O. V. Burko The technology of teaching Ukrainian proverbs and sayings, their corresponding samples in English, German and Spanish (based on Boris Grinchenko folklore records)
Abstract. The article outlines on the causes of the education community interest in European languages. The conceptual model of the teaching Ukrainian proverbs and sayings, their correspondences in English, German and Spanish (based on Boris Grinchenko folklore records) is outlined. According to it, scientists are expected to use innovative teaching techniques: poly-language reading «Quadriga», literary game «Mosaic of Thinking». Their knowledge enhances the entry of educators and younger teens into the European educational space.

Abstract. The article analyzes the contribution of Kharkiv artistic school in the development of art education in Slobozhanshchyna of the second half of the XIX – the beginning of the XX century. The main attention is paid to the problem of development of arts and crafts in the system of artistic education in the region, the role of Kharkiv private artistic school named after Mariia Raievskaia- Ivanova in organization of arts and crafts teaching of the studied period.

L. P. Ilchuk The model of preparation of future music teachers for education of teenagers by means of bell-ringin
Abstract. The article is devoted to the reasoning of the model of preparation of future music teachers for education of teenagers by bell-ringing means as an integral scientific and methodological system. The content of definitions “model”, “modeling” is clarified. The presented model consists of three interconnected blocks: methodological-purposeful, content-procedural and effective- evaluative. The essence of methodological approaches and the main implementation phases of the mentioned model into the educational process of music-pedagogical specialties are revealed. The result of the model implementation is formed readiness of future music teachers for education of pupils of the primary school by bell-ringing means.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of introducing the modern psychological assistance principles, in particular the ecological principles, in organization of the educational process in the training of specialists in technical specialties in order to improve the effectiveness of training. The article suggests ways of forming an ecological educational space in a technical university. In particular, the principles of ecological interaction between teachers and students, in a proficient understanding, during professional preparation process are formulated.

The generalized methods of forming are worked out by a project, operating, research and administrative competences of future grid automation engineers on the basis of causal content of planning, exploitation, to research activity in relation to control system by the objects of grids and administrative activity relatively control system by professional activity accordingly.

Nwite Onuma Principal’s application of management by objective in schools in Nigeria
Abstract. The study examined principals’ application of management by objective in secondary schools’ administration in Ebonyi State. Six research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. The descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The study sample comprised 204 principals: 134 male and 70 female principals. Data collection was by means of a questionnaire titled application of Management by Objective Techniques in the Management of Secondary Schools (ABMOTMSS). Data collected were analyzed using mean (x) and standard deviation (SD) to answer the research questions while t-test statistics was used to test the hy- potheses at 0.05 alpha level. The findings showed that there was no significant difference in the mean ratings between the male and female principals in the application of management by objective in the secondary school administration. The findings also revealed that there was a significant difference between the mean ratings of urban and rural secondary school principals in favor of the urban principals in Ebonyi State. The study recommends that Secondary Education Board (SEB) should on regular basis organize work- shops and seminars for serving principals and vice-principals highlighting the place of MBO in school administration for the overall success of the school system.

O. V. Polinok Typological classification of the types of projects
Abstract. In the article the typology of educational projects according to various classification attributes is represented: dominant activities of the project, subject-and substantive scope of expertise, coordination pattern of a project, the nature of contacts, the number of the participants, the duration of the project, the degree of complexity, the nature of cooperation between the project participants, the type of objectives, the professional orientation, the interconnection with other projects, the level of independence in implementing the task, the time of the accomplishment, the eventual outcome, forms and methods of organization and essential characteristics. The original author’s classification of the projects evaluated at the lessons of the Ukrainian language is represented. According to the content of the units of the effective Ukrainian language curriculum one can single out phonetic, lexico- phraseological, grammatical, spelling and rhetorical projects. Depending on dominating types of learning and speech activities of pupils one can mark out aspect and creative-and-speech projects. It is stressed that despite various approaches to the classification in pedagogy the projects are viewed as a result of educational projecting.

Abstract. The authors explore the peculiarities of forming teacher’s creative personality in the process of professional training, analyze the research works of Ukrainian and foreign scholars and investigate the concepts “personality” and “creativity”. The paper defines ways of forming creative personality of future teacher, both classic for university training as well as innovative, those which stimulate person’s self-realization, self-improvement and self-development. The most important personal qualities, which facilitate successful creative activity, are compiled.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of formation of personality of students of pedagogical specialties in the context of the concept of spirituality of upbringing. The significance of spiritual upbringing as a necessary condition for the transformation of spiritual values appropriated by students into their personal qualities is substantiated. The features of manifestation of these qualities in the process of social and professional activity of future teachers are revealed. The essence of such pedagogical phenomena as spiritual upbringing, the upbringing of spirituality and spirituality of upbringing has been revealed and the possibilities of their influence on the process of the becoming of a student‘s personality have been analyzed.

Y. V. Ivanova Peculiarities of the manifestation of passionarity in the context of self-actualization of personality
Abstract. The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the features of self-actualization in persons with different levels of passionarity. Passionarity is seen as a dynamic structure in the psychic organization of the personality and mani- fests itself as a stable propensity to transform reality aimed at the realization of a functionally stable goal in the space of asserting personal existence. The distinctive characteristics of passionarity and self-actualization are revealed. Empirically proven that individ- uals with a pronounced passionarity tend to self-actualization.

О. О. Pryymuk Efficiency psychological impact of the program on the development of emotional and volitional component of professionally important qualities of future specialists of restaurant business
Abstract. The article presents the results of the effectiveness of the development program of psychological emotional and volitional component of professionally important qualities of future specialists catering business. It was found that the emotional-volitional component changed positively, which was manifested in a significant increase in strong-willed self-control, perseverance and self- control. At the same time, the indices of the emotional orientation of the individual have improved. So, the need for communication, activity, interaction, in obtaining new information, competition, overcoming obstacles, in self-assertion has increased.

Abstract. The leading determinants of future specialists’ professional becoming were analyzed in the article. The content of the factors of future specialists’ professional becoming was disclosed. Dynamics and interaction of factors of professional becoming of future specialists of the socionomic sphere were analyzed. The domination of external factors of the professional becoming of the personality at the stage of her professional studying was founded.
