Abstract. The article deals with methodical aspects of the discipline “Technology of the teaching of mathematics” as a component of the methodical system of formation of readiness of the future mathematics teachers for innovative teaching. The characterized methods and means of the organization of educational and kvaziprofessional activity of students in the process of lectures, practical, laboratory classes and independent work, which contribute to the formation of components ready to innovative teaching.

Dernova M. Features of motivation of adult learning in higher education
Abstract. The article analyzes the Ukrainian, Russian and foreign concepts on adult learning motivation and the features of motivation on adult learning in higher education. It has been determined that adult learning motivation is complex. It includes both internal and external reasons. Each of them affects making the decision to learn and be effective in learning. So it’s not possible to measure the strength of internal and external motivation in learning. In addition, the motives on adult learning are not constant, but variable according to the adult’s situation, period of life, interests etc. So the motives on adult learning can be grouped into three general groups: professional and economic, personal and social.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the motivational-target component of pedagogical tolerance of future teachers of foreign languages of the primary school. The importance of the investigated problem has been reasoned, the motivational and target criteria of teaching tolerance have been identified and their indicators have been described. The characteristic features of future teachers’ motivation have been defined; its types have been specified, namely internal and extrinsic positive and negative types. The specificity of the orientation of the teacher has been stated.

Kobal V. Features reform of university education in the integration processes: the experience of Hungary (end of XX - beginning of XXI century)
Abstract. Certain aspects of the reforms of higher education in Hungary during the period since the signing of the Bologna Declaration and at the beginning of the XXI century have investigated in the article. In particular, such important issues have been analyzed as the necessity of European cooperation in providing the quality of higher education, improving the quality of training, the strengthening of confidence between subjects of education, mobility, compatibility of qualifications, enhancing the competitiveness of the European education system. In implementing these activities, a number of problems are released in Hungary that is typical for the process of reforming the higher education system in Ukraine. The analysis of these problems, in our opinion, and investigation of ways to solve them, will be useful for the further steps in reforms of higher education in Ukraine, taking into account the possibilities of transboundary cooperation in various spheres of socioeconomic and sociopolitical life, including higher education, enriching the theoretical basis of history of pedagogy.

Lichman L. Aspects of Building Foreign Linguistic Competence in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions of the late 20th – the early 21th century
Abstract. The article deals with the aspects of introducing foreign traditions in building foreign language competence in the higher educational institutions of Ukraine. There are analyzed contradictions, the most typical for the experience in students’ foreign language training of the 20th century last decade. The national practice of foreign language teaching and foreign approaches are compared. The paper examines the most common didactic forms for intensifying foreign language education in the high school of Ukraine. There are outlined prospects for studying the genesis of students’ foreign linguistic competence development in new social and cultural environment.

Annotation. In the article the features of the Ukrainian mentality, which reflect the interrelation of national and European culture, are described that is capable of claiming about the individual and society mental transformation of values in modern social and cultural context. The possibility of correcting formative and spiritualized pedagogical space by subjects of education is examined. This approach corresponds current educational paradigm, represented by the deployment of integration process at the international level, by the national interests legitimization of the growing number of peoples, which allows us to approve the mental values transformation as one of the leading factors in the development of the spirituality of education.

Abstract. The article proves the essence of a personal active approach of forming common cultural competence of the future teacher of the humanitarian specialities. It was found that common cultural competence in a multi-faceted process of professional preparance of the future teacher of the humanitarian specialities is a result of a big variety of actions, operations, methods, resources of influence on forming of the humanitarian thinking, imagination that allows students to get knowledge successfully, to create skills, qualities, abilities, to save pedagogical experience in the field of common cultural competence that is an organic combining of all components of pedagogical skills that is realized in the process of pedagogical reconstruction, takes to the result of creating and forming of the common cultural competence in the process of pedagogical activity. It was done in the result of generalization andthesis of pedagogical information.It was found in the research that learning of the questions of forming common cultural competence of the future teacher of the humanitarian specialities provides to consider and explore on the junction of personal oriented and active approach that opens new opportunities of understanding of this problem that comes from a person s characteristics. Personal active approach orients on the defining of a personality of a student as a subject of creating the culture of interpersonal relations and forming common cultural competence is a background of becoming and development of a subject of a personality.So, a personal active approach provides a practical realization of knowledge that a person has got, acquisition of common cultural skills, acquirement of pedagogical experience of students in the field of professional socializing. All these features of personal active approach bring a purposeful, projecting, simulated character that comes to defining of the best state of professional self-identification of a person.

