Gurov Costa, Bizova-Laleva Vanya Geometric Model of Mathematical Problems of Motion with Dynamic Software
Abstract: This work is dedicated to the description of a geometric model to solve problems of motion using the dynamic software GeoGebra. A major figure in this model is the circumference as a geometrical locus of points in a plane located equidistant from a given point in the same plane. Its points are used to model the location of an object moving uniformly straight at a constant speed v and time t. Its center is the starting point of the object motion and its radius is the covered distance S=tv for time t. The main tool for creating dynamic models is the time slider. The motions of objects are simulated with dynamic concentric circles whose radius is a function of time.
Below are the possibilities of the software GeoGebra to create dynamic models of mathematical problems, including:
– Objects move unidirectionally and opposite directionally; – Objects start moving simultaneously and after a certain time interval; – The objects performing motion are one, two or three in number; – The directions of movement are known or not known.
The problems in which the motion directions are not specified are of particular interest. The traditional methods for solving such problems require the application of considerable mathematical knowledge and skills.
The proposed geometric model to solve problems of motion can be used to visualize the motion of objects, to find a solution to a problem experimentally, and to verify the answer to a problem solved by other means. The approach presented in this article is innovative to teaching mathematics and promotes intensification of the cognitive activity of students with increased interest in the mathematical and computer sciences.

Melnyk N.I. Peculiarities of preschool teachers’ education in Western Europe
Abstract: Main peculiarities of professional preschool teachers’ training in Western Europe countries are described by the author. The investigator presents the characteristics of practical features of pedagogical education in England, France and Germany which are specified in the article. The logical analysis is done for the characteristics of forms, methods and means (equipment) of preschool teachers’ training process. The similar and different traits of preschool teachers’ professional training in western European countries are pointed out by the author. The similar traits are organ- isation forms, methods and means of teachers training such as lectures, seminars, individual work, practical classes which are followed by correspondent methods – discussion, explaining, training, testing, interviewing; and equipments as well – demonstrative video-lectures, sound comments on diapositives, listening to audio-types ect. Among the differ- ences the author distinguishes approaches for studding which lay in conceptuality of training. The qualitative profes- sional preschool training is realized through different forms, methods and means of educational process organization The progressive practical elements of foreign experience, which would be in use not only of Ukrainian pedagogical high schools but in other European universities and which will be the factors for improvement and development of ped- agogical education’s establishments, are distinguished in the issue, they are: the increasing of practice in preschool es- tablishments; the competence approach to teachers’ training; the intention and the practice of overseas teachers’ train- ing; the integration to the standards of qualification; the development of distant teachers’ education. The investigation proves that future preschool teachers’ training and practical preparation is the complicated and multi-component pro- cess where systems of pedagogical, psychological and social influences are combined and it’s the problem not only of one scientific article.

Pakhnotskaya M. Teaching English language to adults: the key aspects
Abstract. Adult learning is now one of the most pressing issues in pedagogy. Huge range of techniques and technolo- gies offered today for personal training as well as for corporate training, in case of interest of the employer in staff de- velopment. Much attention is paid to training of Russian employees in foreign languages, particularly English, as the number of commercial, social and political projects of international status is steadily growing. English is the language of international communication. This is especially true today for the business. If business partners – representatives of foreign countries, to build a business in accordance with international standards, if there is a purpose to promote their products in the international market, the need for strong knowledge of the English language, especially business Eng- lish, becomes apparent. Free communication, excellent pronunciation and speech understanding underlines the high level of the company and its employees, being somewhat competitive advantage in the face of foreign contractors.

