare with the application of powerful informational component has become the factor that led to a systemic crisis in the Ukrainian informational space. In such situations it is important to find the mechanisms of counteraction against informational aggression and to build our own informational strategy. It is the task assigned to crisis communications and to the Situational crisis-communication theory, being a tool for crisis communications research. The article focuses on application features of Situational crisis-communication theory in the field of crisis communications. The components of this theory and methods of their integration into the national anti-crisis communication practice are examined. The algorithm of interaction of this theory with other related branches in PR is specified and the example of application method of this theory in relation to the informational crisis in Ukrainian informational space is given.

Abstract: Field of Social Communications is interdisciplinary by nature, use methods that are populare for other disciplines. In the article is considered one of the research methods developed by sociologists  -triangulation. In the article is analyzed its basic form, shown  the  wide  potential  method,  shown  an  advantages  of  using  as  an  additional  tool  for  increasing  the  validity  of  results  of qualitative research and analysis of the lacks of the method.

H. L. Sarmina Comparative stages` analysis of cross-media` formation and development in Germany and Ukraine

The  article  analyzes  the  historical  principles  of  cross-media`  development  in  Germany  and  Ukraine  and  the  basic  periods  of  the cross-media`  formation.  Furthermore  the  comparative  analysis  of  periodization  of  the  mentioned  phenomenon  in  German  and Ukrainian spaces was made. The stages, that are typical for both countries, as well as common and distinctive features of each stage of cross-media` development were defined. Moreover the factors that have influenced the specifics of each stage were described, as well as perculiarities of formation process for each stage.
