Onatskyj M. Tribal institutions asafactor of socio-political development of Kazakhstan
Аbstract. The paper examines the role of tribal institutions in social and political life of Kazakhstan. It analyzes the evolution processes of tribal associations. Influence of socio-economic and natural – geographical factors in the development of nomadic communities has been revealed. The nature and characteristics of public-political power which was formed in Kazakhstan in XVII – XIX centuries have been studied. The transformation process of the Kazakh tribal institutions in the Soviet period has been analyzed. The role of tribal traditions in modern Kazakhstan and their impact on everyday life and nomenclature-institutional levels have been characterized. The zhuzes influence on political and economic life of Kazakhstan has been clarified.

Аbstract. The author analyzed theoretical features of notions “legal duties” and “legality”. There are considered categories, which combined these notions. Also interaction of legal duties and legality are researched. The rules, which make better realization of legal duties and consequently improve legality in society, are defined in this article.

Bashuk A. Peculiarities of News in the era of World Wide Web
Abstract. The article deals with the specifics of the news under the influence of the Internet – with its opportunities and challenges, that removes this genre out of the state’s influence. It is emphasized that new communication technologies increasingly meet the needs of socio-systems, thus creating the information product that is of great current interest. Today widespread popularity belongs to social networks, which form the consumer’s media-glasses, modify “harsh” news. The analysis of Ukrainian media scene indicates that the information vacuum, the lack of clear-cut state information policy in the context of the military-political conflict contribute to the fact that active social network users, including journalists, become the main newsmakers, striving to take on the propaganda function of the state.

Ishchenko A. Starting of regular TV broadcasting in Ukraine in the context of television's development in Europe
Аbstract. The article studies the starting of regular TV broadcasting in Ukraine in the context of television’s development in Europe. The attention is focused is on different vectors of activity of Kyiv Television Centre, in particular on technical, productional and creative aspects and also traced the chorology of the formation TV broadcasting in the another cities in Ukraine. In article describes the period of first television program’s an emergence, revealed the technical nature of these telecasts. It analyzed the first TV programs on the subject of the uniqueness of various genres of television broadcasting in the then Republican Kiev telecentre in comparison with television broadcasting of USSR central television and also other European countries.

Nahornyak M. Radiojournal as Originally a form of Radio news Broadcasting communication Ukraine (20-30 years of the twentieth century)
Absrtract. Based on a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the establishment of radio in the 20-30-ies author argues that this form initiated the development of the information broadcast and promoted the formation of news broadcasting communication Ukraine. Revealed that in its semantic and structural characteristics of radio led to the emergence of the modern form of news broadcasting communication – information release. Candid agitation and propaganda news content of that era contributed to implementation often apparent radio communications between the government, its representatives and consumers of media – radio listeners. The trends, the essence of which is the gradual transformation of the social role of radio – from the organizer, propagandist and agitator presenter public opinion to the most important information about events in the country and abroad for the community.

Prykydko O. News Public Television in Ukraine: the primary or secondary?
Аbstract. The article deals with the premise conditions and prospects of development and formation of public broadcasting in Ukraine and abroad, the main obstacles and solutions to building trust audience. It was analyzed the main core operation of the TV and the principles of its development. The article revealed information collection programs Ukrainian public television channel UA: First and Internet channel “Public TV”, which operates on the principles of public service broadcasting. News is the most important source of information in shaping public opinion, and TV is the best available media, according to the audience.

Abstract. The article analyzes the problems that arise for researchers of the modern trends in journalism, and also the issues related to introduction of scientific developments into practice. It is stated that the current content of the Ukrainian print media tends to experiments in the genre system. We give the original author’s explanations of the causes of origin of this trend. Them a in reason is considered to be the rapid capitalization of newspaper and magazine production and sufficiently accelerated transition of urban and regional newspapers in other forms of property. And thus, the search for consensus between the desire to reduce the cost of information products and unconditional desire of editorial teams to make it interesting and original. It is represented the original thesis regarding to the prospects of development of genres’ transformation. In the article there is a considerable amount of theoretical and practical references. It is proposed the further prospect for the research.

Abstract. «Reception of plagiarism» – is intended to find out the features of perception of the phenomenon of plagiarism among scientific and pedagogical staff. The survey was conducted in June 2016. The participants – are members of the Scientific and Methodological Commission of Journalism and Information of Ministry of Education and Science and university professors of Ukraine. The questionnaire included four open questions, concerning the attitude to plagiarism, its causes, the methods of struggle and methods of punishment for plagiarism, and also plagiarism species.

Annotation. The article is devoted to the important aspect of Press Linguistics – investigation of the problem of the ways and means of media-titles actualization. The author defines the following ways of newspaper headline clarification: in particular, she examines onomes as the “actualizer” in media-names, also there were analyzed the most used figures of speech in Ukrainian journalism, that are used to create an expressive headline.
