А. І. Gordiinko Children's library as a factor determination of cultural processes
The article attention is paid to the basic tendencies of its development, causes and effects of structural changes in the functioning of the Institute library. These different views of scientists on the function of the library, including the child. The content create-culture function, which is that the library is able to penetrate into the world of another culture through the education of its readers cultural sensitivity, the correct interpretation of the manifestations of communicative properties of different cultures and so on. The conclusions noted that the children’s library as an independent specialized agency supports culture through cultural relevance and meaningful information.

Abstract. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legislative fixing circulation and emissions of cryptocurrency in different countries. It was also analyzed the use and application of cryptocurrency «bitcoin» by individuals and legal entities in various countries. The article investigated the process of legislative fixing circulation and emission cryptocurrency in Ukraine.

Abstract: The article analyzes the dynamics and peculiarities of the formation of the number of members of the Soviet Ukrainian consumer cooperation in the second half of the 1940s – 1980s. In particular, basing on documentary sources undemocratic mechanisms of replenishing the number of members of consumer societies are covered. The purpose of the state was the inclusion of the rural population in the consumer cooperatives. Accordingly, the number of members of consumer cooperatives in the USSR depended on the demographic processes in Ukrainian village.

H. I. Bokshan Mythologems of Primordial Elements in the Novel “Yuliia’s and Herman’s Dreams” by Halyna Pahutiak
Abstract. The purpose of the paper is to characterize the peculiarities of resemantizing mythologems of primordial elements in H. Pahutiak’s literary work. The specific features of the author’s mythological thinking in the novel “Yuliia’s and Herman’s dreams” manifest themselves in transforming cosmogonic and eschatological myths; in using oneiric techniques for actualizing the archetypal images representing the mythologems of primordial elements; in broadening the semantic coverage of these images by adding occasional meanings to traditional ones.

Abstract. In this paper we analyzed the changes in the perception of Kotsiubynskyi’s creative works in chronological aspect. Time is one of the key factors that influence the reception of the writer’s texts. The changing of the social priorities, tastes, ideological framework and limits – all this has made their adjustments to the current understanding of the Kotsiubynskyi’s role in the Ukrainian literature.

Abstract. The article examines the philosophical teachings of an outstanding medieval theologic thinker of the 14th century – Grigor Tatevatsi. In religious and theological form, Grigor Tatevatsi’s philosophy reveals epistemological problems. The most important place in his writings is the question of the relationship of God and nature. Following Aristotle, he treats the act of the divine creation of nature, as the transformation of all possibility into reality. Due to a number of deep and bold ideas for its time, teachings constitutes an important stage in the development of the philosophical knowledge of medieval Armenia.

Abstract: The historical narrative represents the periodicals of evangelical Baptist churches in the Kingdom of Bulgaria during the period (1908-1939). The article observes the newspapers and the magazines that carry out Baptist propaganda. The term “propaganda” is used not only in the narrow meaning – the spread of religious faith, but also in the wider meaning – the promotion of ideas, views and knowledge, different from faith. This gives a more complete picture of the ways and means of evangelism, and in particular the use of periodicals for this purpose. Here are represented persons who’ve edited and published periodicals, as well as the achievements of the press.

Abstract. Ukraine is now at undeclared war with Russia, and the information warfare is an important component of it. Information warfare is a complex phenomenon of the 21st century, which unfortunately follows the whole history of mankind. Constantly changing and transforming into new forms the information warfare regularly makes new attacks to destabilize the world order. All the large-sale conflicts at this time involve not only the direct military actions but also information confrontation, remaining behind the scenes until now. Today, the information component of aggression has come to the fore. It is difficult to evaluate all aspects of the information warfare but we can say for sure that new information tools and means of confrontation are constantly emerging. The article provides an analysis of the development of the information warfare concept and its incremental transformations.

A. Mykhailichenko Counter-propaganda in the Ukrainian media: the reality of today
The article defines the essence of the concept of “counter-propaganda” highlighted the types and techniques of propaganda and counter-propaganda. Analyzed and described the means of mass communication, who are engaged in counter-propaganda in Ukraine, determined the specifics and peculiarities of their activities. On the basis of information received, summarizes the main trends presented events promoting the efficiency of the Ukrainian counter-propaganda. The developed model of the protection and counter Russian propaganda in terms of military conflict. The generalized model is ready to use. As the results show, the level of counter- propaganda in Ukraine is low. Our government makes only the first steps in response to numerous and regular promotional activities of the Russian aggressor. Ukraine occupies a defensive position, responding to criticisms of the aggressor contraproductive materials, scarce investigative journalism, blogs, copyrighted content.

The article presents a comparative description of the factors affecting on questionnaire construction and specific of realization different types of questions in quantitative modes of data collection. Each mode using different channels of communication, so types of questions have significant differences. In mixed-mode survey a questionnaire is constructing in terms “less flexible” mode. Sociologist have to account a possibilities and limitations in the implementation of the questionnaire in mixed-mode survey.

Abstract: The article investigates the diverse views of modern scholars on issues of self-management functions. There are several different views on this issue, although the prevailing view expressed by L. Zayvert that should define self-management features such as goal-setting, planning, decision making, implementation and organization, control, information and communication. A. Tarasova Translation of English comparative phraseologisms
Abstract. The article deals with the issues of translation of English comparative phraseologisms into Ukrainian. Сhallenges encountered on interpretering / translation of phraseological units are caused by the complexity of rendering imagery. There is a deep gap between Ukrainian and English symbolic world. Difficulties in adequate rendering of the meaning of English language into Ukrainian arise for the non-identical set of associations of human and animalistic behaviuor. Hence, translator is required to focus on rendering not only contents / meaning, but also expressive and stylistic colouring.