Abstract. This article discusses the nature and formation of the psychological and educational culture as a potential ba- sis of family upbringing, the structure of a culture and its influence on the differentiation of the educational opportuni- ties their parents. Psycho-pedagogical culture of the family – is a procedural integrity, which manifests itself in family structure and is expressed as the maturity of parents as educators. Its components are the special knowledge, parenting skills (structural, organizational, communication, Gnostic Engineering) and psychological position (goal-setting, a cer- tain level of intellectual, emotional sphere, the psychological ability to control and self-regulation of emotions and be- havior). Serious attention in our study was paid to the families that allowed a differentiated work with families based on the methodology of contact interaction. Differentiation of families into groups according to the level of psychological and pedagogical culture allowed to carry out personal approach and use particular methods of influencing parents to give them practical assignments that allow master the techniques of educational influence. We highlight the most im- portant requirements of the teacher’s personality and his professional activity in interaction with the families of pre- school children who are in the mainstream of modern concepts of pre-school education. This humanistic attitudes based on respect for the child’s family, interest in each family as the objective environment of cadets, as well as the respect and interest in his own person, including as a professional. Thorough knowledge and understanding of each child’s fam- ily, her system of social contacts, values, attitudes, characteristics of the child’s interaction with adults and peers. Abstract. In the article the programs of preparation of future teachers of preschool pedagogics and psychology are analysed at educationally qualification levels «master’s degree» in higher educational establishments of Ukraine for exposure orientation of maintenance of educational disciplines for preparation future teachers preschool pedagogics and psychology to innovative pro- fessional activity. As the positive is marked, that the master’s degree programs provide preparation of future teacher of preschool pedagogics and psychology to teaching, scientific-research, methodical and organizationally administrative to activity in higher educational establishments, personality and professional growth, development of informative and professional culture, pedagogi- cal trade. However, the conducted analysis revealed the certain failings, namely: absence of the unique approaches in the choice of disciplines, their names and amount of hours for their study. Every educational establishment is oriented mainly to own possi- bilities, regional necessities and select specializations, in the choice both normative and selective disciplines; an insignificant place in on-line tutorials is taken the special disciplines which provide preparation of future teacher of preschool pedagogics and psychology to innovative professional activity, orient him on application of innovative technologies in higher educational estab- lishment. Educational discipline «Pedagogical innovatika» is rather exception, than rule. In maintenance of disciplines profes- sionally pedagogical preparations an innovative constituent which is instrumental in forming of readiness of future teacher of pre- school pedagogics and psychology to innovative professional activity is represented not enough, in particular, absent modules and themes, the specific of innovative professional activity of teacher of higher educational establishment, stages and forms of its re- alization, normative documents which regulate innovative activity in education et al, is examined in which. It results in a volume, that future teachers, appearing uninformed in questions theoretical, methodological and technological bases of realization of in- novative professional activity, feel complications in the process of creation and introduction of pedagogical innovations, which slows the process of their professional growth.

Kosenkova I.A. The readiness to use the means of communication as a component of professional competence of a future specialist of preschool education
Abstract. The subject of study is the theoretical and practical preparation of future teachers. Changes that take place in the economic, socio-political, scientific and technical spheres of society became the main reason of system transfor- mation of professional education, including pedagogical one. The process of becoming a specialist on the stage of un- dergraduate education becomes complicated. The primary among the factors of modernisation of higher professional- pedagogical education are: acquisition of principles of pedagogical creativity and pedagogical mastery by the graduat- ing students of establishments of higher education, updating of semantic constituent of studies, a search of sourses in correlation of theoretical and practical preparation of students, the introduction of multilevel preparation of pedagogical specialists. We believe that the development of the Ukrainian nation can be possible only because of the existence of well-educated, highly spiritual, intellectual parts – professional teachers. Nowadays great hopes rely on innovative pro- fessional training of preschool education as a student of a university should be created as one of the most important fig- ures of a society. A systematic approach to the analysis of readiness of professional activity of future teachers of pre- school education makes the unity of all components of this process, which is based on continuous ensuring of intellec- tual, creative and professional development of the individuality of a student while studying at the university throughout his life.

Abstract. The article characterizes pedagogical conditions of informational activity of vocational schools’ principals and its influence on the training of competitive specialists being able to work for the needs of Ukraine. The author de- termines the types of information necessary to be used in management, to make managerial decisions, since current state of vocational education requires adequate changes in the work of vocational schools’ principals, in particular con- cerning the use of modernized, innovative management functions instead of standard ones. The paper analyzes sources of information in vocational schools and tools of informational work with mass media including allocated as follows: press conferences; conferences, discussions, debates, “round tables”; seminars, art exhibitions, professional skills competitions among students and masters; Welcome days; personal meetings, written communications (press releases, bro- chures, booklets, flyers). The article sets up information links that allow to create a positive image of vocational schools, to cooperate with employers, schools, universities, community organizations, parents, and mass media in order to improve the efficiency of educational and educational-production processes as well as to promote working profes- sions. We consider decision-making based on the principles of information management. Information competence in the structure of professional competence is considered to be the basic component of effective information work of voca- tional schools’ principals. It is found out that the management of vocational schools is regarded to be the focused change of its state. Efficient and effective management requires knowledge of relevant information for decision making; new tools and resources for their implementation; science-based forecasting of labour market development, creation of a clear mechanism of interaction between central and regional executive bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and vocational schools in formation of state order for training labour force.

