Abstract. This article reveals special features of secondary technical education’s formation in the Ekaterinoslav Gubernia during the late XIX – early XX centuries. The second half of the XIX century characterized by reforms in political and social life of the Russian Empire. It has led to quick development of industry. That is why technical education started developing A big role in organization of industrial education was played by representatives of society. The process of industrial educational formation at the end of XIX – beginning of XX centuries had a socially-governmental character.

Abstract. In the article, the author focuses on the importance of the full speech development of preschool children, noting that in the process of ontogeny it is an indicator of the overall development of the baby along with physical and mental; considers the research of speech phonetic component by scientists from different branches, justifies the necessity of taking into account the sequence of formation of its components; analyzes the preconditions, which is necessary for the timely formation of speech, the stages of separate parts of phonetic component the preschoolers speech activity under the normal ontogeny.

Baydyuk N. The Achieved Expertise and Future Work Perspectives of Gender Education Hubs within Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine
Abstract. The article overviews main theoretical and practical expertise achieved by gender education hubs (hereafter, GEHs) in higher education institutions in Ukraine, and discusses perspective avenues for developing their work in the future. Particular attention is paid to the current socio-political situation in the country and how it influences gender parity in education. The analysis is focused on: the legislation on the basis of which GEHs are established and are functioning in higher education, the creation of the all- Ukrainian network of GEHs, and the gender expertise achievements by GEHs from 2012 until present.

Abstract. The article regards the perspectives of using spaced repetition software (SRS) for teaching Japanese according to the blended learning model. It describes the methodological experiment which was aimed at researching the possibility of using the service “Memrise” for the organization of the out-of-class work of the students who are learning the Japanese vocabulary. The results of the experiment are defined and analyzed.

Abstract. The article is dedicated to solution of scientific problem of pupils’ independent work skills formation with physical geography textbook. It is proved that the key to successful formation of independent work skills are methodically thought-out cooperation of teacher and pupils. Author determined features of the special tasks system which is a mechanism and methodological foundation for the formation of the investigated skills. Methodical model of independent work skills formation of secondary school pupils with physical geography textbook is offered.

Annotation. The article presented a number of documents about health saving priorities of state policy and the new ways to holitsestychnoho approach of implementation of individual programs of health development with the help of the educational system. Annotation The article deals with the consideration of essence of concept «moral responsibility», presentation of its authorial understanding. The structural components of moral responsibility of students are specified: cognitive, emotionally-valued, behaviorious, their description is given Maintenance and methodology of the diagnostic stage of experiment are exposed, its results are brought. It is set that a lot of students are characterized by the situation level of breeding of moral responsibility and on separate parameters – by irresponsibility.

Abstract. The article reveals the essence of the concept “sports and health improving activities”. In the article are explain such concepts as: “physical education”, “sports training”, “mass sports activities”, “health improving” and singled out their characteristics. In the article are summarized the views of scientists and are given proper interpretation of the concept “sports and health improving activities”. During the research was found that the main problem of sports training in secondary educational institutions is uncertain permissible of the physical activity of different nature during independent classes, sports activities in various institutions and during lessons: imperfect curricula, low interest of youth in sports activities, etc.

Abstract. Reforming of the modern educational system requires a fundamentally new approach to training managers of tourism for their professional career. Active search of ways to improve the educational technologies of training tourism managers focused on the formation of professional competence, development of creative and potential abilities, security of effective conditions for student’s self-improvement in extracurricular activities are made today. The purpose of the article is the grounding of pedagogical conditions of would-be tourism managers’ self-improvement in extracurricular activities. The article analyzes the features of professional training of would-be tourism managers. Pedagogical conditions of would-be tourism managers’ self-improvement have been grounded. It has been argued that the successful effectiveness of the formation process of the need for professional self-improvement of future tourism managers depends on the compliance of the following pedagogical conditions: would-be tourism managers’ preparedness formation for professional self-improvement; phasing the process of would-be tourism managers’ professional self- improvement; motivation to participate in various forms of extracurricular activities. It has been proved that the basic rules which should be followed in the process of organizing students’ extracurricular activities in the university must be: diversifying forms of extracurricular activities; compliance with the clear content of tasks for students in extracurricular activities; formation of interest in future professional career; stimulation of the need for self-development, self-training and self-education. Prospects for further research are in the development of appropriate scientific and methodological complex materials, in particular – guidelines for teachers concerning the organization of extracurricular activities, improvement of students’ individual work.

Abstract. The article investigates the effectiveness of implementation of various practical methods on the child’s identity in terms of growth in foster care. The effectiveness of psychological help to foster parents in the development of the identity of children living in conditions of replacement care has been confirmed. The system of social and psychological support and foster families guidance is amended by a set of methods on work with foster child on a combination of past experience of child’s life with the current family environment and life events structured to form a holistic view of themselves.

O. V. Korniyenko The psychodiagnostic approach to psychosomatic students health safety
Abstracts. Based on results of decades (2006-2009/2010-2015 years) empirical research presented individual-psychological and factors analysis of psychosomatic student’s health of Kyiv National Taras Schevchenko University. Conducted a differentiated analysis of the sample of girl-students (n = 375), boys-students (n = 311). There was conducted the summery analysis of annual students examinations in University Clinic 2005-2010 years. Published the above-mentioned results in VAK journals (Higher Attestation Commission) Ukraine and on the web sites of International conference. Completed all stages of complex study: general statistical, correlative, factor analysis taking into account the complex dynamics of total 45 indicators of four blocks psychodiagnostics methods. The results confirmed our assumption of a leading role and effects of two-factor H.Eysenk theory of personality (introversion / extraversion, emotional stability / instability) on psychosomatic health of the studied girls /boys students.

Abstract. The personality`s reflective experience is an open dynamic system that combines the three structural components (a reflective potential, a reflective competence and procedural components) and operates at three levels of organization: the cognitive, metacognitive and personal. It is proved that these components are the independent internal conditions that ensure the effective functioning of the system of reflective experience. The author shows a significant role of the reflective competence in the functioning of the reflective experience at the metacognitive and personal levels of its organization.

Svertilova N. Features of assertiveness in people prone to experiencing resentment
Abstract. The article provides the results of theoretical and empirical research assertiveness in people prone or non prone to experiencing resentment. The results obtained allowed to establish significant negative correlations between indicators of assertiveness and a tendency to take offense. It was revealed that representatives of the group studied, tend to experience resentment show low values of indicators: self-acceptance, acceptance of others, spontaneous emotional reactions, sense of proportion, no anxiety, a feeling of confidence, the ability to anticipate the results of its assertive behavior, etc.
