Barkáts J. (Borkach E.) Prospects of student mobility in Ukraine.
Nowadays more and more Ukrainian students study abroad. This year their number reached 35 thousand. The majority of them attempts to get a diploma in a foreign university, and this tendency will not change in the near future. The efforts of the Ukrainian students both abroad and in Ukraine in these days are supported with constantly increasing number of exchange programs and international agencies. We can see increase in the number of trainings which intend to provide two diplomas for the students in Ukraine, as well as the increase in the number of foreign universities providing education in the departments combined with Ukrainian universities. The government sometimes hurriedly trying to catch up with itself and create the legal background of student mobility. Still the greatest influence on the Ukrainian student mobility will have the economic aspects, the location of foreign universities, differences in the educational systems of different countries, and the requirement of visa or its abolition.

Chashechnikova O. S. Theoretical and methodological bases for formation and development of the creative thinking in differentiated teaching of mathematics
The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological bases for formation and development of the creative thinking in differentiated teaching of mathematics. It has been grounded, that it is appropriate to consider the development of pupil creative thinking in teaching of mathematics as aim and as means and as motivational factor in teaching of mathematics; corresponding learning and cognitive activity as formation of the pupil preparedness to creation by making the creative learning environment. The creative thinking characteristics, which can be diagnosed in teaching of mathematics, have been distinguished. The conceptual model of the formation and development of the creative thinking in differentiated teaching of mathematics has been created. This model consists of the methodical system of mathematics teaching oriented to the formation of the high-quality intellectual pupils basis of mathematical knowledge and system of making the creative learning environment in teaching of mathematics. The experimental adoption of developed system confirmed the efficiency of the proposed.

Specific features of usage of Internet technologies with educational purposes in the process of formation of future philologists’ professional competence are highlighted in the article. Simultaneously attention is focused on the objective need for integration of Internet technologies in the educational process which allow to involve future philologists in situations of intercultural communication. A group of problems caused by expansion of information-and-telecommunications revolution, quick distribution of Internet technologies is also singled out. The article is devoted to the problem of barriers in pedagogical science. The author notes that mainly the study of this category is based on the psychological ground. There is no unified classification of barriers, because every scientist, studying one problem or another, notes the presence of barriers in it. Depending on the situation, scientists identify specific barriers, for which the common things is that they are an obstacle to the implementation of certain activities or actions. The author considers that it is necessary to study developmental potential of a pedagogical barrier as a phenomenon of the educational process. This is possible thanks to the use as a means of scientific instrument the concept of barrier pedagogy, which is lighted in the work.

The article reveals the essence of the dialogue approach to humanitarian training future teachers’ philological specialties as a factor of formation of didactic competence. It was found that in the process of humanitarian training future teachers philological specialties use dialogic educational dialogue allows for procedural mechanism of internal semantic position of interlocutors, serial exchange positions, and as a result, the formation of a common position on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of situational responses, helping to create a didactic competence of future teachers.

The present article gives the concept of training of specialists of hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine using predictive techniques, competency approach and structuring of curriculum and areas of research. Modern higher education is impossible without highly developed scientific support of a specialty which bears interdisciplinary nature with engaging of data of marketing, management, sociology, psychology, cultural science, system methods. To improve the training of specialists of hotel and restaurant business it is necessary: to develop curriculums and programs taking into account the principle of outrunning training based on the forecasting; structuring of the training process using competency approach and system methods; application of information technologies for high-quality reorganization of all system of specialist’s training; conducting of scientific researches in the above-mentioned areas of research and scientific works according to the developed structure.

In the article the essence of the mechanism of reorientation of cultural values in the study of the humanities as a factor in the formation of subject competence to basic school students is described. Found that the consideration of the types of education is closely related to the revaluation of values, with a new understanding of previous values in contemporary culture: give priority to placing values concerning the educational system in the pursuit of formal education to go beyond intellectual discourse and existing forms, which causes the need for new educational models, new pedagogical culture, the new content of the pedagogical process.

Protsenko H. Professional competence of the Higher Education Teacher: acmeological aspect
In the focus of the article is acmeology as a science which studies attaining by higher education teachers the heights of self-realization in their professional activity, in forming and improving their professional competence. The definitions of “professionalism”, “professional competence” are analyzed and characterized as basic categories of acmeology. The criteria of professionalism development of the higher education teacher (personal, educational-methodical, pedagogical) are determined. The author discloses the components of teacher professional competence (special, social, personal, individual) which stimulate acquiring different ways of self-development and self-organization by the teacher. It is proved in the research that achieving professionalism and professional competence development of prospective higher education teachers at master’s level based on acmeology is possible under the condition of their abilities to plan future professional activity, work out the acmeogram of professional achievements; perform selfregulation, handle emotions, develop high level of working capacity; search out nonstandard timely solutions to professional problems; creativity; appropriate motivation of achievements.

In the article the author describes the meaning of a differentiated approach to the implementation of the personality-focused impact and effectiveness of its use in correctional pedagogy, in particular in logopaedics.