Lenchuk I.G. Methodical bases of modeling pictures
Abstract. This article describes the problem of the formation stereotypes by the future mathematics teachers regarding the quality and quick execution of image stereometric objects. The author proposes a method of «axonometric direc- tions and contingent relations». Since axonometrical direction ensures the best visibility of the binary models of three- dimensional structures, and the conditional relationships between the elements guarantee the correctedness of the fig- ures (fidelity) of such images. The author also proves the learners need to understand each step in the graphic figure ac- tions and the need to implement the principle of regular stereometric constructions into the learning process. Since each construction holds either geometric positional or metric character, all operations can easily be supported with evidence, and the result would not pose any indecisiveness. However, in the schooled level world of Euclydus’ stereometry, when theteacher plans to solve as more tasks as possible, the teacher has to create the model quickly and accurately. Since the axonometric axis as the basis for figures can easily be created under common circumstances, the resolution of the problem would lie in construction of the images that are created by using the proposed algorithms are fully consistent with the requirements of fidelity, clarity and simplicity. In the classroom setting the subject is offered to identify specific el- ements in the image that define the structure approximately in the place where it should be positioned (visualization of the exact construction), and all lines of the image need to be accurately traced «by hand». This algorithmic scheme of the stereometric constructions involves the creation of training programs which enable the student (or teacher) to learn visualization of modeling various operations with the solids. The formal implementation of the defined category of the figures assembled into a single software product, has a binding determination of the coordinate of individual elements to spatial objects and their combinations (as in applied geometry for CNC machine tools). Technically, this problem can be solved by a local denial of free execution of images and rigid fixation of the spatial model of the axes of orthogonal projections. Presented examples of constructions.

Abstract. The method of projects is proved (on the theoretical level) to be a component of personality-oriented educa- tion and corresponds to its principles. Project approach is used in primary classes in learning all the subjects. The notion of a project, a method of projects, project technology is unfolded. It’s concluded that the project should be regarded as the content, form and a method of education. The demands for usage of the method of projects are pointed out. More used types of projects are shown and the analysis of various types of projects, which are available in study practice dur- ing the classes in primary schools, was made. The structure of different types of projects and the peculiarities of projec- tion according to a form and content of activities at the lessons. The result of studying the research resources is general- ization of the working notion the academic project – joint educational, creative, or play activity of pupil-partners, who have the same aim, concerted methods, activity devices, referred to the achievement of a general result in solving this problem, significant for the participants of a project. Project education has many variants: according to the duration of work at the task, according to the forms of organization, according to the forms of showing work results. General indi- cations of types of project activity, which promote the difference of projects from other types of educational activity are pointed out. It is concluded that the projects are leveled at getting wishful results – achieving goals. Characterization to pedagogical conditions for usage of various types of projects at the lessons in a primary school is given. The system of training for future teachers of a primary school to using projects is presented here. Nemchenko S.G. The concept of a student self-directed – the future head of the institution
Abstract. The article Nemchenko S.G.. “The concept of a student self-directed – the future head of the institution,” an outline of the concept of self-directed, its fundamental ideas and basic components: the priority development of a stu- dent in the process of learning activities, the activities in order to achieve the agreed parameters dialogical personal de- velopment, the combination of management and self-management, providing directed self-organization of a student on certain parameters of them. Self-organization – it is a natural phenomenon, which is carried out according to objective laws, and provides a persistent form of the existence of the system. Direction undergraduates of their actions to achieve their goals are conscious directed self-organization. Conscious purpose is defined as the resultant of the countervailing forces of influence on the personality of a student. The process of self-directed determines the need for coordination be- tween universities and graduate parameters of his personal development, ensures the effectiveness of training activities and motivates undergraduates in the process of self-government – an integral part of self-organization. In this process of decentralization is an external influence (control), namely delegation undergraduates from the subject of governance. Connection management processes and self allows you to: identify external requirements and the actual circumstances within which to realize their needs of undergraduates, aim to develop activities based on the harmonization of external demands, their needs and the actual circumstances; correlate external demands and opportunities of a student. The im- plementation of the agreed objectives of management is in the process of interaction, which directs the activities of a student, and self-organization and self-development in the diagram (poly) logical coordination and awareness of pur- pose. In the process of administrative interaction, which covers all of the participants at the same time and there is a di- rected self-organization. Each of the participants in this process creates a model of its activities in accordance with their specific area of personal development. Thus contributes to the definition of self-organization aimed undergraduates model of its activities on the basis of dialogical negotiation of external demands and their own goals. Such coordination and development of a model of self occurs only in special circumstances, namely in the educational space Masters and is manifested in the form of individual educational path. This phenomenon can be put in the framework of administra- tive cooperation, which provides for the delegation of authority. Thus, the basic ideas of the concept of self-directed un- dergraduates – the future head of the institution, is: priority to the development of a student in the process of learning activities, activities in order to achieve the agreed parameters dialogical personal development, connection management processes and self-government, which provides self-organization of a student directed them to certain parameters their own activities.

