Abstract. In the article, based on the analysis of scientific researches, the content of the concept “amateur art” is revealed, its relationship with the notion “artistic amateur”, with professional art and folklore is explored. It is shown that amateur art functions in the field of amateur; the division of the sphere of art into a professional and amateur is connected with the process of division of labor; amateur  art  developed  in parallel  with  professional  art  and  folklore;  it  belongs  to  folk  artistic  creativity.  It  is  proved  that  modern fashion on the musical repertoire of amateur groups determines the volume of the musical market of show business; a characteristic feature of modern pop amateur art is the joint creative activity of amateurs and professionals.

V. M. Pishchanska Stylistic peculiarities of decorative and applied art of Ukrainian Cossacks

Abstract. The features of monuments of Cossack applied arts thanks to which one could affirm about its authenticity and originality are examined. It is under consideration a common direction of applied arts of Cossacks such as manufacturing and painting of chests and sacred painting. It was proved that the decorative and applied arts of the Ukrainian Cossacks in the XVII–XVIII centuries were created on Prydniprovia and these arts were a striking example of a syncretic mix of ancient foundations of Ukrainian ethnic culture, local artistic traditions, and sacred foundations of the Cossack brotherhood and aesthetic features of the Cossack Baroque. The author concludes that in the ornamental and composition solution of Cossack decorative and applied arts in the XVII–XVIII centuries that was created by the Ukrainian Cossacks syncretic combination of the original folk foundations of Ukrainian traditional culture was expressively reproduced with taking into account local peculiarities, religious principles and aesthetic features of the Cossack Baroque. The author asserts that in the decorative and applied arts of the Ukrainian Cossacks both a unique technical performance and original artistic authenticity that is vividly reflected in ornamental, coloristic and composition peculiarities of articles that were widespread in the Cossack life in the XVII–XVIII centuries are clearly presented.

Abstract. The article considers the tourism industry as one of the most profitable and most dynamic branches of the world economy. One of the methods for designing and developing strategies for spatial and economic development of the tourist industry in Ukraine and its regions is the cartographic method. The article deals with the tourism industry taking into account the spatial and economic features of regional development and the possibilities of spatial economic zoning of tourism development. The structure of zoning of the tourist complex, which is a tourist zone, tourist sites, tourist centers, a tourist point, is determined.

Abstract. The article substantiates the peculiarities of implementation of economic policy of entrepreneurship development in the conditions of integration processes. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of activity of enterprises of Transcarpathian region are analyzed. The dynamics of financial results of enterprises by types of economic activity and territorial characteristics was investigated. The principles of increasing the efficiency of state regulation of entrepreneurship development in modern conditions are proposed.

Abstract. In this article, the issues of management and management are considered in order to optimize the efficiency of the staff of the institution. On the basis of the integrated implementation of various types of motivational management, a strategy is proposed to increase the effectiveness of the staff and to form active groups of the most progressive and creative workers.

S. Ch. Mamoyan Reforms of the Russian Empire financial system in the entrepreneur and maecenas v.a. kokorev’s estimation

 Abstract. Modern scientists have positively estimated a number of reforms in the financial field conducted in the second half of the nineteenth century, emphasizing that the budget, banking, monetary, excise and many other fields became key fields. But the entrepreneurs of that time knew about their shortcomings from their own experience. In this context, the work of the entrepreneur and Maecenas Vasiliy Kokorev (1817-1889) «Economic failures» deserves special attention, who sharply condemned the authorities’ desire to borrow the principles of reforms in Europe, without taking into account Russia’s economic opportunities. V. Kokorev analyzed the strategic mistakes for the Russian Empire and his recommendations on the way out of the financial crisis have not lost relevance nowadays.

N. A. Nimenko Archaeological studies as a meaning of life (Mykola Makarenko)

Abstract. In the article a brief review of the main directions of the archaeological research of the scientist-encyclopedist Mykola Omelianovych Makarenko, repressed in 1938, was made in different periods of his life in the territory of Russia and Ukraine. The first archaeological excavations the researcher conducted at the beginning of the XX century. The scientist examined the monuments of different eras – from the Stone Age to the late Middle Ages. His most famous works were the study of the Mariupol cemetery, the monuments of Trypillian and Romny archeological culture. Owing to the efforts of M.O. Makarenko, Romny antiquities were isolated in a separate archaeological culture, carriers of which were the northerners.

Abstract.  The  author  studies  the  theoretical  aspects  of  historical  re-enactments.  In  particular,  the  analysis  of  the  use  of  “re-enactment”, “show”, “festival”, “living history” concepts are made, in the context of international experience. Some of the trends and prospects of reha- bilitation of the festival re-enactments in the world are determined. Attention is drawn to the fact that historical re-enactment is not only a tool for tourism and a form of recreation, but also the way to construction or even manipulation of memory. Accordingly, the author concludes that the implementation of historical re-enactments requires the introduction of a kind of ethics code to guide the organizers of such events. Tendencies and prospects of historical re-enactments development in Ukraine and the world in the context of memory policy are shown.

Abstract. The psychological and pedagogical literature devoted to the motive of success is analyzed. The identified mental characteristics, inherent in people with different orientation of the motive of achievement. The staging and forming stages of the experiment were conducted, which resulted in an assessment of the level of physical fitness of athletes. The methodical recommendations  for constructing a training process for athletes, aimed at avoiding failure, have been developed and experimentally tested in practice.

Abstract. This paper highlights results of research and analysis of achievement motivation’s patterns at neurotic and stress-related disorders. Interest to research of this medical-psychological problem is connected with goals of changing of motivation’s pathological patterns among this group of individuals.  The research sample included 65 respondents of psychotherapeutic department. The study was conducted using the following methods: test by Hekhauzen; test “Diagnostics of motivational structure of personality” by Milman, questionnaires “Big Five” Obtained results of research show that neuroses in people are the result of internal conflict and anxiety.

Abstract. The article presents the results of the study of the features of the patient image representation in medical specialists working with patients with tuberculosis. It is shown that they identify the most strongly the image of the patient with the disease and their professional role. The image  of  the  disease  (tuberculosis)  in  medical  specialists  is  most  strongly  associated  with  fear,  anger,  the image of death, the professional role and the patient. There is also a negative relationship between the representation of the image of illness and life, and joy.

Abstract.  The  studies  of  global  transformations  of  modern  society  reveals  fundamental  discrepancy  between  impressive  scientific achievements and scientific rationality on the whole, as an integral force of new social order and social rationality and opportunity to affirm optimally harmonious social life at the global and local levels. It in a real challenge to society and human nature, on solving of which the survivol and progress of human civilization depend, however, its conflictogenic potential can invalidate the achievements of human scientific intellect. It is this that determines the necessity to form social thought which is able to positively affect conflicting tendencies of globalization by means of reintegration of social experience and preservation of human values at global and local levels.

Abstract. The article deals with the results of economic research and question of their reliability. The author shows the issue of proof  and verification economic research results, approaches to the verification of information. In particular, author pays attention to the  principles of positivism and the possibilities of its application in economic science. The author focuses on the existence of two main  areas,  which  are  dominatenow  by  economic  science:  “economism”  and  “bibliometric”.  Since  economic  science  is  dominated by  positions that can be identified as “economics” (the Anglo-American scientific and economic school), excessive attention is paid to  the application of mathematical and statistical apparatus in research. The intensity of the use of mathematical methods identified as  the quality and reliability of scientific research. There isanother tendency: due to the intensity of the use of bibliometric indicators for  the evaluation of scientific results, bibliometrics has become a basic tool for verifying the reliability of scientific knowledge.
