H. Khodus, Affectivity as an attribute of the new subjectivity: ontological and epistemological reconfiguration
Abstract. The article articulated the problem of the phenomenological reinterpretation of the emotional component of subjectivity, the actualization of which is connected with the process of “social privatization” as the expanding private life – physical, intimate, inner peace. With an emphasis on the specifics of actualization emotional “Me” as an important mode of life creation of personality directly into the atmosphere of “society experiences”. These trends are considered against the general background of the reorientation of the modern theory of the “philosophy in the first person”.

Abstract. The early life period of the well-known scientist in the mechanics field, the organizer and the first director of Kharkov technological and Kiev polytechnic Institutes Victor L. Kirpichev is considered in the article. His childhood and youth are covered. The process of V.L. Kirpichev’s outlook formation is shown. The key role of his father and older brother Lev as well as teachers I.A. Vyshnegradsky, A.V. Gadolin is accented. Due to the involving of new archival materials the author managed to detect previ- ously unknown details from V.L. Kirpichev’s life. It was found that in 1869, the Staff Captain V. L. Kirpichev had been demoted to the rank of lieutenant. Obviously, it led to the fact that the scientist left the army and took the position of the teacher in St. Petersburg Institute of Technology.

A.O. Mukharovska Activity of the USSR is in relation to the account of human losses and financial losses, caused in the years of Second world war in Ukraine
Abstract. Education and functioning of state commissions is in relation to the account of losses and establishment of human losses, caused the USSR in the Second world war-time took a place at the soviet organs of executive and party power. Although commissions and had representative composition, all of practical work in relation to the account of losses and establishment of losses was conducted the organs of soviet executive power and workinggroups at NKVS, severely checked up by them and added soviet propaganda. The results of activity of commissions had incomplete, biased and character is preconceived and ignored losses and human losses, caused not nazis, or wrote down them as such which are caused the troops of Reich.

Abstract. The article deals with the basic tendencies of the volunteer fire organizations’ emergence and their first years functioning in the villages of Ukraine. It is noted that the appearance of the public fire companies and brigades was due to the need of the fire precautions organization, rescue people and render help in the liquidation of the aftermath of the natural disasters, as well as actions aimed at preventing fires and accidents.

Abstract. In the article is examined the role of political parties in the mechanism of interaction between local bodies of executive power and local authorities on the example of Poltava region in the period of 2010 – 2015 years. Abstract. The features of linguistic policy of the state are analyzed in the relation of development languages of the national minorities. Marked, that a linguistic policy is the constituent of national policy, which is directed on warning of international conflicts in the field of a nation-state. Certainly political, economic, social factors, which influence on development of languages of national minorities. Proving that development of languages national minorities is important payment in reerecting of the state which is based on principles of democracy and cultural variety within the framework of national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The article deals with the formation of opposition to Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky and destructive influence of Moscow on the attempts of Hetman government to consolidate Cossack Hetman government’s political elite. Particular attention is paid to the difference of political cultures of Moscow tsardom and the Commonwealth, which is displayed in the content Hadiach Agreement.

A.V. Dutchak State income regulation policy in Ukraine under the crisis
Abstract. The author analyzes the major events of state income policy in Ukraine under the current crisis, as well as their socio- economic consequences. Much attention is given to identifying the main problems of the state social policy: the orientation of the social protection system primarily on direct support to the poorest; maintaining low overall level of wages; saving excess of social inequality and others. This is regarded as a contradiction between the officially declared provisions of the social orientation of the state and the lack of real substantial changes in the social sphere.
