Abstract. Changes in the induction of chlorophyll fluorescence and the content of low molecular weight protective proteins in four varieties of winter wheat under drought were studied. It is shown that on the seventh day of moderate drought valuable varieties Podolyanka, Poradnytsia and Podil’s’ka nyva form non-specific resistance due to increased synthesis of protective proteins. The strong, high-protein variety Natalka only partially restored fluorescence induction and had a slight increase in the content of protective proteins of the photosynthetic apparatus.

Abstract. The article presents historical data on the introduction of Ginkgo biloba L. in the North-Western Black Sea region. A comparative analysis has been made on the bioecological properties of the species under different growing conditions. An assessment has been carried out on the prospects for the widespread introduction of Ginkgo biloba L. for the purpose of landscaping of the city of Odessa.

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-NT2022-268X34-03

Annotation. The results of the research show that the properties of blood and coagulation abilities of blood change significantly in cows during the dry period. Most significantly, we found these differences in cows during the dry season. Platelet hemostasis of cowsduring pregnancy acquires significant changes. They indicate that during the period of fetal development, the state of vascularplatelet hemostasis of the animal acquires appropriate patterns in the dynamics and activity of individual components as the gestation period of animals increases. The number of platelets in the blood of cows from the first trimester of pregnancy to the end of the third trimester decreases. Significantly reduced thrombin and prothrombin clotting time, increases its clotting potential.

Abstract. Our study deals with effect of the nalbuphine on the microstructure of the colon mucosa. The results of the experimental study show that with prolonged exposure to nalbuphine, the first signs of disruption of the structure of the mucous membrane of the colon wall appear after 2 weeks of the experiment. Over the next 4 weeks of the study, an increase in dystrophic and necrobiotic changes in adluminal colonocytes and goblet cells, impaired mucus secretion and changes in its composition were observed

K. V. Shumilova Development of the method for planning navigational risks in preparation of a ship voyage cycle

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-NT2022-268X34-05

Abstract. A new method for planning the ship’s movement coordinates in complex navigational conditions has been developed. The systematization of the types of navigational risks according to the various features prevailing in the ship’s voyage cycle carried out. The analysis of types of risks carried out on the basis of statistical data of accidents in two channels with complex water areas and high intensity of navigation. The proposed method will allow to present data in a compact form of tables, will give the opportunity to the navigator to quickly correct the course of the ship and increase navigational safety.

https://doi.org/10.31174/SEND-NT2022-268X34-06

Abstract. The features of application of piezoceramic actuators in adaptive interferometry are considered in this work. Methods of power supply of actuators from a sinusoidal voltage source with preservation of positive polarity of a control signal by means of schemes on the basis of operational amplifiers are developed. The possibility of modulating not only for amplitude and frequency but also the phase of mechanical oscillations of the surface of the actuator by using a phase-rotating circuit (FRC) is provided, the method of parameters calculating of FRC elements is also proposed. A two-channel control circuit for piezoceramic actuators has been implemented.