Tamozhskaya I. Personnel Policy in Universities of Pre-revolutionary Ukraine and the Role of Private Associate Professorship
Annotation. The process of implementation the post of assistant professor in the universities of Ukraine in 60-s of the XIX century is analyzed in the article. From the point of view of the governance, the post had to create a competitive environment, to revitalize scientific researches, to modernize the methods of teaching in educational and upbringing directions. The objective and subjective reasons that prevented a significant increase in the number of private associate professors are covered.

Vasilyeva S. The partial program "Item science" for children preschool age
Abstract. The article presents the contents, purposes, principles and tasks of the program “presentive natural science” partial author Svetlana Vasilieva. This program is in addition to the invariant part of the contents of educational work with children of preschool age in accordance with the basic component of pre-school education in Ukraine (2012). Created the program for the organization of educational activities of pre-school educational institutions and groups of cognitive priority in order to provide senior preschoolers basic concepts in the field of objective science. The proposed program will contribute to the education of the child’s personality in the process of cognition (of course research) activities in collaboration with the teacher and the senior preschool children. It will also facilitate the adaptation of a child to school, in particular, to the perception of substantive content of the program “Natural Science” for grades 1-4 through the understanding of the children significance personal views about the concept and actions with objects, ability to plan, build actions, creatively convert received representations in problem situations and games and to use available methods of cognition of objects and phenomena of nature for the decision of life situations. The process of testing the partial program “presentive natural science” was held within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Shevchenko district in Kyiv state administration and laboratory of pre-school education and upbringing of the Institute of NAPS of Ukraine’s education problems in 2015. According to the instructive-methodical letter the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine “On the development of programs for pre-school education” (2013), the program was in the status of experimental. In 2016 testing process is completed and the program recommended by the Academic Council of the Institute of Educational Problems APS of Ukraine to print (Minutes № 6 of 26.05.2016r.), which allowed to disclose its contents. Testing of the program was implemented S. A. Vasileva together with the children of senior preschool age on the basis of the kindergarten № 419 of the Shevchenko district of Kiev. The content and objectives of the partial program “presentive natural science” defined principles: the principle of humanization of the educational process, the integrity, the principle of personal orientation. These principles are scientific achievement of well-known Academician Igor D. Beha. During testing is considered physiological characteristics of children of the senior preschool age. Objectives of the program are aimed to ensure the conditions for the formation of the elementary foundations of the presentive of natural science competency of the child. It is also aimed at creating on accessible level integral natural-science picture of the world, covering a system of knowledge that reflects the laws and patterns of nature. At the same time to provide ideas about the nature of objects, their components, body substances, their properties; transformation and conservation of matter and physical state of matter. Also aimed at familiarization with the methods of cognition of nature (conducting experiments with the aim of knowing the properties of solids and materials, the use of instruments necessary for the knowledge of nature, charts, models). They all executed. Performing these tasks contributed to: preparation of summaries for studies, games, development of problem situations. The above forms of work are provided with accessible to age of children and demo content, distributing, the attribute material to them. Especially promoted account the individual characteristics of each child. Were under scrutiny: the correction content of educational work at the time of its implementation, taking into account the emotional and positive attitude of children to perceive new information, the manifestations of emotional reactions of children in the games, graphic activity, work with diagrams, models, devices for carrying out the experiments, the use of children received ideas and knowledge in everyday life. Today we can say with certainty that a certain number of children of the senior preschool age to get an idea and knowledge in the field of presentive natural science and use them in everyday life. These representations and knowledge can be useful for children when they attend lessons in primary school and will be understood positively perceive the content of the program “Natural Science” grades 1-4. Children continue to use the views and knowledge in different situations. Solving the problem of succession between the content of pre-school and primary education elements in Ukraine, in particular close the issue of receipt of children preschool age physicochemical propaedeutic framework that is put through the study of atomic and molecular structure of matter.

Abstract. The results of the factor analysis of future priests’ professional formation are presented. The conceptual model of professional formation of theology students is described. Indicators of this model are served to the basis for factor analysis. The four factors of future priests’ professional formation are detected. Close relationships between conditions (social factors) and outcomes (personal factors) of future priests’ professional formation are found.

Abstract. In modern theory and practice of counseling existential direction very poorly represented, although his need is obvious. Thus, based on existential crises can be death, the transitional periods in personal life and in the profession, making irreversible decisions sudden isolation, the search for meaning in life that the problems are in the competence of age existential counseling. The conceptual meaning of existentialism suggests that this is indeed one of the most personality-oriented areas of modern psychology, which seeks to explain the essence of man in inseparable unity with all structures of its existence. A significant potential is humanistic existentialism, which establishes man as a self-sufficient person.

Abstract. The article deals with the influence of psychological and economic deprivation of high school lecturers of the modern Ukrainian society on their emotional burnout. The results of the empirical research have revealed that psychological and economic deprivation of high school lecturers is a factor which contributes the development of their emotional burnout.
