N. M. Baklanova "Case-method" an innovative method in the modern pedagogical process
http://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2018-164VI68-01
Abstract. The article reveals the importance of using innovative pedagogical technologies for the future teachers’ training and analyzes the possibilities of their introduction into the educational process of higher pedagogical educational institutions. The solution of one of the most important strategic tasks at the present stage of the educational system modernization is ensurance of the professional training quality according to the international standards, that will become possible if pedagogical methods are changed and innovative teaching technologies are introduced. The main priorities of interactive methods are the students’ individual work and the modular control and evaluation of the educational information learning. Therefore, now the use of these new teaching methods, namely the case-study method, is extremely relevant. The core of this method is as follows: students are encouraged to comprehend the educational situation. The situation described reflects practical problems and requires a certain set of knowledge that must be acquired when studying this problem. However, the problem itself does not have unique solutions. Individual analysis of the “case” and its discussion in the group give much more opportunities for the development of professional skills than memorizing a textbook or a lecture summary. The purpose of the case is a detailed analysis, not evaluation, that teaches the students to analyze and develop action programs, expands their behavioural competence, thereby fostering a sense of responsibility in the process of learning. “Case- method” has certain advantages, since it is not only a training method, but also has a great educational potential in terms of forming the personal qualities of students. This innovative pedagogical technology actually makes it necessary to reconsider the roles of a teacher and a student. So, the “case-method” successfully combines training, analytical and educational activities, is effective in the implementation of modern tasks of the education system.
Keywords: modernization of education, innovation, interactive methods, “case study”, analytical, educational activities.

V. O. Bulgakova V. O. Bulgakova Level of development of the legal culture of adolescents, depending on the socio-psychological characteristics of families
http://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-PP2018-164VI68-16
Abstract. The legal culture of personality is not only the knowledge of a person of law, but also the introduction of this knowledge in his life, in his activities, in interactions. In our past research, we have established a connection between the peculiarities of age, gender, the specifics of the educational and professional activity of a young person and the level of development of its legal culture. This article is devoted to the results of a study conducted by children’s camp “Young Guard”, which aimed to diagnose the level of development of legal culture in adolescents living in full and part-time families and in families with guardians, grandparents and other relatives. The study was conducted using two methods: Scales for assessing the level of legal culture, sponsored by Chebikin O.Y. and Bulgakova V.O. and the method “Questionnaire for teens about parents” Wasserman L.I., Gorkova N.A., Romitsina E.Е. The results obtained were subjected to mathematical analysis, the method used to determine the reliability of the Differences t-criterion Student. The study involved 54 adolescents from two groups, the age of the subjects from 14 to 17 years. The results of the study showed that the level of legal culture of the subjects was rather high. The results of mathematical data processing showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of development of legal culture among children living in different families: full, incomplete (with guardians, grandparents, grandparents and other relatives). The article states that this can be explained by the fact that children living in incomplete families receive full social education, as well as children living with their parents. Psychologists who work at children’s camp “Young Guard” say that guardians are very interested in their wards. Therefore, in the responses of children in the “Questionnaire for teens about parents” Wasserman L.I., Gorkova N.A., Romitsina E.Е. they say that they are close to their parents (the “proximity” factor is an indication of the degree of warm feelings and the adoption of their child at high standard estimates and prevailing rejection at low standard estimates). The staff of teachers and psychologists of the children’s camp “Young Guard” also pays much attention and supports children. The high level of legal culture contributes to the fact that both native and foster parents are interested in how their son or daughter feels in the camp. They worry about their children, show a high level of closeness between children and parents (native or foster), and this will significantly affect the level of legal culture. Intra-group identification of adolescents in the collective of resting children also contributes to the fact that they have a high level of legal culture: when they communicate, they try to match each other. And also, organizers and psychologists working in this camp do not formally treat children: they help the children with advice, counsel, carry out corrective work, which establishes a positive atmosphere and an attitude of adolescents.

Abstract. The article shows the results of theoretical and empirical studies of the levels of development of the students’ moral consciousness. Found that the most prevailing is conventional level, which expresses the orientation of students to follow accepted in society norms and rules. This, to a great extent, contributes to the harmonious interpersonal interaction of students, and at the same time inhibits their selfexpression according to their own values.
