Abstract. Among the priorities of the national course of the development of Ukrainian education one can find the operation and re- alization of educational innovations which change the aim , content, structure, forms, methods and technologies of teaching, educa- tion and management in a qualitative way. The formation of the innovative management in education is treated as an important stra- tegical direction of the innovative activities and the state policy which enables Ukraine to support the competitiveness of its educa- tion. The innovative technologies of management include those ones which create conditions for the director to make rapid and effec- tive decisions. They provide educational institutions with stable operation as well as stable development. Innovative management of educational institutions gives the democratization and the decentralization of the managemental process, activates the independence of the directors making managemental decisions, which will contribute to their transformation into independent subjects of manage- ment with partial autonomy. One can find two types of management: the innovative one and the management of innovations. The first type is the directed and active interaction of the director and the other members of educational process. It is aimed at the coordi- nation of the efforts to make the institution functionate effectively and transfer it to the higher qualitative level. The management of innovations is a type of social management which supports the direction and organization of innovative processes in the educational system. The main point about the management of innovations is the very providing the educational institutions with conditions for making systemic changes which contribute to their development and make them functionate better. The factors which cause innova- tions and motivate directors and teachers to make systemic and qualitative changes in the context of educational and managemental processes are of two types: the inner ones and the external ones. The latter factors are those ones which take place in the state and in the society: political, economical and social factors. The inner factors which cause innovative processes in education are social- pedagogical, organizational-pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical. Our country cares about the future and its place in educa- tional area, that is why it is aimed at a thorough operation of its strategy and tactics of educational management.

Massanov A.V. Psychological barriers in activities of a personality
Abstract. The article deals with the conceptual model of the psychological barrier in the activities of a personality. The psychologi- cal barrier is a complex intense motivational and orientation mental condition that blocks the realization of the desired action. The main component of the occurrence mechanism is unfavorable anticipation towards the process or the consequences of activity; when the motive of the professional self-determination activity, the rational and emotional assessments of the probability of successful im- plementation of the action and conations affect on the formation of anticipation. By its nature, the psychological barrier this psychic state that takes into account a complex of psychological phenomena. Among them: mental state caused by the passivity of the motive of desired action; emotional distress; rational arguments; conations that are not able (with a help of mechanism of forming positive anticipation) to turn a motive into effective one. There are some states that related to the structural components of psychological bar- rier in professional self-determination. On the one hand they are connected with the passivity of the motive; emotions that are unfa- vorable for the conversion the motive into effective one; lack of rational arguments for the motive activation; inability to achieve the effectiveness of the motive with the help of the conation. On the other hand these states are associated with a high tension, emotional instability, overestimation or underestimation of own abilities, the uncertainty of motivation, interests and hobbies. Psychological mechanism of the overcoming the barrier covers such behavioral strategies as: mobilizing inner resources for the overcoming the bar- rier; the deferment of the action realization for the thorough preparation; the rejection from the action, or changing the purpose that makes the overcoming the barrier is no longer relevant. Inability to overcome the psychological barrier leads to frustration, emotional instability and so on. Wang Zheng. Typology of self-perception of the younger teenager
Abstract: In this article presented results of an empirical research, which are directed on the development of self-perception typology of the younger teenager. Conducted theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific works allowed us to construct a theoretical model of the three-component structure of the self-perception of the young teenager. In the structure is allocated: the cognitive component (gnostic personality orientation, self-esteem, the absolute value status of the personality), the emotional component (emotional expression of perceptual side of the communication, emotional-aggressive and emotional-psychological orientation of the person, the connotative component (normative of behavior, focus on overcoming barriers, obstacles). This structure came in the basis for the creation of self-perception typology of the younger teenager. Empirically identified seven types of self-perception in the young teens, three of them are” monomodal”: emotional, cognitive and behavioral types and four – “polimodal”: emotional-cognitive- behavioral type, cognitive-emotional type, emotional-behavioral type and cognitive-behavioral type. The qualitative analysis of the types of self-perception allowed to state that the most common type of self-perception in adolescence is a cognitive-emotional type, simultaneous dominance of the cognitive and emotional components determines the specificity of this type. Less common types of self-perception in the analyzed age are cognitive-emotional-behavioral, cognitive and emotional styles. The dominance of the three components (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) in the mentioned type of self-perception of young adolescents suggests that in addition to the positive evaluation of his “I” and a positive attitude towards themselves, for the teenager is also becoming an important the activity that relates with variability of his “I”. This activity is regulated by the assimilation of adolescent the social norms, rules, morals, etc. Teens, representatives of the emotional and cognitive types, are different in awareness, cognitive or emotional evaluation of themselves, their qualities and properties, dominance of pragmatic-evaluating or emotional relationship to themselves, their actions, behavior, etc.