Ostrovska H.O. Activation of the cognitive activity of students in the study of the writer’s biography
Abstract: The component of general professional competence of future teachers of literature is readiness to study the biography of a foreign writer with the students. The cognitive activity is closely connected with speech and research. Therefore, the learning process should be of communicative activity. Every task is not only done practically, but it also meets the following criteria: fullness of the presentation (integrity, self-sufficiency, a sense of obviousness) and its im- agery (the unity of the form, content and destination/addresser). The cognitive activity is active and productive, if the learning process will adhere to the following sequence: to interest – to surprise – to fascinate (to keep interest) – to in- crease knowledge and to develop the necessary skills (to fix interest) – to reinterpret (evaluate). These stages coincide with the components of the cognitive activity of the individual (motivational and strong-willed, activity, speech, pro- ductive and appraisal), preparation and conduct of the lesson. It is important to use the psychological structure of the personality as the basis of organization of the cognitive activity. It provides an opportunity to consider and integrate will, intellect and emotions of the student into the educational process in order to achieve the goal – the formation of a professional readiness. The student-centered approach to studying is realized through the selection of the student per- sonally significant to him information about the creative personality, creating the picture of the world of the writer (age, country, family) and his image (portrait, character, outlook, life motto, coordinated views and actions in his life and work), independent construction of the lesson using the biography. At the same time, researching a biography of the writer, the students correlate their personal qualities, motives, actions and beliefs with those from the well-known per- sonalities. The results of the research works of the students are the parallels with another level of information (the biog- raphy of a writer and his work: motives, prototypes, images). The task of the lecturers of the universities and institutes is to establish the relationship between knowledge, skills and interests of future teachers and the requirements for pre- paring a lesson at school. The effectiveness of the cognitive activity depends on the comfortable psychological atmos- phere of studying, specific objectives and tasks of the communicative, research and creative nature, creating a «situation of success» while learning and satisfaction from the results of the cognitive activity. The author considers that the or- ganization of the educational process should be efficient and effective.

Radeva Veselka Siderova, Marchev Dragomir Valchev, Hristova Nataliya Pavlova School for Researchers and Explorers Abstract. The purpose of this article is to show a research method of learning in action. The effectiveness of this method has been proven in the field of natural sciences and mathematics, but teachers still need specific examples. This article describes the experience of teaching astronomy in the Internet and Computer Technology (ICT) rich learning environment and it discusses new approaches to improve the level of basic natural science training in school. We present new technological solutions that enable students to participate in research. As part of the educational process, students made discoveries of asteroids located between Mars and Jupiter. Is it possible for the classroom to become an astronomical observatory and students to turn into researchers? It is not a dream, but reality in many schools around the world! We simply need to be able to carry out a real research process within school hours. The task is not easy, but there are many successful examples of such education in the spirit of research, and educators in the world are actively developing a methodology and technological training of students through research – Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE). Two of the leading European educational projects in this area are the Pathway [1] and LD-skills [12]. On the other hand, remote astronomical observations are already used in the astronomical education process. A specific example of education with the help of the inquiry-based method is the Killer asteroid project – an international program for the discovery and follow up of asteroids. With its help, students can work in the classroom with real objects. Pupils know that their calculations and the results will be used by other researchers, and it gives them even more reason to do the job properly. A discovery can be made with the help of the used software – for example to find an asteroid in the solar system. This motivates students and attracts them to study astronomy. In this learning process students see the connection with the outside world, feel their active role, carry out all stages of the experiment, and make sense of its essence and the results. Pupils use ICT opportunities in a new direction, therefore expanding their experience with a variety of software. They understand that science works in the favor of people.