Kazanzhy M.I. The intensity of sense aspects of help in the personal facilitative potential realization in certain areas of life
Abstract. The paper represents the data of quantitative (correlation and cluster) analysis. Its results indicate the preferred connection of facilitative potential parameters with such motivational senses of help as facilitation, decentration, existential and communicative skills which can be regarded as the prevailing sense motivational tendencies in the personal facilitative potential realization in the context of helping behavior. It has been experimentally established the negative relationship between the facilitative potential param- eters and indices of inhibition, self-centration, negativity and compliance with social norms which is interpreted as a precondition for creating obstacles to the facilitative potential actualization. Social norms are important regulators in helping others. As to the facilita- tive ability manifestations, the direct (formal) compliance with the norms of society does not contribute to facilitation . At the same time compliance with rules and regulations in the case of their adoption by persons as their own moral standards is directly related to the facilitative ability manifestation. The results of cluster analysis have shown the division of facilitative ability indicators and parameters of non-facilitative-inhibiting abilities into two different clusters indicating the principal essential difference. The cluster of facilitative ability mostly consists of components of the facilitative potential, facilitative ability manifestations in certain areas of life and the moral standards of a human. The given arguments prove the appropriateness of studying the facilitative ability as manifesta- tions of the actualized facilitative potential and is an empirical confirmation of our dynamic model of the facilitative ability.

Huang Y. The role of the communicative properties of the individual in the family adaptation
Abstract. The article discusses the psychological factors of effective family functioning, among which an important place is occu- pied by the communicative properties of the individual. They have a significant impact on the organization and maintenance of inter- personal relationships in the family, which is the socio-psychological basis of its functioning. Empirically investigated the role of such communicative personality traits included in family relations as communicative tolerance and social intelligence. Established numerous ambiguous correlation between the indicators of these properties and parameters of family functioning: family adaptation, family cohesion and satisfaction with family life. The combination of the obtained relations in different groups of fathers, mothers and children (adolescents), which points to the fact that the impact of the communicative properties of the parameters of a family of adaptation depends on the gender and social role of the individual in the family (father, mother, child). For flexibility, the family sys- tem and its variability of the greatest importance is the quality of communicative tolerance father and growing child. The indicators of the family adapt to a manifestation of fathers categorical in the estimates of the people and the severity of the children informed of negativity in the mind of the people. Family cohesion is influenced by the characteristics of the fathers: the inability to hide unpleas- ant experiences when confronted with non-communication as a partner, the desire to change, to fit partner for themselves, make it convenient, failure to analyze interpersonal communication, the inability to assess the partner’s non-verbal behavior. When excessive expression of these qualities fathers family becomes monolithic. It also contributes to the severity of maturing children have the abil- ity to correctly understand verbal messages. With the strong manifestation of the mother of such qualities as communicative intoler- ance, negativism grounded in judgments about the people, the ability to correctly understand the verbal messages, developed social intelligence, family cohesion is reduced, there is disunity, broken emotional bonds within the family. The development of social in- telligence of the mother is also negatively correlated with the index of satisfaction with family life. As a result, found that the highest value for a family of adaptation are the quality of tolerance and growing child ‘s father , mother and communicative properties to a greater extent reflected on family cohesion and satisfaction with family life.
